“Angela was GREAT! I did a meet and greet with Angela as this was my first time using her and I was going out of the country and was going to have someone else doing the drop off and pick up. I was worried as the time difference was 5 hours ahead and may not be able to be reached if anything should come up. She was so accommodating and always responded timely to my messages. She even offered additional options to consider when I was trying to figure out what would work best for me. I would definitely use her again. I expressed to her my concerns as Juju isn't the best with eating and often times needs to be hand fed and Angela assured me she would do whatever needed to be done to help her eat and she did. I appreciate her going above and beyond to accommodate Juju and her anxiety and trying to keep her routine as normal as possible under the circumstances of me being away for such a long period of time. It is clear that Max loves animals and gave Maddy love and attention and plenty of walks while she stayed in his home for a week. He kept to her routine and was very adaptable with dropping off and picking up. I trust him with access to my home with no worries. He has become a friend to us and Maddy. They are amazing! I had to board my Malinois for two weeks and was very worried about a good place for her. This family welcomed her with open arms and she became a member of the pack immediately. They were communicative and attentive to Freya’s needs as well. Freya had a medical event as a result of a pre-existing conditioned and they handled everything perfectly. Nancy kept my 1 year old Pup , Pluto for 4 days ! My first time boarding and this was a great experience for me and Pluto! She really loved on him like he was her own pup. The videos of him she sent , I could see him smiling and so many kisses to her from Pluto! Lol! I knew he was happy and safe! Rachel and her family took care of our 3 dogs while we enjoyed our summer vacation. Rachel was so sweet and sent us pictures throughout the trip which was so reassuring to see my dogs happy and having a blast! She took amazing care of them and it was nice to know they were being loved on by Rachel and her family.
