About: Hi there! I'm a lifelong animal lover who’s spent years hiking, walking, and exploring outdoors with my family's dogs. While I haven’t had formal training or experience with senior dogs, I treat every pet with the love and attention they deserve just like I would my own. I go on daily walks rain or shine and would love to bring your pup along for the adventure! I’m responsible, punctual, and always prioritize your dog's safety, comfort, and happiness. Whether your dog loves a long nature stroll or a quick neighborhood walk, I’ll match their pace and personality. Let me know how I can make your dog’s day a little brighter I’d be honored to help! Dog walking fits seamlessly into my daily life—I go on walks every single day and love being outdoors. I have a very open and flexible schedule, so I’m available most times throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I enjoy making each walk a fun, safe, and enriching experience for your dog. As a dog walker, I focus on safety and trust during every outing. I will always use secure leashes and collars, stay aware of surroundings, and follow any specific instructions you provide. I respect your dog’s pace and personality, and I never walk dogs from different households together your pet gets my full attention every time.

“Veronica has a special gift with my Akita girl Koji. She is absolutely tuned into a very emotionally intelligent 85 lb machine. We used her all during construction season for months. We HIGHLY recommend Veronica!”

“Great dog walker! My dogs love her and she’s so friendly and dependable”

“Monica is the best!! I’m an anxious dog parent and I feel so comfortable with Monica taking care of my dog. I’ve already referred her to my family and friends!”

“Our dog doesn't have a lot of experience with sitters, and Allison knew just how to patiently interact with her as she warmed up to her new friend. We're also going through a house move, so our pup and cats are going through lots of change. It feels good to know that Allison brings the experience we need as an animal lover.”

“Roxie has been great for Ms. Henny. Henny loves to see her and Harmony. They brighten her lonely day with their presence. Having new best friends makes the day easier to get thru.”

About: I have a very positive personality that I bring out in all work that I do. I am a practicing Speech Language Pathologist with a 3 year old pup of my own—Louie. I have taken care of pets through rover, as well as used it for my own pet care needs. I moved around the Portland area a bit, so I took a break from Rover, but now my life is more settled and I’m happy to take your fur-babies on walks, or drop in! I live in Mountain Park and would be happy to cover any “last minute” dog needs that you have. My schedule will allow for 1-3 walks/drop in visits per day. My most availability is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I pride myself in being thorough and paying attention to detail. I will follow any and all instructions that you provide. Having a dog of my own, I can supply poop bags and treats if necessary.

“Austen did a great job with our Tucker. Always on time and did above and beyond in walking him. Loved the rover card. Austen has a great attention to details and documented all they did. Sent us pictures of our buddy. Highly recommend!!!”

“Victoria has been great with our two dogs, including our new puppy and our first dog—who has been adjusting to the change with some additional behaviors/regressions.”

About: Hi! My name is Sonja and I’ve had experience caring for both big and small dogs. I’m available almost every day of the week to get your dog outside and exercised! I’m so excited to meet you and your pet! I am free to walk dogs from early morning to evening mostly every day, so reach out with any time that works for you! On hot days (above 80) I prefer to walk in the morning or evening so your dog doesn’t get too uncomfortable and warm. I provide your dog with both higher paced walks or mellower ones with lots of chances to stop and smell the roses (or anything else they’re interested in).

About: 11+ years of personal experience with cats and dogs and also grew up with both cats and dogs in home. Now live in a super comfortable house in Lake Oswego with 1 dog, 1 cat and 2 kids under five. I work full time from home so am flexible with when I can visit or board a pet. Plenty of time to walk your animal or spend time with them while we hang inside. I have 2 large patios for lounging and live on a quiet street, which is perfect for taking a long walk. Love spending time and cuddling with animals.

About: My family has always had pets! Our last dog who was a Puggle (part Pug and part Beagle) named Pugsley lived for 19 years! He died a few years ago...and we miss him every day! We currently don't own any pets...because we want the flexibility to travel. I retired a year ago. We also had a cat named Beano...and he also lived until 19 years old. I don't necessarily have skills...except to love your pet to death! I'm currently retired and have a VERY flexible schedule. We don't own any pets right now...so it'd be really fun to have furry visitors! ROVER is really a good option because I can set my own schedule! We have a front and a backyard. We are not fenced...so if they are outdoors then I'll be sure to be with them...and make sure they are leashed.

“Sonja was an excellent dog walker. She communicates well, shows up on time, responds to all of my dog’a needs, and really loves working with them. I have used Sonja regularly to look after my dog and she does a great job. You can tell instantly that Sonja loves dogs and that kind of vibe spills over to the dog too — she gets so excited when Sonja shows up at the door. Sonja is attentive and careful and reports any concerns she sees while taking our dog for a walk. I rely heavily on Sonja and she’s a trustworthy worker.”

Whether it’s a long walk, playtime, or just quiet companionship, Marissa knows how to make animals feel safe and loved.
