When we first met Kimberly and her husband they were very attentive and asked all the right questions. They even bought cameras to watch Ted if they left as we mentioned that is what we do when do at home. Kimberly made us feel at ease on our trip with daily pictures and messages and reassured any questions we had about Teddy while we were away. We plan to continue to use Kimberly for any trips we take and would strongly recommend her to anyone. Teddy truly seemed sad to leave which we see as a great sign!”
“Shawna has been keeping Bella for over a year now. She is great with Bella, and Bella loves going to visit Shawna. I get daily updates and I always pick up a happy, healthy dog. She even sets up her couch so that Bella can get up there and sit with them. On her last visit, Bella had a medical event. She began coughing and hacking up foamy spit up. Shawna immediately contacted me and we originally decided just to monitor her. But when it continued everytime Bella drank water, Shawna made the decision to take her to the emergency vet. She kept me informed of everything they were doing and how Bella was being treated. She did exactly what I would have done and I'm thankful for having a sitter that I can completely trust to look after Bella. I highly recommend Shawna!!”

I usually like to see the place where we send our pup because she is a very talented escape artist, and I shared that with Michele and Trenton. This time I didn’t have a chance, and Michele picked up on my nerves and called me to discuss what their space is like and how they could make sure our doggie stays safe. Then, during the stay while we were traveling, my toddler kept crying because she missed the pup; Michele went above and beyond to send photos and video updates and even did a video call so my kiddo could have some face time with her dog sister and calm down. Our doggie also had an absolute blast! Definitely plan on sending her back to the farm to hang out with the goats and chickens :)”

Sara is fantastic! I really appreciate her straight forward approach as such an experienced care provider. Darla has some initial anxiety the first day/night of her stay, in part, due severely harmed by a previous care provider, and because she is extremely attached to our children. Because I have family out of state and we travel at least a couple of times a year, we have been looking for someone who we felt would/could have patience, kindness and the experience to see her through that initial hurdle. We are very thoughtful when looking at care providers for Darla, and have been specifically looking for someone trustworthy that we can consistently turn to when we travel. Sara felt right from the first time I saw her profile! Sara has extensive experience, down to Darla’s breed(s) and behaviors, and made us feel confident she would be safe and cared for. Darla did have anxiety around bedtime on the first night, Sara chatted with us, did some “troubleshooting” and got her settled in - Sara refused to just crate her, which might have been the easier solution for some people. She was patient and worked through it with her. Thanks to Sara, Darla did great from there on out! We are SO thankful for her professional approach - She communicates honestly, and has so much enthusiasm for providing thoughtful and compassionate care. We can’t recommend her enough, and we plan to use her from this point forward!
