I have hands-on experience caring for reactive dogs and confidently administering medication, as well as managing special feeding needs, including dogs with megaesophagus. My property is fenced, giving dogs the freedom to roam safely off-leash. Any walks outside the property are always on leash, no exceptions. About: If you need assistance with walks, drop-in visits, or at-home care, I am exicted for it all! I have been around animals my whole life and have a great amount of love for our furry (and not so furry) friends. I am comfortable administering medications and transporting pets; if they love a particular park or crave a ride in the car, I am happy to go! I have had dogs in all shapes and sizes, ranging from chi-mixes up through great white pyrenees. I have had nearly every experience with a cat that you can have, from hand-rearing orphaned kittens to coaxing scared cats off of roofs, and can't imagine your cat can throw any surprises my way! With overnight stays, I bring my dog along that is cat, dog, and miscellaneous pet-friendly. Many of his best friends are sitting clients :) If you (or your pet) would prefer I not bring him to your home, let’s have a conversation and see if I can still meet your pet care needs! I work as a mobile pet groomer, so I have plenty of time to drop in throughout the day to spend time with your pets or take them on a walk. My flexible schedule also allows me to leave your pet for no more than 2-4 hours if they need that level of care. My schedule for the most part is very flexible. Popping over to sit, walk or play with your pet would be a welcome diversion in my day. Ideally I would like to work with the same animals on a regular basis so they gain familiarity and comfort with me. I am open to housesitting and staying over, or just staying for long hours and sleeping at home in my own bed. I'd be willing to flex for the needs of the pet. For me, working in someone’s home always goes hand in hand with respect, privacy, and care. When it comes to your pets, I will prioritize their safety and well-being by following their regular routines — from scheduled feedings and fresh water to walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. About: I understand that all animals have different needs and have different personalities. I can adapt and care for each pet to fit their needs and yours. I have two snuggly kitties myself and frequently petsit cats and dogs. I grew up with large dogs as well and have experience fostering as well. Open to other animal types as well! I also have experience as an equestrian and barn attendant. Before I relocated I cared for two mini ponies regularly when their family was away. Even though I work full-time, I have some flexibility during the week and will do my best to accommodate your needs. My most available times are mornings and evenings. These work well for both recurring and one time bookings. I have noted below what areas may have limited availability. If you are looking to request during these times please feel free to send me a message to double check! Weekdays: Early afternoons 1130am-2pm are limited to Mondays and Tuesdays for repeat requests. One time afternoon requests outside those days may still be possible depending on the timing please message me to check. Weekends: flexible for the most part! Saturday - availability between 8:30am-12:30pm will be limited due to another commitment but I can work with this some so please check with me about requests during this time. I am very careful to the follow instructions given to me when working with your animals and strive to give the best care to your pet and treat them as if they were my own.

About: I grew up surrounded by dogs and cats, giving me a lifelong understanding of pet care across all life stages, from playful puppies to wise senior pets. I have hands-on experience caring for reactive dogs and confidently administering medication, as well as managing special feeding needs, including dogs with megaesophagus. Currently, I care for my own special needs 5 year old mixed breed “pound puppy” and a lively 2 year old Cavalier King Charles/Golden Retriever mix. When your furry family members are in my care, you can trust that they will receive the same love, patience, and personalized attention that you provide every day. I’m dipping my toes into early retirement and looking for ways to stay active and engaged. I currently do a bit of volunteer work throughout the week and have a good amount of flexibility in my schedule that allows me to focus on providing attentive and consistent care for your pets when needed. Pets staying with me have direct access to a fenced in area for quick bathroom breaks or sun-bathing. During the day, dogs have free access to roam throughout my home, allowing them to feel comfortable and at ease. At night, I accommodate each pet’s preferred sleeping arrangement—whether that’s in a crate for security or snuggling with me in my bedroom—ensuring they feel safe and loved around the clock.
