Our pups are our kids, and our rescue Puggle deals with separation anxiety and doesn’t thrive in a standard boarding environment so we are REALLY picky about who watches the dogs. Charles had us come to visit his house a few weeks prior to their stay to make sure it would be a good fit, which was really reassuring. He does a great job of communicating and also sends pictures and updates while the dogs are with him.
