“In the days of people being flaky and irresponsible, what a relief and joy it is to have found Danielle!!! I knew from the initial prompt response from her that she was going to be a rare find!!! I have an 80 lb Pitbull that I pulled from Lancaster Animal Shelter in March. He is a great dog but strong and intimidating looking. I had a friend spending the night but I needed someone to walk him and hang out with him. He had so much fun with Danielle and got exactly the activity he needed! She did alot of enriching activities with him and I SOOOO appreciated the photos and vids and updates of how she left him (ie where the water was with pics, he was out in the house or in the office, etc). She made my international trip so much more relaxing and less stressful knowing he was being well cared for! I have already booked her again and will most certainly continue to use her in the future!!!”

“Patricia did a great job with daily walks for my dog, Danny, for the two weeks I was away. She communicated with me regularly and sent a photo at the end of each walk. I had no worries about the happiness and safety of my pet while I was away. Would definitely book her again.”

“A.J. is legit the best . He’s very communicative and quick to respond to any messages. He gets along great with my dog , who can be a bit naughty at times during her walks. Would give him 10 stars if possible.”

About: As a flexible college student looking for summer work, I have a schedule that allows me to dedicate reliable time and attention to the pets I care for. I have 3 years of professional pet sitting experience, caring for pets with a wide range of routines and medical needs. I’ve cared for dogs/cats from just a few months old to senior age, requiring extra patience, monitoring, and specialized care. I’m experienced administering oral medications, eye and ear medications, and topical treatments. I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions to make sure pets stay safe, healthy, and comfortable. Along with my professional experience, I’ve also owned and cared for dogs, cats, and horses throughout my life. I genuinely love animals and do my best to care for every pet with the same attention and love I would want for my own pets. Pet care has always been a natural part of my daily life. I’ve owned and cared for a dog, six different cats, a horse, and rodents throughout my life. I’m very used to managing feeding schedules, exercise, grooming, cleaning, playtime, and giving animals consistent attention and care every day. As a college student not taking classes over the summer, I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to prioritize pet care throughout the day. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible by providing plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and walks. I truly try to care for every pet like they’re my own so they feel safe and loved while their owners are away. I’m also very respectful of clients’ homes and leave them as clean, or cleaner, than I found them while carefully following all care instructions.
“Johanna was wonderful with Flynn. She was quick to respond to our request, friendly and came by to meet him ahead of time which made us and Flynn feel very comfortable. Would definitely book her again :)”

“Mark is super nice, professional, mature and trustworthy. This was our first Rover experience so we were a bit skeptical about the type of person we were entrusting with our beloved Westie. Mark gladly agreed to meet with us which gave us a chance to get to know him. So far we have used him for about 8-10 walks and we are super pleased with him and with Rover.”

About: Hi! I’m a college student originally from San Diego and recently spent the year living in NYC going to school at Fordham University. Living in the city I gained experience dog walking in a fast-paced environment. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities, from quick neighborhood walks to longer outings with lots of energy and attention. Back home, I’ve always grown up around animals and currently have a dog named Lucy and a cat named Winter. I am home for the summer and would love the chance to dog walk/pet sit. I’m very active, reliable, and truly love spending time with pets! I’m currently a freshman in college with classes scheduled at different times throughout the week. Many days I have large gaps between classes (for example, a morning class and then another later in the afternoon), which gives me flexibility for mid-day walks, drop-ins, and check-ins. I’m very organized with my schedule and plan ahead to ensure I’m reliable and on time. I’m also happy to communicate in advance to coordinate times that work best for you and your pet. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. Whether I’m pet sitting in your home or taking your dog on a walk, I stay attentive, aware of our surroundings, and follow any specific routines or instructions you provide. About: I am an animal lover that is passionate about caring for all animals, specifically rescue animals and animals that may require unique behavioral support or have special needs. My own dog is highly reactive, so I have a lot of experience with handling and caring for reactive dogs. I treat and love every animal as my own and am a very responsible and reliable caregiver. I work as a school psychologist, so I typically care for animals more over the summer! Over the summer, I am available throughout the day for walks or drop in services. I am very flexible both week days and weekends, check my calendar to see if I’m available! I do not offer in-home pet care due to the needs of my own pets. However, I am a very responsible and respectful caregiver when entering client homes.
About: Hi I’m Rachel! You can feel at ease knowing that I am pampering your fur-baby to their hearts content. I have cared for animals my entire life, from horses to birds to puppies. I love to keep the pups mentally and physically stimulated whether it be food puzzles or beach days at fiesta island. I have attended dog training classes with my own dogs in the past, so I will apply what I have learned as I care for yours if you would like me to. I work from home, so the dog-walking breaks are just as refreshing for me as they are for your pup! Plus my schedule is very flexible. I have a Pomsky named Mochi who is a little over two years old. He is incredibly social, so if your dog is social as well it’s a great way for them both to burn some energy! I won’t introduce them unless you specifically ask me to though. Feel free to ask me any additional questions :)
Fairbanks Ranch dog parents share their Rover experiences
My German Shepherd can be very picky as to who he will be with. He warmed up to Chunli right away. She was fantastic with him. She is very punctual and provided a detailed report after each walk. We will definitely use her again when we go on vacation later this summer. I highly recommend her.
