It was very clear that Jasper was getting lots of attention, affection, and care, and that he genuinely enjoyed spending time with her and her family. We really appreciated how warm and welcoming they were with him. Natalie was wonderful with Max while we were away for a week! She took great care of him and kept us updated with messages and photos throughout our trip, which gave us so much peace of mind. Natalie was kind, reliable and just lovely all around. We would definitely have her watch Max again!
We are so happy to have found Ailen and Rolando. Our cats (as before with other caregivers) were having issues adjusting to their stay (not eating, hiding,etc.); Ailen was so sweet and patient with them, eventually getting even our most shy kitty not only to eat but be affectionate. Colby eventually warms up to everyone, Tuffy is a recluse around anyone outside our home. Our cats love Ailen and Rolando after only a week with them. We had complete peace of mind and would enthusiastically recommend them.
