About: Hi! I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I grew up with Golden Retrievers & Maltese, which sparked my lifelong passion for caring for pets of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Three years ago, I adopted my own puppy, Maisy, and she has completely changed my life by teaching me responsibility, compassion, routine, and the unconditional love of our animals. I am comfortable caring for pets of any size and age. My goal is to ensure your pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I'm happy to customize the experience to make you and your pet as comfortable as possible :) I recently graduated from dental school and am taking time off from May-July as I await my licensure. During this time, I'd love to spend time helping families with their pet care. After the summer, I will be available on most Fridays & weekends. Whether it's a daily walk, or boarding during your summer vacation, I'd love to help out as much as I can! I prefer to watch pets in my own home so that my dog, Maisy, has a playmate. Maisy attends daycare regularly and has become accustomed to playing with dogs of all different shapes & sizes - she is very friendly! However, I know this is not always the best/safest option, so I am happy to discuss alternative options that make you the most comfortable.
“Our girl loved her time with Alfonso & his family. Alfonso sent us daily photos of Gabs and updates on her adventures with his boys. We went to meet Alfonso and his family before booking since this was our first time using a sitter and all of our worries quickly went away after meeting him and his boys. Kalyani has a sweet Lab who is very gentle and was great company to Velvet. We would love to board Velvet with Kalyani everytime we go out.”

It was obvious from the second we walked in the door that Sydney and her family were going to treat our dog like she was their own which alleviated all anxiety. Sara has taken wonderful care of our older dog Bucky in two occasions in the past year. She administered his meds, brushed his teeth, fed him according to my instructions, and sent frequent updates with photos and videos. Bucky did not want to leave her house, and clearly felt like he was always at home with her. She was also very flexible about pick up time when we returned from our trip the weekend of the ice storm.
