About: I have lived in a home with 1-2 dogs at a time for most of my life, starting when I was in preschool. Almost all of my friends and family have either dogs or cats, sometimes both, and I have also done a lot of pet sitting for them over the years. I have experience with large and small dog breeds, a few different cat breeds, and also some experience with farm animals. I do my best to stick to any routines or training, either actively ongoing or already in place, so knowing any pet’s specific command words or motions is helpful. I also have experience with almost all stages of life, other than fresh newborn baby dogs to eight weeks of age. I love animals, and treat each one under my care in any situation as if they were my own. My current schedule is fairly open as I am taking some online classes while I pivot in my career, so there is plenty of time for your fur babies to be loved on. My daily routine is fairly flexible and can be adjusted around a pet’s schedule who is under my care. My priority is the safety and care of your pet and your home. I am extremely respectful of people’s privacy and property so there would be no snooping, nor any crazy messes left behind. There would also be no one brought into your home not cleared to be there. House rules will be respected- like no dogs on the couch, no cats on the counter, don’t feed gremlins after midnight etc. I clean up after myself, bring my own food/snacks for overnights, and make sure the home is locked up tight whether or not I am there. I can care for plants as well- but need specifics as I do not have a green thumb. If your pet is used to having company almost 24/7, I will do my best to accommodate that. I am happy to sit curled up with your dog or cat and read or do my course work throughout the day/ night and have no problems co sleeping with your pet if they’re used to sleeping in bed with you. If they’re used to sleeping in their crate, that is easily doable as well.

About: I’ve never had a time in my life where I didn’t have a pet. I’ve lived with up to four dogs of all different breeds and ages, and I’ve owned two cats in my life. I’ve also fostered two dogs and one cat! I’ve done some minor training with my own pets, like simple “sit,” “shake,” and “stay” commands. I even got my cat to do a couple tricks! I started petsitting for family members and neighbors a few years ago, and I look forward to making new furry friends! I’m a PhD student working on my dissertation, so I’m always looking for things to add to my day that give me a break from writing! When my baby passed away at almost 12 years old, I began fostering puppies and dogs from Paws of Atlanta. ***Note:*** ❤️🐶People friendly! ❤️🐶 **VIP (Very Important Pup) status for all pups! 😁 **Availability on Fridays are evening hours with some exceptions depending on the week.*** **We can discuss those conditions as it applies to your request! ***Special Requests can be made for my unavailable weekdays, only if I don’t currently have a pup! We can discuss those conditions, if requested!*** ***Unable to accommodate Aggressive Breeds (small puppies of those breeds are okay)! **For the continued safety and security of all fur babies during bookings, I only accept ONE family’s pets at a time for boarding and/or daycare in my home. Up to 3 pets, unless family has a special request for additional pets. I have a fenced yard which is accessible to fur babies often during their stay. Pets can be crated if owners are working on crate training or at owner’s request. Pets are also welcomed to sleep in my bedroom.

About: Animal lover since birth. When I was a kid, my parents wouldn't allowed me to have a pet so I'd go to my neighbors to play with theirs (not with their children but with their pets!) I am currently working part time, so I have a pretty open schedule. Because I have 4 cats at home is why I wouldn't want to bring pets to my house, but I have no issues going to someone's place and staying over if the pet needs it! We have 4 cats at home and the only reason why we do not have a dog is because we do not have a fenced in patio.

Hence, I would consider each dog as a personalized case and give them what they individually need to relax. Be it, frequent trips outside or play with them or even leave them alone to observe and decompress. Each dog is different. So, being adaptable and attuned to their needs is my topmost priority. Taking them outside for a quick or longer walk is a non negotiable (unless the pawrents are specific about not wanting them out). They will be free to roam the house as they please. Food and medicines will be given as per their preferences and guidelines shared by the pawrents.

About: I have had an animal in my life since I was born. I have always been an animal lover, most pictures of me as a kid are with an animal of some kind. I have had dogs, cats, bunnies, hamsters, a turtle, you name it. I rode horses for a good part of my life. We had golden retrievers growing up and now I have a little 9 pound Havanese, so I have had big and little dogs. Currently we also have three cats and a 20 gallon fish tank. (I love my fish, I am still not sure how they feel about me.) I also volunteer with FurKids and foster kittens. I have tried to rescue every animal we have come across, including a baby Cardinal who was all alone. All of my pets are up to date on the vet and are a bit spoiled. I would love to meet your pet and give it the love and support it needs while you are away. I will complete most all of your visits and walks, but my husband Brian is also a certified Rover sitter and also fosters animals with me. He may help me out for a visit or 2 depending on schedules and what our kids are up to. He will always be walked through all instructions the same as myself. I am a stay at home mom with one kid in middle school and one kid in high school, so I am flexible during the day and have time to care for your pets. I can stop by for feedings, walks and love when you need me to. I have a reliable car to get me to your pets. I have an escape artist cat, so I am very vigilant when it comes to animals trying to make an escape. I know the fear of an animal getting lost, so I will always enter and exit your home carefully and keep your animal safe. If I am taking care of your dog it will always have a secure leash on before it goes out. I will double check fences in the backyard and make sure to be aware of any hazards.

About: I've had pets all my life and have been sitting for friends and family since high school (which is longer ago than I care to think about). I've got experience working with dogs as an actress and director in a theatrical setting as well as with therapy dogs. My own fur kids, (Poes, a sassy 2 y/o orange tabby and Twix, a black and caramel butterball of a guinea pig) are both rescues whom I really do treat like my children. I had to say goodbye to my 14 y/o mutt recently, and haven’t been ready yet to bring another dog home, but my heart still belongs to K-9s. As far as I'm concerned, pets are family.
