About: I have been dog sitting for at least twenty years now. I’ve always enjoyed it so much. I’m very fond of dogs and really any other animals. I’ve taken care of a range of dogs requiring all different types of attention. I’ve pretty much had a dog or several throughout my whole life and currently I don’t, so the dog sitting helps me get my dog fix. I love spending times with animals because they are so unconditionally loving and fun. I love to take them on adventures to the beach or in the mountains. I can also take care of other needs around the house, such as, watering plants, gathering mail, taking out the trash, and of course I will keep the house tidy, while you are away. Currently I am available full days to take care of your beloved pet/pets. I am new to the area and would love to be able to make some income doing something I love. I am very cautious and aware of my surroundings at all times and will be sure that your sweet animals will always be safe. I have a lot of experience with dogs and other pets and feel I sm very perceptive of animals in my care, people, and other animals.
About: I grew up with dogs and cats and have plenty of experience caring for them. I have fostered cats and dog/cat sat all throughout middle and high school. I also trained my dog when he was a puppy. Comfortable with whatever fun quirks your dog may have:) I work part time in La Jolla, so I have plenty of time. My shifts are typically around 4 hours, with the maximum being 6. If longer than 5 hours, I can pop over on my lunch break and check on your pets! I am more than willing to spend the night with your pets, and can manage any crating needed. That being said, if they are most comfortable in the bed, I don't mind cuddling!
About: We are an active foster family through San Diego Humane Society. We are up to date on all their trainings and have been tremendously enjoying our fostering journey. We are now opening our home and family to helping our neighbors and community by taking care of their dogs when needed. I’m a language teacher mostly working from home so your animals can get lots of love and attention during the day. When I teach in person, I’m never away for more than 2 hours at a time. The dogs we care for become a part of our family. The animal’s comfort is a top priority and we will follow their home routine and needs to make their transition into our care as easy as possible.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and have always been a huge animal lover. I rescued both of my dogs while I was in college about 12 years ago. I have a 13-year-old German Shepherd mix, Shepp, who now has a variety of skin and mobility issues, so I’m very comfortable with senior dogs, giving medications, and providing a little extra patience and care when needed. I also have Luna, my 9-year-old mixed breed, who is still crazy, energetic, and keeps me on my toes! I’m very comfortable caring for and walking multiple dogs at once, so multi-pet households are no problem at all. Over the years I’ve learned plenty of tricks for giving medications, handling different personalities, and making dogs feel comfortable and safe. I’ve always loved all kinds of animals. I even had a bearded dragon, and growing up I wanted to be a zoologist. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I’ll treat your pets with the same care and attention I give my own. I’m returning to school at San Diego Mesa College and have classes Monday through Thursday, with classes starting as early as 8 AM and ending as late as 3 PM. My schedule still gives me plenty of flexibility for dog walks and drop-in visits throughout the week, especially in the early morning, afternoon, and evening, and on Fridays and weekends. I’m happy to work with you to find times that fit your pet’s normal routine. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets and your home. I always treat every pet like I would my own and take the time to learn their routine, personality, and any special instructions you have. I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages, sizes, and energy levels, including senior dogs who may need a little extra patience or assistance. About: I am new to Rover but I have been that ‘go-to’ person to pet sit for friends & family and I have had dogs throughout my life. I recently lost my fur baby due to cancer after 14 yrs. About: I have always been the biggest animal lover. I am vegan for ethical reasons! I used to volunteer for the Paws Adoption Center in Chicago. There, I was involved with the community outreach team, and I’d help put together adoption packets and pamphlets. I mostly spent my time doing physical labor— that is, walking the dogs, cleaning up after them, etc. In San Diego, I live with my roommate’s friendly little Maltese dog in a pet-friendly apartment. Growing up, my family has had a total of four dogs. Three of them we adopted about 15 years ago, and I witnessed them through their teething process and helped potty trained them.
