Many have become regulars who trot through our door like they own the place. (Shadow accepts this graciously.) We protect all our furry guests by hosting a quick meet-and-greet before approval. This helps us ensure a peaceful, happy, and conflict-free stay for everyone. A note on Shadow: he's a friendly, gentle Labrador and surprisingly good at reading the room. Playmate when your dog wants one, respectful distance when they don't. He's hosted guests as small as 10 lbs and naturally dials his energy down for smaller or senior visitors. On arrival, we always do gradual introductions so that every dog can settle in at their own pace. Mealtime is always separate, each dog eats in their own space, at their own pace, with zero competition. We are patient with picky eaters. From adding your provided toppings to gentle encouragement and hand-feeding, we try our best to ensure your pup gets the nutrition they need. We follow your dog's exact feeding routine, portions, and dietary needs, including any allergies or restricted ingredients.
