“I have an anxious senior pup who hasn't spent much time apart from my partner and I since adopting him a few months ago (in large part due to his anxiety). I did a pre-meeting with Zoe to make sure it would be a good fit for the pup and then we completed the booking. While my pup still let me know later in the day he was mad I left him, when I picked him up he was happy and bouncing around, but also perfectly happy to go back and hang with her. I think this was the most positive experience possible for Rick and am hopeful the positive experience might help him towards being less anxious when we leave him in the future (every positive experience helps I hope!). I would and will definitely book again with her as long as she's available and accepts him again! Also to note, she was very flexible with our pick up time which I appreciated - I had mentioned I might be able to pick the dog up early, and then when I was able to I messaged her that day and picked him up 3 hours early to hopefully make it easier on Rick. That for sure saved me some time instead of needing to pick him up and hitting rush hour on my way home. She was also very helpful and provided feedback to me on Rick's behavior at my request so I have a good handle on how his anxiety and overall behavior is progressing as we try to work through it. About: I live in El Sobrante (East Bay) and only do IN HOME CARE for dogs and sometimes cats. I've found there is less stress if they stay in their own familiar surroundings with your smells; especially if they are blind or deaf or have elderly med needs.. I also give medications and understand senior dog needs. My small Chihuahua SOPHIE comes with me and gets along with everyone. I am semi-retired and will attend to all your instructions, sleep with your baby if that is what is required. Have some spare time for next few weeks all day so I will be very flexible of the schedule and days throughout the week and month. Neighborhood watch, extremely safe neighborhood, will never leave my sight. Being very present and keeping an eye on them and have a gate in front of the front door.
