About: Hi, I’m Lauren. I grew up with my golden retrievers back home in Illinois. My previous dog, Kratos was a Belgian Malanois Boxer mix that was a son to me. Sadly he passed two years ago of osteosarcoma. I feel comfortable working with larger dogs or dogs with a disability (Kratos became a 3 legged wonder 8 months before his passing). I am currently waiting on finding another dog to share my love of outdoors with. I love hiking and long walks and cannot wait to have a companion again. In the meantime, I would treat your dog as my own 🥰 With my previous Belgian Malanois I would set aside at least 3 hrs a day for outdoor play, hiking, walking as they are very active dogs and need a lot of stimulation. I love being outdoors and sharing that with him 😊

About: I have always been part of volunteer groups and multiple pet expos taking care and playing with dogs. I have had experience walking dogs for the past 6 years for family’s friends and all my bookings on Rover. I am looking to take care and walk dogs during the week and weekends. I would love to hopefully start my own dog walking business and gain experience. I have always grown up near them with my friends or other family members having multiple pets and trusting me to take care of them and walk the pups.

About: I’ve lived with animals my whole life! In addition to my own pets, I often sit for friends and family and am equipped to watch, feed, walk, and play with pets. I am comfortable with dogs and cats of all sizes and have experience with senior pet care as well. I am currently on summer break from university so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to watch your pups and cats! I am experienced in caring for pets of all ages and sizes. I pay careful attention to any dietary and health needs they may have and am familiar with crating as well.

“We couldn't have asked for a better sitter to watch our two small dogs while we were away on a family vacation. Laura was available to watch our dogs somewhat last minute and it just couldn't have worked out better. She sent us so many updates and pictures of our dogs throughout the day and took them on nice long walks too. I know they were in great hands and I would definitely recommend Laura to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and caring dog sitter! We will be hiring Laura again in the future if we need someone to look after our dogs!”

“Joy is an absolute gem! Very professional, conscientious and intuitive about dogs. She had great understanding of our older dog’s behaviors and was patient and understanding with him. Great about understanding his diet and medication regimen. She built a relationship with him like a dog whisperer. A very talented kind and trustworthy person. Thanks for making our time away from our furry family member worry free.”

“Kimberly is reliable. She follows directions well! She worked very well with me puppy and made sure everything was cared for. Highly recommend!”

“We are so grateful to have found [Sitter’s Name] on Rover! She took incredible care of our golden retriever puppy, Rio, and also stayed at our home—which she left absolutely spotless. Her golden, Boise, was the perfect playmate for Rio, and it was such a joy knowing he had a buddy while we were away. It gave us such peace of mind to know Rio was safe, happy, and so well cared for. We will absolutely be calling her again whenever we need a sitter—for Rio and our pig, donkeys, and chicken! Truly couldn’t ask for a better experience.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. My first dog was Bella🎀 a German Shepherd that unfortunately passed away. My most recent puppies are Ruby, a 3 year old Shih Tzu sweet heart. And Hazel, a 1.5 year old energetic mixed baby. I currently work from home and my schedule is very flexible. I’m available anytime during weekdays and weekends and my calendar is always up to date! I follow the dog parent’s instructions to a tee. If your dog needs to be fed at certain time and walked at a certain pace, I will definitely be following that. As a dog parent, you know what’s best for your dog and I promise to use my best judgment when necessary.

About: I have owned and cared for animals since I was four years old, and began caring for others’ pets around the age of eleven or twelve. I have experience in anything from dog walking to administering oral medication to making a pet feel at home with me. I will go the extra step to care for and protect your animals of any size and breed, and am more than excited to get to know and love all kinds of great pets. I am currently on summer break but working a part time job with variable hours. I more than likely will be able to fulfill a request, please just let me know what works best for you and I will respond as soon as possible. I have lots of experience with all kinds of animals including snakes, fish, birds, cats, and dogs. I will make sure to meet whatever needs you seek and will use everything in my knowledge to make your pets feel at home and well taken care of with me. Additionally, I am more than willing to look after the security of your home and do tasks like mail pickup and moving garbage if you request.

About: Hi, I have background taking care of dogs and cats for friends/family! I 🩵 all animals and would love to help out owners seeking pet-care over this summer! I will be working part time this summer and I have pretty open scheduling! Request times and I am sure we can make something work In my home, our dog Shadow is given lots of love and attention by all who come through. She is walked around 3-4 times per day and gets ample food, water & treats! I assure you that your animal will receive the same love and care I would give Shadow, my dog, and will always show respect to clients homes as well!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was 9 years of age. I would take my friends golden retrievers for walks with my brother multiple times a week. I took care of my Great Pyrenees ever since he was a puppy. My Great Pyrenees, Royal, required exercise about every 3 hours. I fed, bathed, walked, ran, and administered medicine when he was sick. I am currently looking for part time jobs at the moment so my schedule is very open. I will be available to take care of your pups almost every day of the week. As of right now I only own a cat named Huck, he is my pride and joy. Huck has the whole house to explore and sleep wherever he wants. I keep all foods or items that could make him sick hidden away. For your pets I can work with you and make sure I know your pets routine such as, feeding time, exercise needs, and medications. I will treat your fur baby as if they were my own with plenty of affection and love.

“If you are looking for an experienced, friendly, responsible dog sitter (and house sitter) Kamden is must book!
