“Shianne is an exceptional dog walker! She's incredibly dependable, flexible, and has fantastic communication. She's also wonderfully sweet with our two corgis, and always makes sure they get a great workout. Our Lulu, who is obsessed with greeting people on her walks, especially loves her time with Shianne. She's my go-to person for our pups!”

“Will has been walking our elderly dog during these cold months and we couldn’t be happier with his service. We love Will! He makes our lives easier by helping us with our dog and paying close attention to his bumps and aches as he ages. Would recommend Will for anyone who loves their dog but also has a million things on their plate and just needs someone reliable!”

“Emily has been a lifesaver in walking our very strong and energetic pointer puppy. Sammie is excited to see her arrive each time. Emily has good communication and is reliable. I can recommend her without hesitation.”

“Gabrielle has been fantastic with our dog. He has a tough time with new people and requires a little extra love and attention and she’s given him that. Professional and sweet. Highly recommend.”

“Stephanie was great! She gave great updates and gave me piece of mind that Blue was taken care of and got some energy out while I was at work, which ment I could come home to a little less hyper puppy!”

“Heather was great. When she came to meet our dogs, she sat on the floor and let our suspicious and somewhat aggressive dog come to her. After that, all was well and she was part of the family. Thanks!”

About: I professionally walked, helped groom, and dog sat for 8 years. I worked with dogs ranging from 12 pounds to 110! I have experience with dogs that have anxiety, are reactive, and need medication. Personally I have cared for animals ranging from dogs to chickens since I started walking. I love helping out a furry (or feathered) friend! I am currently studying for my board exams for school, so I have a very flexible schedule! I am able to support your pets whenever they need! When caring for pets I follow the directions provided by the client. Its important to create a trusting and calm environment with pets and keeping their routines consistent will allow for that.
About: PLEASE READ TO THE VERY END, thank you. I’ve been in love with animals ever since I was a young child. Between my husband and I- we’ve had 20 dogs, 4 horses, 5 cats, and several bunnies. We currently have 2 dogs, 2 cats (one was a barn rescue) 13 chickens, and 5 bunnies. We both have an avid love for being with animals and tuning to their needs, and are building a life to support that. We have 3 children-one s a toddler, so we only take dogs that are non agressive to children. As dog parents ourselves, we know how hard it is to leave our fur babies when we go on vacation. Our main goal as Rover Sitters is to give you peace of mind knowing that your dog is receiving the best care while you are on vacation or even while you are at work! That means daily pictures (and occasionally videos) of your dog playing, napping, and having the best time! We love keeping you updated with pictures and videos on the fun activities that your dog participates in while they are here. We have a very large, fully fenced back yard with plenty of room to run and play with playground bark chips. We usually host 6 -10 plus dogs at a time, so it is extremely important that your dog is friendly and gets along well with other dogs. If you are uncomfortable with a group this size, this will not be a good fit for you. But, if you are excited to see your dog running, wrestling, and playing chase with all their new friends, this is the place for them! The dogs are always supervised when playing in the backyard. My goal is to send your pup home happy and tired at the end of their stay🐾 THINGS TO KNOW WHEN BOOKING: - Please have your dog’s Rover bio up to date. - You do not need to have a meet-and-greet. If your dog gets along great with other dogs, I am comfortable meeting you and your pup at the time of drop-off. - all dogs sleep in extra large crates in our fully finished and heated garage. we feed the dogs in their crates to avoid any food agression. we provide the crates, and towels and blankets. we can only take dogs that sleep quiet in a crate as we have kids and live in a quiet neighborhood- we all need our sleep too :) - All dogs need to have a collar with an I.D. tag. No harnesses please, harnesses can cause chafing if left on for too long. -we can only take unneutered males up to a year old - When coming over for a boarding or daycare, the ONLY thing you should bring is enough food/meds for their stay along with your dog on a leash. Food/meds need to be in a disposable bag with pre-measured portions in disposable sandwich bags (labeled as breakfast lunch or dinner if different amounts of food) Please pack a little extra food than they usually get as most dogs come and get way more play and exercise than they are used to and want/need to eat a little more. Please put any meds in the same bag with the meal it should be taken with. The only exception is if your dog eats wet food. If your dog does not need meds, you can also send a container with a scoop and instructions for feeding. We’ve noticed many people under guesstimate or measure incorrectly how much food there is when packing in a container, so please do double what you think it will be so we don’t run out. If your pup runs out of food we can feed our food at $3 a bowl- we feed Stella and chewys cage free kibble/freeze dried raw blend. If we notice your dog is getting low on food we will offer to supplement the needed amount and will mix with your remaining food so that they can adjust to the food rather than start a new food all at once. You may also have your food delivered to our home. -Personal beds/toys/bowls/belongings cause issues with our group as some pups get possessive over their personal belongings from home. Do not bring any of these items. ONLY bring your dog on a leash and food/meds, nothing else. We will provide the other items. If you bring food bowls, please label them with your pets name. - When you are leaving your house, please text me with the time your GPS says you will arrive at my house. Message me again when you get here, and I will come out to meet you and your pup. Please do not knock on the door or ring the doorbell as this will excite all the dogs inside (If I have not responded to your text with in 5 minutes then yes, please do ring both of our door bells) I will take your dog inside or to our outside run to meet the other dogs through a fence without you and introduce them to the group one dog at a time, starting with my dogs.(some dogs get protective over their owners in a new environment).
“Lee is awesome! They are understanding and caring! Our dog is a lot to handle but Lee is really patient with him. Such a relief to have a dog walker who we can count on! Thanks Lee”

“Julie has walked our doodle a couple times now and we are in love! We appreciate the updates she gives and the photos of our dog after every walk, would absolutely recommend!”

“We've been using Christine for semi-regular walks for our very nervous-yet-twerpy lab for the last few weeks, and have been absolutely thrilled to have her! Her communication is fast, thorough and reassuring, she's been super patient with our girl getting to know her, and it seems like they've been having some fun saunters through the neighborhood. Thanks so much Christine!!”

About: With 30 years as a devoted dog owner, raising puppies and supporting seniors, I bring patience, experience, and genuine love to every dog I care for. I am retired, giving me a flexible schedule that easily accommodates daily walks and dependable, consistent pet care, so your pets feel loved every single day. ith decades of dog-care experience, from puppies to seniors, I provide dependable dog walking and drop-in services. “Colleen did a great job on long daily walks with our German Shepherd Dog. She communicated well, shared photos, and was consistently on time. We'd enthusiastically recommend her.”

About: I have been around animals (cats, dogs, horses, and even the spare parrot!) for the majority of my life and have loved every second of it. As such, I am deeply attuned to the behaviors of our furry friends and am patient with the care I provide. I am passionate about caring for animals and showing them the love they deserve while maintaining the expectations of those I am pet sitting for. I have pet sat for friends and family frequently and am always thanked for my attention to detail and genuine care for their animals. I'm one to always go above and beyond in my work and never back down from a challenge, so please reach out with the unique needs of your furry friend! I am a graduate student studying clinical mental health counseling, so I have a large amount of availability at this time. I hope to work consistently with pet parents, but am flexible to provide sporadic care and attention as well. As of right now, there are few times that are off the table, so reach out with your pet care needs! When I visit your space I will always respect boundaries and communicate fully about what is expected of me. I welcome feedback and frequent communication from pet parents, and hope that I can become a trusted person in you and your pet's life! At this time, I do not have the availability to provide care in my own home, as I have two fur babies of my own who get stressed easily. If a care relationship is established, I would be willing to have a conversation about this if there is an extended amount of time where care is required (vacations, or otherwise).

About: I’ve owned dogs and cats (and some birds!) all my life, and gained valuable knowledge through the journey of raising a puppy of my own (Odo the red tri aussie shepherd) as a single pet parent, alongside his inseparable best friend Miles (black shorthair). I’ve cared for seniors and some special needs pets too. I am available all day every day! I am a working actor, so I will sometimes be unavailable for a few hours a few evenings a week, but will adjust my availability accordingly when those opportunities arise. Daytime hours will always be open! I will always respect your home and space, and I always strive to maintain a “leave no trace” approach. My curious aussie shepherd puppy has also taught me much about what “dog proof” truly means, and if you have a chewer/reacher, I will be especially vigilant to protect both your pets and your things!
