Pet care experience

Home away from home!

Hi there! I’ve been a dog lover my whole life. It all started in my single digits with my grandma’s shaggy sheepdog, Pepper, who first taught me about love (and loss). Since then, dogs have always had a special place in my heart. They were my babies before I had kids, and honestly, they still are! I’ve been dog sitting through Rover since 2019, and it’s one of the most joyful parts of my life. Every dog who enters our home becomes part of our family. My two kids (now 21 and 18) have inherited my deep love for animals, and they love helping out. Your dog will get love, attention, and snuggles from the whole crew. We live in an end-unit townhome with a cozy patio, perfect for relaxing outdoor time. I also make sure each dog gets out for walks at least twice a day. We love our neighborhood strolls! I can comfortably care for up to three dogs at a time and take special care when feeding dogs from different homes to make sure everyone feels safe and secure. I’m a nurse with some hands-on experience in a veterinary clinic, so I’m comfortable administering medications and keeping an eye on your pup’s health and comfort while you’re away. Our home is calm, loving, and dog-friendly, and we truly believe in treating each pet with the same care, compassion, and warmth we’d want for our own. Whether your dog is playful, shy, cuddly, or quirky, we’ll meet them where they’re at and make sure they feel safe, loved, and at home. We can’t wait to welcome your best friend into our lives and give them the care they deserve while you’re away. 💕🐾

Marnie was great! Elsa is anxious around other people and dogs but she warmed up to Marnie very quickly. I could tell she enjoyed her stay and we plan on leaving her with Marnie again.

Marnie is great!!! She was able to watch Teddy on such a short notice, including accommodating us for a meet and greet. Was very comfortable leaving Ted with her.

Marnie is so sweet!! From the meet and greet, we knew she would take good care of Goofy. We really appreciated that she let him get comfortable with her on his own time and actually enjoyed hanging out with him.

Marnie was really great! They took great care of Reggie over the weekend — very reliable, communicative, and clearly love animals. Came home to a happy and tired pup.

I work full time and my 21 year old daughter works the opposite schedule. So there’s almost always someone home to care for the pups.
