I don’t have any doubts or worries when I leave Shadow with them, the only worry would be that Shadow has more fun with them than me 😂 They were super accommodating when we dealt with a nightmare of a delayed return flight home. Shadow will be back soon :)
Stephanie provided excellent care and the best experience for our two pups, one of whom has pretty significant separation anxiety and other challenges! She is easy to communicate with, sent a bunch of pictures and videos, and is so incredible at understanding and caring for animals! Gibby and Mesa can’t wait to go back and spend time with Stephanie, Heinz, and whoever else is part of the pack next time! I’d recommend her 100%!
Cannot recommend Sebastian enough!!! He went above and beyond to make sure my Rottweiler was comfortable and happy. He sent lots of updates and in each photo my dog had a huge smile. He made drop off and pick up super easy and we are so grateful to find amazing care in the area. We will absolutely use him again !
Erin was absolutely awesome. She is incredibly professional, you can tell this is her full time gig. She texted me photos and updates daily, took my pup on at least one walk a day, gave her lots of backyard play time and even finished off the visit with a grooming! Will def be using her again
We always feel good about leaving our dog Merritt with Erica because we know how well he's taken care of and welcomed into her home. Her dog Maple is easy for Merritt to get along with, too. Our pup actually wags and takes himself on into the house when we arrive for dropoff. She's great about sending photos as well.
