I am happy to provide a cozy and fun spot for your pup to hang out. My Pit mix and I spend a lot of our time in the garden, pool cage, or acre yard. My Pitty is very friendly, she has been purposefully and extensively socialized so that we can do this work together. The atmosphere here is serene and I’d love to share that with more pups in my neighborhood!

Amelia was nothing short of amazing!!! She took great care of my little one. She even sent me pictures of my sweet boy and Lolita. I was late for my pick up time due to traffic and she was very understanding and able to accommodate. I would definitely recommend her to everyone!!!

Amelia watch my dog Sherman over a long weekend. She did everything I asked, and her communication was great! She is very good with animals and Sherman loved her 😊. I will definitely book her again.
The meet and greet and first drop-in visit went smoothly with no issues. Before the second visit, I noticed on camera that one of my dogs, who is a senior, had an accident inside the house and likely consumed some of it, which meant he would most likely throw up — I gave Amelia a heads-up about this in advance, along with an offer of extra compensation upfront should the visit take longer as a result. Despite the heads-up, she became overwhelmed and unable to stay calm and handle it independently. Instead of calling me directly when she needed help, she sent a series of texts describing how displeased she was with the situation. During the visit, I was at work, which made it very difficult to stay reliably available through a stream of back-and-forth texts. I tried calling her through the Rover number and texted her multiple times asking her to call me, so I could provide any direction she needed, but she neither answered nor called back. Right after the visit, while I was still at work, she kept texting to express her displeasure with the visit and demand extra compensation — despite it already having been offered upfront — without giving any opportunity. She did leave the house clean, and she was reliable for the regular routine. But this type of accident can happen with any dog, not just a senior one — and this experience showed that should something go out of the ordinary, I can no longer trust that she'd be able to handle it calmly and rationally.

Schedule
Since I work with dogs full time I can offer my services any day of the week for boarding, sitting, and drop ins. I let the dogs outside typically every two hours or less. Caring for pups is my main daily priority!

Safety, trust & environment
While I make a point to set appropriate boundaries and keep an eye on everybody, I believe in leading with kindness. My dog and I like to go for sniff walks so pups that stay with me and like walking will go with us for those. They will also be spending time in the fenced area of the yard or pool cage while I am with them supervising, if it is not too hot outside. I have crates if I need to kennel any pup.
Pets
A typical day
We like to play some fetch or swim in the mornings. We go for neighborhood walks before or after the hot part of the day. Lots of bathroom breaks, lots of yard and garden time. My pups favorite activity is sunbathing.
