Finding Chris and Fred was truly a blessing for our family. After a very difficult boarding experience in 2015, we had not felt comfortable leaving Chika and Simba with anyone while traveling. For more than a decade, we simply avoided it. This time, we had a very special family trip and needed someone we could completely trust. Chris and Fred exceeded every expectation. They cared for our senior pups with so much love, patience, and attention. They kept everything clean, gave them their vitamins and medications, and were especially wonderful with Chika during the daily thunderstorms, making sure she felt safe and protected. They also took excellent care of Simba, who requires extra attention because of his previous surgeries and hand-feeding needs. The daily updates and photos gave us such peace of mind. Seeing them happy, comfortable, and even playing showed us just how well they were being cared for. And when we came home, they were so comfortable that they almost didn’t want to leave! Chris and Fred gave us something we hadn’t had in many years: the ability to travel without worrying about our pups.
