Sequoia C.
“Sequoia has always taken care of animals since they were a child. Our cat chose her bed to have her kittens when Sequoia was only 5 years old. They are a safe place for animals. They saved up for their first Border Collie at about 10 years old and from there they learned how to train dogs; complex tricks and obedience. Sequoia is the person that friends, family, neighbors turn to for help with tricky dog behavior, or to house/pet sit and groom their pets. Sequoia is driven to provide the best of care to the animals in their care. And they have experience caring for cats, dogs, birds, and horses. Sequoia has also had experience riding and grooming horses for twelve years.”

About: Hello there! I've had the pleasure of growing up surrounded by dogs of all breeds throughout my entire life. From puppyhood to senior years, I've been there every step of the way, even during emergency situations. I've done it all, whether it's bathing, grooming, walking, or training, all within the comfort of my own home. I have a beloved companion named Nellie who's as curious as can be, has some herding instincts, and absolutely adores playing with other dogs, often indulging in games of chase and collecting sticks during our walks. My previous job at a dog daycare was an absolute dream. I not only ensured they had their meals and medication as per their owners' instructions but also cleaned up after them and showered them with affection. Additionally, I had the incredible privilege of volunteering at SafeHaven, a humane society in Albany, OR. There, I took dogs on refreshing walks and provided them with the love and attention they deserved as they eagerly awaited their forever homes. It was truly one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I'm well-versed in house sitting and have provided this service countless times for both family members and friends of the family. I've had the pleasure of caring for dogs of all sizes, ranging from gentle giants like Great Danes to tiny bundles of energy like Chihuahuas! Meeting new dogs brings me immense joy, and I would be honored to care for and shower affection upon your cherished furry companion! Pet care seamlessly integrates into my part-time schedule, which extends from Monday through Saturday. I maintain flexibility in my availability to accommodate your specific needs. I do not have a yard, but in my home, I provide a comfortable and pet-friendly environment for your furry friend. I ensure they have their own designated space, whether it's a cozy corner or a separate room, where they can feel safe and relaxed. I maintain a clean and hazard-free living area, removing any potential dangers or toxic substances from their reach. Daily exercise and playtime are essential, and I tailor these activities to your pet's energy level and preferences. If I'm caring for your pet in your home, I strive to maintain their routine as closely as possible. This includes following their regular feeding schedule, exercise routine, and any specific instructions you provide. I'll also keep your home clean and tidy, ensuring your pet is safe and comfortable during your absence. You can expect open communication, with updates and check-ins as often as you prefer.

Tiana W.

“Thank you so much Tiana for taking card of our fur babies. Quigley was quite anxious but that's because he only got his meds when you came to the house, but I thank you for giving his meds when you were here. Hopefully Maggie will come out from under the bed next time. Your care was greatly appreciated!”

“I can't say enough about how wonderful Natalie is with all animals. She has always been incredibly passionate about taking care of animals. Has a great sense of responsibility and goes above an beyond expectations. She did an outstanding job of taking care of our golden retriever both when he was healthy and when he was sick. I couldn't recommend anyone more than her to take care of someone's dog or any other animals.”

About: I’ve dealt with taking care of dogs for 10 years in my own home. I have experience with walking, bathing, and brushing long haired breeds. I have weekends off and available Friday after 5. I would love to dog sit/walk on those days. I love all breeds, any shape and size. I have reliable transportation. I'm ready to meet you and your furbabies! I exercise mine daily and play toys with her. I will do the same with yours. I give mine a bath once a week and make sure she stays on a good food schedule.

Mishe M.
“Mishe successfully took care of two tarantulas for us. This is tedious work while they are young so it was no small feat! She has also helped with our 70 lb malamute mix and was completely competent with him. Her loving nature toward animals is quite obvious. I would recommend her for pet care!”

Kate B.
“Kate was great. We booked a 60 min drop in and she left them all tired out and gave them Kongs on her way out the door. We plan on rebooking with her soon.”

Sophia C.

“Sophia was punctual, responsible, and professional. She setup the initial meeting before the drop-ins started and communicated with us each day. She was respectful of our home and animals. Would recommend. 10/10”

Dawne C.
“I have known this family for 5 years and their love and devotion to pets is unbeatable. They treat every animal they meet as part of the family and I have no doubt that any being, human or animal, left in their care would be well looked after.”
