I put boarding in quotations because quite honestly, our dog got to be part of Charity’s family for the week, and it probably felt more like a spa and playful summer camp to our dog than boarding. We usually send our dog to stay with family or friends the one time per year we actually get to leave town. So we were anxious sending her off via Rover for our first time. Charity is super sweet, kind, clearly loves animals, and definitely knows how to handle them. Our anxieties were immediately at ease when we met her and her family. She further eased them with daily photo updates, and she even wiped our dog’s eyes with warm towels due to some allergies! Ya’ll, this dog had it better during boarding than she did on our farm. Our dog is a husky and though pretty chill for that breed, I’m 100% confident in Charity and trusting in all her abilities to handle and care for any pup. She loved on our dog like it was her own. She also was very flexible when our flight home was delayed and we had to extend an additional night. We certainly recommend her and would definitely use her again.”

About: Thank you for considering me, I can’t wait to meet your critter! I have volunteered with Compassion Animal Rescue Endeavor of Tallahassee during all four years of undergrad. Here I assisted with dog training classes, guided socialization of the rescue dogs, and walked dogs regularly. It was a great experience to see rescues come in and to then see them blossom into happy, healthy pets! Additionally, I have volunteered with Jacksonville Humane Society during my summer internship in 2018. In my time in this volunteer position I was trained in both dog and cat handling as well as dog walking techniques. About: I've had doggies since I was 8, and I've helped take care of other people's pups since I was 12. I've had lots of experience with the elderly and disabled pups as well. I have had training experience, but am not quite experienced enough to call myself a trainer. Growing up I was surrounded by animals. I had 3 dogs, 4 cats, a horse, and several small critters; pets are my passion! I used to Rover back in college and loved it so much, I’m doing it again for fun! Since beginning, it has been so much fun having a cuddly friend around and I thoroughly enjoy Rover & the amazing pups it brings my way. I am gentle, reliable, patient, and energetic! I prioritize both pet and owner comfort ie. Meet & Greets are essential before pets come to stay. I’m big on communication so be ready for lots of cute photos throughout your pup’s stay! I’m experienced giving medicine to cats & dogs- my lab growing up had arthritis and I regularly fed her medicine. My childhood cat also took thyroid medicine 2x daily. I also had to give my other elderly cat regular medicine injections. I take animal medicine administration very seriously, so you can trust that your pet will be healthy & comfortable during their stay. Cuddling, long walks, playing, and hanging out are my favorite activities to do with puppers and I also adore my feline friends. Potty breaks take place in neighborhood and private back yard. I don’t have any roommates, so your pets will be safe with me. I have a flexible work schedule & work from home, so I enjoy the company of the pups while I work. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so potty breaks can be as frequent as needed. I also enjoy the outside time walking pups gives me! I’m a big cuddler and have plenty of space inside for all the critters to have their own turf. Inside your home, I treat your home with respect and always try to leave it looking better than how it did when I got there: full bowls of water, a content fur baby, and a full belly!

“Charity and her family are awesome humans. This was our first time “boarding” our dog. I put boarding in quotations because quite honestly, our dog got to be part of Charity’s family for the week, and it probably felt more like a spa and playful summer camp to our dog than boarding. We usually send our dog to stay with family or friends the one time per year we actually get to leave town. So we were anxious sending her off via Rover for our first time. Charity is super sweet, kind, clearly loves animals, and definitely knows how to handle them. Our anxieties were immediately at ease when we met her and her family. She further eased them with daily photo updates, and she even wiped our dog’s eyes with warm towels due to some allergies! Ya’ll, this dog had it better during boarding than she did on our farm. Our dog is a husky and though pretty chill for that breed, I’m 100% confident in Charity and trusting in all her abilities to handle and care for any pup. She loved on our dog like it was her own. She also was very flexible when our flight home was delayed and we had to extend an additional night. We certainly recommend her and would definitely use her again.”

“Seriously fantastic. One of our pups was getting over an upset stomach issue when we dropped her off. Which means Sarah had to clean up some messes and we truly felt terrible about that. Sarah kept us up to date on how she was improving, and she took the extra care she needed which we are endlessly grateful for.
