When there was a minor incident involving another dog, Diemante and Deivadas handled it with professionalism, compassion, and great communication. They took care of everything and treated Miles exactly the way I would have. It truly showed how much they care. What really said it all was pickup day. Before jumping into the car, Miles walked back over, leaned into their legs, and waited for one last pet to say thank you and goodbye (for now). I honestly think he did that because of the care and love he was given — it was an awesome moment to see and meant everything to us. “Charity was absolutely incredible with my lab and golden who stayed with her for 6 days. I was very nervous using Rover for the first time and as soon as I met Charity, she eased all my fears. She has so much experience with her dogs, as do her adorable children and they were so sweet with them! My golden takes a lot of supplements and Charity was so precise to even notice that I left one of the supplements off my instructions and she messaged me to confirm. She was extremely responsive and communicative through the entire process from my inquiry just a week and an half before our trip until even after we got home checking in on my lab. She’s amazing!!! Eunhye (Grace) and her family did a wonderful job taking care of my 3 dogs. It is apparent everyone in the family loves dogs. Grace's daughter was especially smitten with the dogs. I received lots of updates, pictures and progress reports. The dogs seemed happy in her family's care. Having the small yard is especially helpful with letting the dogs out frequently as they are used to having a dog door, but they also took them for long walks for exercise. I will definitely be using Grace again when work calls me out of town. Thank you Grace!
Sydney was a great sitter and we will definitely be using her again. She was very accommodating with short notice on a holiday weekend. It was obvious from the second we walked in the door that Sydney and her family were going to treat our dog like she was their own which alleviated all anxiety. She provided great updates, and plenty of pictures.
Sara has taken wonderful care of our older dog Bucky in two occasions in the past year. She administered his meds, brushed his teeth, fed him according to my instructions, and sent frequent updates with photos and videos. Bucky did not want to leave her house, and clearly felt like he was always at home with her. She was also very flexible about pick up time when we returned from our trip the weekend of the ice storm. We will always book with Sara in the future now that our dog has a second home!
