About: I grew up surrounded by animals. My family bred Siamese cats, and we always had dogs of all sizes in our home. In June 2025, I began house and pet sitting and quickly fell in love with it. Being able to spend time with animals again has been incredibly rewarding. Since then, I've cared for dogs both large and small, watched multiple pets at once, and administered medications when needed. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I strive to provide attentive, loving care so both pets and owners feel comfortable and at ease. I live a fairly routine lifestyle and enjoy spending lots of quality time with the pets in my care. I typically start my day early, which allows plenty of time for morning potty breaks, feeding, and attention before I head out to train clients for a few hours. I'm usually back home around midday and enjoy spending time with the animals I'm caring for. Depending on their energy level and owner's preferences, this may include walks, playtime, a run, or even a hike. I also work virtually at times, which allows me to be home throughout much of the day. In the evening, I'll follow your pet's normal feeding schedule and spend the rest of the night relaxing at home. Whether your pet enjoys cuddling on the couch, playing, or simply having someone nearby, they'll have plenty of companionship and attention. I'm typically home in the evenings and maintain a consistent routine, helping pets feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. I understand how important it is to trust someone with both your pets and your home. I take that responsibility seriously and strive to provide a safe, reliable, and respectful experience for every family I work with. I carefully follow each pet's routine, including feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and any special instructions provided by their owner. I prioritize safety on walks and outings and always make sure pets are secure and comfortable. When staying in a client's home, I treat it with the same care and respect I would my own. I keep the home clean and tidy, lock doors and windows when leaving, and provide regular updates and photos so owners can have peace of mind while they're away. My goal is for both pets and owners to feel relaxed, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the entire stay.

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My experience with dogs ranges from showing dogs as a child to raising and caring for my own puppy today. I grew up on a ranch, where I was responsible for caring for a variety of animals, including quail, rabbits, horses, cows, and dogs. We carefully follow all care instructions and are committed to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for your pet while you’re away. We also provide regular updates, photos, and videos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for. I currently work a part time hybrid role as a behavior therapist, making my schedule very accommodating. My husband works from home, so when I’m away, he’s here to care. I have a small patio, but access to an incredible walking neighborhood for both slow enjoy the sniffs walkers or the many miles type of guy!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for my entire life! I’ve had 6 dogs of my own. I started watching friends, family, and neighbors' dogs at just 10 years old, and at 16, I started watching cats as well. I’d love to meet your pets and give them a home away from home :) I would love to spend all day with your pets. I work a part-time job where I will occasionally cover 4-hour shifts, but that’s the only time I’m away from the house. I would love to discuss what you love for your pets, whether it is car rides, walks, runs, etc. I have a large fenced backyard with plenty of space. I’m ready for all the energy or no energy at all, and I’ll be sure to follow any specified requests on how I can make your pet's time away from you and/or home the best time!

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have always had dogs of my own, giving me years of hands on experience caring for pets with different personalities, energy levels, and routines. Over the years, I’ve cared for friends’ and family members’ dogs through walks, drop-in visits, feeding, and companionship while they’re away. Pet care is built into my weekly routine through my business, WalkWell. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to provide weekday walks, drop in visits, and recurring care for both dogs and cats. I’m available for morning, midday, afternoon, and select evening visits, and I make sure each pet gets personalized attention based on their needs. Safety, trust, and communication are very important to me when caring for someone’s pet. For walks and drop in visits in a client’s home, I make sure pets stay on their normal routine, including walks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, medication (if needed), and plenty of attention. I’m respectful of each client’s home and provide updates/photos so owners feel comfortable while they’re away. In my home, pets are treated like family and safety always comes first. I have a dog of my own, so if I ever accept daycare or boarding requests, it would only be for pets that seem like a good fit, are well-behaved, and get along well with my black lab. I prefer to do a meet and greet beforehand whenever possible to make sure everyone is comfortable.

Our home is smoke-free, drug-free, and safe for pets, with secure outdoor areas and comfortable indoor space for relaxing. We supervise all playtime, follow your dog’s routine carefully, and provide constant care and updates. We also have a very friendly senior beagle, Justin, who loves meeting new dog friends and helps visiting dogs feel right at home.

About: I am a work from home graphic designer who has a lot of free time and a flexible schedule, as well as a love for dogs and a tabby cat named Claire. I grew up with goldens and australian doodles and have fostered over 40 cats! I would love to spend my free time in a productive way. I work from home and a make my own hours since I am self-employed, so I realistically can come whenever you need! Every hour or 2, or once a day, whatever you need I more than likely can do. My cat is my absolute world and I have lived in busy areas and wooded areas, so I am naturally a very attentive pet mom and will be with your fur babies as well. My house is always extremely clean and I would spend every last penny to make sure Claire (my tabby cat) has the best, most comfortable life possible.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs of all sizes and have been a trusted pet caretaker for friends, family, neighbors, etc. I have a 12 year old pit lab mix of my own so I understand the needs of rescues, seniors, and large dogs as well. The love, care and safety of your dog are my top priorities! I have a flexible schedule and can mostly plan my days around the needs of your pet. I have a couple 1 hour commitments weekly but have flexibility outside of that. I have front and back yard spaces and a senior dog of my own at home. I am able to meet the needs of your pet in my home if you are comfortable with him/her interacting with my dog. Otherwise, I can accommodate your pet’s needs in your home/neighborhood.

About: I am a former college athlete who absolutely loves dogs and wishes she had one of her own! I would play, walk, and take care of your dog as if they were my own. I have tons of energy and am very flexible with hours. I am going to be working from home and am looking to get some extra cash while enjoying the company of friendly dogs. Dog walking/sitting is the perfect job for me because I love dogs and get to play with them while getting some of my own energy out too! I have had a few dogs, and a cat in my own life and absolutely adored them. I have had a golden retriever, 2 labradors, and a black mouth cur, all very different and all equally wonderful. I am available to stay and work from your house, while caring for your pets, or come over after work to play and walk them around. This is a part time job for me but I work remotely so I am very flexible. I live in an apartment that is only a few blocks from Balboa Park.
