⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wish I could give Carly more stars She made me feel more relaxed and comfortable when I left our senior rescue Maltese named Rocky with her. I had to schedule from 700+ miles away. We live in Dallas and were meeting some of our family in Athens for Georgia football game. I was not going to leave Rocky in a hotel room all day. Or board him at a vet. I’ve used Rover all over this country and they almost never disappoint. After dropping Rocky off around 11:00 on Saturday we felt like we had hit the lottery. Carly and her family are so personable. Vanessa is great! My Chihuahuas are very comfortable in her calm environment. It's great peace of mind knowing they will only be interacting with small breed dogs. Vanessa sends multiple pictures everyday, which was awesome. I felt very reassured that my pups were doing great while I was out of town for 6 days.
Emily was exactly who you want caring for your pup! She was very communicative and provided updates before I could even ask! She was clear on how she manages her puppy house guests and immediately instilled confidence. At the end of the day you want a dog person caring for your pup, and that’s Emily! We will definitely send Penny there again.
Mijung is the best! She was very patient with my dog and very loving which is all i can ask for. My dog is quite active and she took her on multiple walks during the day. My dog came back happy and healthy, she honestly didn't seem like she wanted to leave which is very telling of how great Mijung is!
Lauren was amazing with my 10 week old puppy who stayed with her while I was out of town for work. She sent daily pictures and updates, was centrally located, and was flexible when I had to extend my dog’s stay. Highly recommend and I will be using her again for sure!
