About: Your dog will receive lots of puppy love & attention! I've been dog-sitting for over 9 years and love it! My husband & I live in a very lovely neighborhood in West Linn (Barrington Heights) and have a large, fenced back yard for your dog to enjoy. We have a very friendly Mini-Aussie named Nova and 3 dog friendly cats. While I work at a local school from 8-1:15pm during the school year, I do come home for lunch & to provide potty breaks! Even when I am not at home, your pet is unlikely to be left alone b/c my husband is retired and is often home to provide lots of affection & love! We are a very loving dog/cat family! If your pet needs any special attention or meds please let me know and I am happy to accommodate! Your pet will receive lots of personal attention, without a doubt! Please consider us for your pet care needs! PLEASE NOTE: Due to insurance reasons: I am not able to accept dogs that are un-neutered, aggressive, or of a specific breed such as : Pitbull, Staffordshire Terrier, German Shephard, Belgian Malinoise, Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, Chow, Dalmatian, Bull Mastiff, Malamute, Catahoula Cur, etc. I grew up with many of these breeds so please know that it pains me not to be able to accept them! My main objective is always to maintain a safe and harmonious time for all of my pets, my other clients pets and yours as well! I'm currently working Part/time M-F at a nearby school in the morning, but I'm home by lunchtime. My husband is semi retired and is often home in the morning hours when I am at work. I am almost always home by 1pm! I have a fully secure large fenced yard to keep your Fur-baby safe and secure. My dog is VERY friendly and really enjoys having "friends" over for visits!

About: I grew up taking care of my huskey/german shepherd mix dog and red eared slider turtle. I now have an orange cat of my own! When my coworkers/family go out of town I’m trusted to pet sit for them. I’m currently completely available. I’m happy to take on a last minute call or a long term job if my schedule changes I will update you. I have a fenced yard and lots of toys for them to play with. About: I never remember a time I was not wanting to be around or take care of a animal around me. I have had my cat since she was a little baby (found her in a box!) and she is now 17 years old! Her and I have been through so much together and she is absolutely my best friend and everyone in my life knows her. We have our own language & there is nothing I wouldn't do for her. I volunteer my days off with rescue dogs and work with them so they can hopefully find their forever home. I have been around almost every dog breed as I used to work at an animal shelter and now volunteer with specific dogs in need. I have been known to rescue cats.. although I have not been able to take them in over the years, I have rescued a few stray cats and found homes for them. Anytime my friends/family need someone to take care of their dog/cat while away.. I am the one to call. I am extremely patient and have always felt connected to animals. I am extremely dependable, time efficient, and very active. I understand the importance of taking care of your animal, as I would expect the same of someone to take care of mine. I currently work full time in dental in Lake Oswego, but have three days off a week including weekends open for pet care and helping you take care of your fur babies! I am very used to being around animals who have anxiety, feel down, scared and confused. I do everything I can do make a dog/cat feel as comfortable as they can while their parents are away. I understand how important it is to make your animal the number one priority and there is nothing else that matters to me than when an animal needs me. I currently have a 17 year old cat. She has to have ear drops, medication for her kidney disease, and she has very long hair as both brush together. She is very sweet to me, but spicy with others as she has been the only one her whole life. About: I have been around dogs my whole life! My mother was a dog breeder, meaning I have experience with puppies! I can’t remember a time when we didn’t have a dog in the house growing up, wasn’t till recently that I haven’t had a pet in the home. I’m a single mom to an animal loving 3 year old, who would be my little helper. I currently work in the medical field meaning I’m comfortable administering all kind of medications, whether that be topical, oral, or injectable medications. I have done pet sitting in the past, I have taken care of many kinds of animals, dogs, cats, horses, livestock, you name it I’ve probably taken care of it! I currently work full time, but I am home on evening and weekends, so I’m home starting Friday night to Sunday night to take your pup out as often as possible. During the week I am gone typically 12-14 hours a day, but if your pup is use to that I can make it work to let them out in the morning and then rush back to let them out once I’m home. I live in a duplex with a small fence in area that I can do quick potty breaks and then live close to walking trails for longer outside times. I have a 3 year old daughter who loves to play with animals. I also love close to parks that I can take dogs to if owner is comfortable with me transporting them. I also live close to my sister who has an active dog who loves friends to play with so that is an option if you have a high energy dog that likes friends.

Emily is indeed a super sitter. This was a longer stay and Emily played extensively with our Chow Chow but also practiced training routines. In fact, she taught us one that our dog is now performing! Emily is kind and caring and our dog adores her. Our dog was happy and fulfilled. I cannot recommend Emily enough.
Susan did a wonderful job taking care of our dog while we were on vacation! She was so caring, had excellent communication, and updated us with photos and details each time she dropped by for a visit. We highly recommend Susan, and will be using her again in the future.
