About: I’m a lifelong animal lover, having cats growing up and later volunteering with dogs at rescue orgs. My time as a training class assistant for Puppy Manners and New Dog Basics at the San Francisco SPCA gave me valuable skills in positive reinforcement training, socialization, and handling dogs of all temperaments. Beyond dogs and cats, I also have experience with horses, having owned and leased several. I’m comfortable with feeding, turnout, mucking stalls, brushing, and general equine care, making me a well-rounded caregiver for multi-pet households. About: I grew up taking care of my huskey/german shepherd mix dog and red eared slider turtle. I now have an orange cat of my own! When my coworkers/family go out of town I’m trusted to pet sit for them. I’m currently completely available. I’m happy to take on a last minute call or a long term job if my schedule changes I will update you. I have a fenced yard and lots of toys for them to play with. About: Your dog will receive lots of puppy love & attention! I've been dog-sitting for over 9 years and love it! My husband & I live in a very lovely neighborhood in West Linn (Barrington Heights) and have a large, fenced back yard for your dog to enjoy. We have a very friendly Mini-Aussie named Nova and 3 dog friendly cats. While I work at a local school from 8-1:15pm during the school year, I do come home for lunch & to provide potty breaks! Even when I am not at home, your pet is unlikely to be left alone b/c my husband is retired and is often home to provide lots of affection & love! We are a very loving dog/cat family! If your pet needs any special attention or meds please let me know and I am happy to accommodate! Your pet will receive lots of personal attention, without a doubt! Please consider us for your pet care needs! PLEASE NOTE: Due to insurance reasons: I am not able to accept dogs that are un-neutered, aggressive, or of a specific breed such as : Pitbull, Staffordshire Terrier, German Shephard, Belgian Malinoise, Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, Chow, Dalmatian, Bull Mastiff, Malamute, Catahoula Cur, etc. I grew up with many of these breeds so please know that it pains me not to be able to accept them! My main objective is always to maintain a safe and harmonious time for all of my pets, my other clients pets and yours as well! I'm currently working Part/time M-F at a nearby school in the morning, but I'm home by lunchtime. My husband is semi retired and is often home in the morning hours when I am at work. I am almost always home by 1pm! I have a fully secure large fenced yard to keep your Fur-baby safe and secure. My dog is VERY friendly and really enjoys having "friends" over for visits!
About: I have grown up with a dog in my home as well as have been around lots of pets! Have 3 cat fur babies of my own that I adore, love dogs as well! Currently working 4, 10 hour shifts as a medical assistant so am available 3 whole days a week 2 of the days being Saturday and Sunday and my day off varies weekly but I know what days I have off each week through the end of the year I will make sure each gets play time as well as walk time across the way we have a dog park and lots of place to run!

About: I never remember a time I was not wanting to be around or take care of a animal around me. I have had my cat since she was a little baby (found her in a box!) and she is now 17 years old! Her and I have been through so much together and she is absolutely my best friend and everyone in my life knows her. We have our own language & there is nothing I wouldn't do for her. I volunteer my days off with rescue dogs and work with them so they can hopefully find their forever home. I have been around almost every dog breed as I used to work at an animal shelter and now volunteer with specific dogs in need. I have been known to rescue cats.. although I have not been able to take them in over the years, I have rescued a few stray cats and found homes for them. Anytime my friends/family need someone to take care of their dog/cat while away.. I am the one to call. I am extremely patient and have always felt connected to animals. I am extremely dependable, time efficient, and very active. I understand the importance of taking care of your animal, as I would expect the same of someone to take care of mine. I currently work full time in dental in Lake Oswego, but have three days off a week including weekends open for pet care and helping you take care of your fur babies! I am very used to being around animals who have anxiety, feel down, scared and confused. I do everything I can do make a dog/cat feel as comfortable as they can while their parents are away. I understand how important it is to make your animal the number one priority and there is nothing else that matters to me than when an animal needs me. I currently have a 17 year old cat. She has to have ear drops, medication for her kidney disease, and she has very long hair as both brush together. She is very sweet to me, but spicy with others as she has been the only one her whole life. I am very comfortable and can understand when a cat asks me to leave it be for a minute or needs to feel me out before being comfortable. I also hold the Fear Free Certification. A course taken to understand cat and dog behaviors, how to approach a situation, and how to care for animals as best as I can to make them comfortable and cared for.

About: Veterinary assistant background, I am willing and able to do medication drop ins, feedings, and walks. I can do daytime sitting as well and my capacity for that may open up later. I have worked with disabled, and anxious dogs and cats and am fairly comfortable with most personality types. I have worked with professional trainers through my prior veterinary employment and am able to assist with basic training reinforcement. I am currently in a program so I have a lot of open availability, mostly daytime hours. I am available for dog walks, and drop ins, feedings/meds. I can do pet sitting for up to 6 hours at a time. I cannot do overnights becaus either have animals of my own, and I dont currently offer boarding due to my dog having a reactive nature. I have a lot of experience with animal handling and safety protocols. Leaving a pet in the care of a stranger can be nerve wracking. I treat every pet as I would my own. I will adapt to whatever care instructions are required when caring for each pet.

Our trip out of town was last minute and we had never met JuliAnna prior this but we had her a chance and we lucked out! She handled our dog fantastically with almost no guidance from us. Extremely trustworthy and my dog had never been this happy. I can’t recommend JuliAnna enough!
Emily is indeed a super sitter. This was a longer stay and Emily played extensively with our Chow Chow but also practiced training routines. In fact, she taught us one that our dog is now performing! Emily is kind and caring and our dog adores her. Our dog was happy and fulfilled. I cannot recommend Emily enough.
Susan did a wonderful job taking care of our dog while we were on vacation! She was so caring, had excellent communication, and updated us with photos and details each time she dropped by for a visit. We highly recommend Susan, and will be using her again in the future.

We’ve worked with Katlynne several times and she’s always done a great job! Our pets are pretty high maintenance and we always get nervous leaving them, but she’s very reliable and goes above and beyond our care instructions. She was even willing to check on and feed our chickens!
Second time booking with Lavery and she was great as always! She’s always fast with her communication and drop ins are perfect. Our dog is so much more comfortable and less stressed out when he’s able to stay home vs boarding so this is the perfect option for us.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
