About: We are a husband and wife team who love furry companions! Although we're just starting out on Rover, we've both been doggy parents since we were kids. Most were raised from puppies. We've also had bunnies, birds, fish, turtles and chickens, whew! We haven't had a dog since we lost our beloved black lab. The heartbreak is real! We miss the companionship animals bring so nowadays, we are aunts and uncles to our friends' dogs. We regularly care for a senior dog who requires medication twice a day. With two sitters, you can be assured that your pet will receive all the attention they need and deserve. We run a home-based business so our time is very flexible and we can tailor our schedule around your and your dog's needs. During weekends and holidays, our two daughters are willing and able to offer additional cuddles and belly rubs. We live in a house with a fenced yard, in a gated community. Our neighborhood is quiet and very dog friendly. For house sitting clients, we will always respect your home and your pets as if they were our own. We would like to meet you and your fur babies prior to all bookings. It's important to us that we're a good match to one another.

6. Laura G.

“A wonderful dog sitter and walker! I’m so grateful and happy that I found Laura, especially for a last minute request. Laura is very sweet and caring. My dog immediately liked her. Laura has been very mindful of his shy behavior. She has arranged his meals as indicated and walked him right on time. We had great communication, she sent me photos and updated me every time she picked him up . Laura made my trip much more smooth knowing that my dog was in good hands.”

7. eddie d.

“Eddie was a great walker and the dogs really enjoyed their time with him!”

My other one, is a retired sleddog who is happy as can be and she adores Marty. He’s always on time, responsible, and caring.”

9. Denise O.

10. Jeanine L.

“Jeanine is an excellent care provider. She’s always reliable but what makes her the best is her love and care for my dog, Cinna. 11. Benjamin U.
About: I pride myself in giving the pet my undivided attention, making sure that everyone is satisfied. The care and safety of the pet is my number one priority. I am extremely flexible and able to take care of the pets at any time. This flexible schedule allows me to have a better quality of work and care. I care for them to the best of my ability, following what the owner wants and giving the pet my undivided attention and putting the pet first during the day in no matter what service I am providing.

12. Hannah & John K.
“Hannah dog sat our elderly, blind dog for five years (2012 - 2017). She stayed in our home when we traveled and gave loving, responsible care to our sweet poodle. After Hannah married, John joined her in caring for our dog in our home when we traveled (sometimes for a 3 week stretch). Our elderly dog had Addisons disease and needed to receive daily medication which Hannah reliably administered. She also needed a monthly injection. Hannah coordinated the medical care and never missed or delayed treatment. Thanks to Hannah and John's loving, doting care, our dog was always excited to see them and we always returned to a happy, calm, and well pet.”

13. Victoria D.

“Victoria is very sweet and friendly. She took good care of my pups, with the daily walks and time outside. Always provided feedback and pictures . But mainly, she treated my dogs really well and demonstrated a caring attitude. Certainly a trustworthy dog walker!”

14. Laura T.
“Laura has helped out with our pups from staying the night to stopping by to feed, play and just check in on them. We can always count on her to show up and take the time to give our girls the attention they need. We love getting notifications from her via text with a cute picture of our girl. Knowing you can count on someone to look after, check in our your fur baby is essential and Laura fulfills that requirement. If you need someone to play, walk or stay over night, I highly recommend Laura for the job. She has been our go to for the last 14 years.”

15. Troy C.
About: Hi, I’m Troy, an experienced animal caregiver and the proud owner of a rescue sanctuary in the beautiful foothills of Iron Mountain. Animals are my passion, and I have years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and even farm animals. Whether your pet needs a cozy staycation, extra exercise, or lots of love, they’ll feel right at home here! Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine since I host an animal rescue and sanctuary. Every day starts with feeding, cleaning, and ensuring all animals in my care are happy and healthy. Throughout the day, I spend time socializing with them, providing exercise, enrichment, and any necessary medical care. Because of this, I’m always present and attentive to the needs of the animals I look after. For pets staying with me through Rover, they’ll be seamlessly integrated into my routine—whether it’s supervised playtime in my spacious outdoor area, relaxing in a cozy indoor space, or going on walks tailored to their energy levels. I’m experienced in balancing the needs of multiple animals while providing individualized care and attention. Pet care isn’t just something I do—it’s my lifestyle! In my home, pets receive personalized care in a spacious, enriching environment. I ensure they feel comfortable and safe by providing cozy resting areas, plenty of supervised outdoor space, and a structured routine that includes feeding, playtime, and exercise tailored to their needs. If a pet enjoys socializing, I carefully introduce them to friendly rescue animals, but I always respect each pet’s comfort level. For pets in my client’s home, I follow their established routine to minimize stress. This includes feeding, walks, playtime, and any special care instructions. I keep the home tidy, provide regular updates, and make sure pets feel loved and secure while their owners are away. Whether in my home or theirs, I treat every pet like family!
