“My Coco is very happy to visit Kristin & has received wonderful care. Kristen is very accommodating when I occasionally have to change my schedule & I do appreciate that.”

“I mean just AMAZING!! Rachel and her husband have this dog thing down pact and really have gained a life client. I was very very nervous at 1st about using this rover app and leaving my baby in the hands of strangers outside of an institution, but Rachel really eased so much of my anxiety. She is very kind and sweet, organized and specific about the needs of your pet. I could tell my little baby Nova had a great time... I really enjoyed the updates and the checking in especially with video so that everything could be confirmed... Nova came home a happy baby. She and her husband took the time to get to know myself and Nova 1st so that they could really make sure Nova was being taken care of with the same love that she gets a home.... I loved that Rachel had a curriculum for Nova throughout the day and not just constant play ALLLL DAY with no structure so that she can improve and stay mentally stimulated and not just worn out.... Thank you Rachel & Jeff if your in the area THEY ARE DEFINITELY THE GO TO PET HAVEN!!!”

“Jess was great. She really cares for my dogs and takes dog sitting seriously. One pup got messy she she gave him a bath. He was nice and clean at pick up time. She communicated well and was very responsive to feedback. Definitely hope to use Jess again.”

“Robin is great at communicating and sending updates during the day on how Molly is doing; a 5 mo SHGP is definitely a challenge and Robin is all for it! I highly recommend her to take care of your furry family member, I’ve been relying on her for day care 2 days a week with the likelihood of overnights in the future.”

“Bueller and I feel so lucky to have found Yvette and Eli. She would send updates including videos and pictures through the day and during overnight stays! I can’t say enough about her. If you want your baby looked after like royalty, don’t look anywhere else!”

“My precious Piper is a rescue and this was the first doggy day care she’s been to. Lavina has made her feel so comfortable in such a short amount of time! If you’re in need of a sitter or even someone to come and care for your fur baby don’t hesitate to book with her! You won’t regret it, my pup looks forward to going over there and the daily updates Lavina sends always brightens my day and gives me the pleasure of knowing my baby is being well taken care of!”

About: I have cared for dogs since our first Siberian Husky joined the family in the 1960's! Family, friends and now new friends have entrusted me to take care of their fury family members when they leave town. From puppies to seniors they are all treated as if they were my own! I will consider accepting two dogs from the same family/household, but will generally only care for one dog at a time. This is so that no dog needs to not only adjust to being away from their own home, but also have to navigate relating to another, unfamiliar animal. I have no pets in my own home at this time either. Breeds I have cared for over the years include Labrador Retrievers, Samoyeds, Pugs, Huskies, Goldendoodles, Labradoodles, Miniature Schnauzers, Weimaraner's, German Shepards, Golden Retrievers, Pit Bulls, French Bulldogs, English Setters, Australian Shepards, Cocker Spaniels, Cockapoos and countless mixed breeds! I work from my home and so I am able to devote myself to any dog in my care. I take frequent work breaks and consider my care of the dogs entrusted to me as a part of my at-home work/life routine! I only care for pets in my own home. I have a nice fenced in backyard with privacy fencing on two sides and chain link on the other two sides, and the dogs seem to like the space. I do not leave dogs in the backyard on their own. I am with them if they are outside. I like to walk the dogs around my neighborhood and through the nearby park up to three times per day depending upon their energy level/physical abilities or limitations and their established routine. Any dogs that are more couch potatoes are certainly never forced to take walks. I honor where they are in terms of their breed, age and physicality! I have cared for elder dogs who have needed regular, timely medications and close observation as well as wild little puppies and everything in between! My home is kept very clean and neat to prevent my fury guests from getting into anything they should not and between visits I wash all dog bedding, towels, blankets and rugs.

“We have been sending our pup to Ron and Cherie's for the last few months and can't recommend them enough to other furbaby owners. They have been so flexible with our work schedules and so understanding if we are running behind. I'm so happy to have found a reliable and such a loving family to watch over our pup =)”

About: New to dog boarding- available to have your small/medium dog(s) stay with my very friendly mini golden doodle, Phyllis! I have a fenced-in dog park in the backyard, within a large fenced in grass yard! I built my house with dogs in mind; I have a dog bath for washing feet on muddy days, and a suite of grooming tools and shampoos. Fine with dogs sleeping in the bed. 🥰 Your pup must be able to get along with my pup Phyllis, but she tends to love every dog she meets! I work from home and my hobbies are at home, so I am at the house most of the day 7 days a week! i am a homebody. I have a fenced in dog park in my back yard, and a huge back yard that is also fenced in! I also have a 4 year old mini goldendoodle who loves other dogs.

“Goose had a great time at daycare with Sydney and her family! They were very accommodating and he loved having puppy friends to play with all day. He came home absolutely pooped and exhausted from all the fun.”

About: What sets me apart is my wide range of experience and genuine love for every dog I meet. I've cared for pups as tiny as 5 pounds and seniors up to 80 pounds, from playful 2-month-old puppies to wise, loving dogs in their 20s. Every dog is unique, and I take the time to understand their needs, personalities, and routines—whether it’s high-energy playtime or gentle companionship. Spending time with dogs isn’t just a job for me—it’s something that brings me real joy. I treat every pet like they're my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and important while you're away. Your dog’s happiness and comfort are always my top priorities. I have a wide range of availability right now, which means your pup will get plenty of attention and care! I recently moved back home to Michigan from Arizona and have settled into a spacious, pet-friendly apartment. Since I work part-time remotely, I’m home most of the day and have lots of flexibility to focus on your dog’s needs—whether that’s regular potty breaks, playtime, cuddles, or sticking to a special routine. This setup allows me to provide high attentiveness and personalized care, making sure your pet feels safe, happy, and right at home while you're away. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, my top priorities are always respect, safety, and comfort. I believe every animal deserves to feel secure and cared for, so I take the time to understand their routines, boundaries, and unique personalities. In your home, I follow your guidelines closely to keep things familiar and stress-free for your pet. In my home, I create a safe, calm environment where they can relax, play, and be themselves. I never rush interactions, instead I let pets set the pace so they feel confident and comfortable with me. At the end of the day, I treat every pet like a family member, making sure they’re not only safe, but genuinely happy and well cared for.

About: I've owned dogs a majority of my life, both large and small breed. I've house trained and crate trained my own dogs so I have some experience with that, as well. I work from home, which allows lots of one on one time with your pet. I'm able to flex my work schedule based on whatever is needed. I have a fenced in yard, which my own pup loves to run in. Lots of toys and playtime with plenty of comfy surfaces to nap on after.

About: I welcomed my dog 4 years back in the family when we had no plan to have a pet but we just had to bring her home. I have trained her all by myself and received many compliments on how well-behaved my pet is. I have taken care of my friend's fur friends multiple times. I work from home, so I have plenty of time to entertain your fur friend! I'm available on weekdays anytime after 10 am and accommodate them over weekends with some heads up. I have a fenced yard, lots of toys, and a Shitzu to give your pet company. I do have pretty much everything but a crate, so if you believe your pet will be more comfortable with that, then please bring it with you.

“Alan was incredibly accommodating when I needed to book pretty last-minute for a holiday and set up a meet & greet with me right away. I knew my dog would be in amazing hands, and based on the photos I received and how exhausted my dog was at the end of the night, I'd say he had a really great time with Alan and the pups. I know it's always a little bit nerve-racking booking a sitter for the first time, but Alan is incredible and I highly recommend him!”

Kathryn T.
“It’s hard to describe how amazing of a pet sitter Kathy has been over the past several years. She took care of our little Effie (100 pound labrador-german shepherd mix) every time we traveled abroad for sometimes weeks at a time, and also for shorter overnight stays. We never had to worry, we always knew our dog was in good hands. We felt safe having Effie stay with Kathy, even as Effie got older, and was having some health conditions requiring medications and environment adjustments. She also has a beautiful home and fenced in back yard. Overall, I cannot recommend Kathy highly enough. If you are looking for a dog sitter who will provide your pet with exceptional care, love, and attention, then look no further than Kathy. She will treat your dog as if it were her own, like family.”

Whitney keeps both her home and pets very clean, has a spacious yard, and her own little dog park for your pup to enjoy. She loves taking pictures and videos, so you’ll surely receive lots of updates!”

As an aside, he has also taken care of our cat! He is dependable, responsible, and has always treated our animals like they were his own.”
