They were able to fit us in to their schedule, yet still working with our timing need as well. They were very communicative - asking good questions ahead of time. Buddy is very timid and fearful - doesn't bark, bite or anything - instead wants to shy away, run, and/or hide. They expressed that they had experience with timid, fearful dogs (part of the reason I reached out was it seemed as though they had a good amount of experience - with a lot of different dogs), so I was glad of that. They were patient with Buddy on the walk, and again communicative with pictures and messages to me (appreciated!), and he was able to take care of his outside business. This was my first time using Rover, and they made it a good one for me and Buddy. =)”

About: I've spent many years caring for and playing with dogs who live with friends, family, and neighbors. I have had dogs in my home as well and am currently raising a puppy. I work from home with a flexible schedule so I am able to give your pets the love, attention, and care they need during the day. If I'm housesitting for you caring for your pet is my top priority. I have a friendly puppy who loves to play with other dogs. I can walk your dog multiple times a day depending on their needs & take them to the park down the block. If needed, fur babies can be separated by crate or baby gate.

I can be out most of the day for walks and playtime. My schedule is flexible, so I can easily adapt to your pet's routine! My apartment is quite spacious, with a balcony that has a railing facing the street. It’s on the third floor and is very secure. It gets plenty of sunlight, and the sun shines in most of the time. I also have a dedicated bathroom area for your pet's needs, with hygiene pads, if that’s something your pet requires. Here, pets have access to the couch, bed, toys, and enrichment items.
About: I’ve been around pets my whole life—grew up with three in the house and have cared for all kinds of dogs since then, like pit bulls, golden doodles, labs, and pugs. My friends always say I just really connect with dogs, and over time I’ve kind of become the go-to person when they need someone to watch their pets while they’re out of town.
