“Emily is fantastic! She took excellent care of our Mia as if she was her own cat. Food, water, box and a bunch of cuddles every single day for over 3 weeks, Emily was absolutely wonderful with Mia. She is punctual and responsible which are both very important. She also helped water our plants, thank you! I also appreciate her consistent communication and responsiveness to messages. If you are going out of town and need a sitter, you'd be foolish to not have Emily at the top of your list! I will definitely reach out to her the next time Mia needs care! Thank you Emily, and all the best to you and your studies!”

“Carey is everything you want in a pet sitter. She's reliable, caring and goes above and beyond what my past sitters have done (the litter box area had been swept!) Our cat is 14 with kidney disease, so leaving him is stressful, but with Carey's experience as a vet tech, I felt more relaxed on my trip than I have in awhile bc I know she'd recognize if he wasn't well. I highly recommend her and look forward to having her sit for our next vacation.”

About: Hello, my name is Amanda and I've been caring for animals almost my entire life! I'm originally from Mexico and grew up around farm animals like goats, pigs, cows ect. I started dog walking when I was 14, then got my first job at a pet boarding facility when I was 16, then started my career in Vet Med at 18 :) I am 25 now and I truly could not see myself doing anything else. I am home the majority of the day, I do have a part time that I go to 3 days out of the week. When I'm at work it is usually for 4-5 hours, and then do class remotely. I am very active and love to go on long walks and hikes if your dog is energetic, but I can also stay at home and cuddle with your fur babies if they are not as active or on the senior side. I live in a 700 square foot 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood, I have no pets and I will only take in one pet/ or family at a time unless deemed okay by BOTH pet parents.

“I’ve used rover multiple times and I can confidently say Jake is my new go-to! My cat is my whole world and I felt so relaxed being away knowing that Jake was taking excellent care of him. Jake would send photos and updates throughout the day so I never once had to wonder how things were going because I could see how comfortable and well taken care of he was. Jake was extremely responsive, if I had any questions or updates to provide him. I cannot recommend Jake enough!! I already have him booked for my next trip!”

“Keara is an absolutely fantastic sitter. She’s incredibly easy to work with and she’s a great communicator. She treats our fur baby as if he were one of her own. I can’t recommend her enough. You are the best, Keara!”

About: I grew up on a farm, allowing me to work with animals of all types. I spent 4 years working off and on at my local animal shelter. I took dogs on daily walks and fed and cleaned cages. I also worked 3 summers as a veterinarian assistant. I assisted with surgeries and gave daily medications to animals of all types including cats, dogs, and farm animals. I also have experience with training using positive reinforcement, specifically with dogs but have been becoming well versed with cats, as well. I am a full-time student, but I only have classes four days a week, which leaves me with a flexible schedule and plenty of availability during the rest of the week. I am also free most weekends, as I am currently focused on school and do not have other major obligations. This allows me to dedicate time and attention to the pets I care for. I keep a close eye on any pet that comes into my home or that I spend time with, always ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I treat every pet as if they were my own, with patience, attention, and love. Both pets and their owners deserve kindness, respect, and reliable care, and that is exactly what I strive to provide.

“Leanna was excellent! She was very friendly, and immediately got along with my dog after they met. I needed Leanna to stop by 3x times a day, including one walk, and she was very prompt followed all the instructions I left for her. I appreciated all the picture updates I received, and I know my dog was well taken care of. Thanks Leanna!”

About: I’ve been around and cared for animals since childhood. I’m compassionate and love dogs and cats. They all grab a piece of your heart ! My work schedule is flexible with consecutive days off in a row, which allows me extra time to provide pet care for those in need. I’ll care for your pet as prescribed by you. Plenty of attention, petting, scratches and walks. I have a pet friendly condo if I’m at my own home.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats and have been walking friends and family dogs since I was 10, this has been a part time job for me for 5 years now. I’ve experienced anything from small to large dogs, dogs that have experienced trauma and are scared of others, and giving pets medication. I am available to petsit anytime before 5pm. From Saturday to Thursday since I work part-time right now. Since it is the summer I’m free all day before 5pm! Through my years of pet sitting for friends, family, and acquaintances, it has been combined with tasks such as bringing in the mail, feeding pets that require less care like fish, and letting cleaners into the house as needed.

About: I have experience caring for adult/senior cats and dogs, including feeding, cleaning litter boxes and picking up poop, and giving medications. I love to go dogs on long walks if they are able. I am available to take care of your pet daily between 6 am and 2 pm. I am also available Saturday through Tuesday evenings to care for your pet. I believe pets, their owners, and the homes deserve respect. I am happy to feed, clean up after, and play with dogs and cats in the home, as well as give medications. I would also love to take your dog on a walk through your neighborhood, while being responsible for locking doors to ensure safety while we're away.

“So thankful Elisa was available to check in on the CatBoss while we were out of town! The updates she sent were great, and it was obvious she spent the half hour visiting with the cat- and that her visits made an impact on CatBoss!”
