Gunjan and Surabh were kind enough to accept a last minute request for the day care. They have a huge yard- which is a very pet friendly, for the furkids to explore or exhaust themself. They spent ample time during the initial assessment to understand our pups quirks and requirements. She is very playful and keeps us on toes and they were quick to understand and care for her as we would. We felt comfortable leaving our pet with them and will continue to access their services.
I can’t say enough about Madison, her husband and family! She’s amazing to work with, kind hearted and her son loves and was amazing with my fur baby. My 2 dogs had an amazing time at Sung Hee’s. We did a quick meet and greet a few weeks before, and I was able to explain my dogs personalities and behaviors. We did a day drop off and Sung Hee was great with sending photos throughout the day, took them on walks and I know my dogs were cared/loved for because they were extremely happy when I picked them up! Having a rescue who can be extremely skittish, this was such peace of mind for me. Very happy and will be using Sung Hee’s care for overnight boarding a few days in a couple of weeks.
