“Despite booking with little notice, she made time to come meet the animals before her scheduled sitting. She kept us well informed of everything and all four of our animals loved her, including our German shepherd that can be a true handful sometimes. We got plenty of pictures during her stay and we'll definitely be entrusting out animals to her again in the future!”

“Anna is terrific! We have not used Rover before and were a little hesitant with someone staying in our home when we plan on going on vacation. Several weeks before our trip, Anna Mei came to our house and spent about 2 hours with us and our dogs. That was a great way for us to get to know each other and see how comfortable our dogs were with her and she with our dogs. At her suggestion, we spent one night in a hotel as a trial run while she stayed with our dogs. Everything went really well, and she kept us updated on what was going on. She definitely earned our trust, and we are relieved that we found a reliable sitter for when we are on our vacation. We will definitely request her again. Thanks Anna!”

“Josephine has been caring for our furry family now for 4 years. Several of our crew have required medications, so we absolutely wanted to be sure to have someone comfortable doing this. Josephine has always gone above and beyond in her care for them. She sends regular updates, pictures, and develops her own bonds with each pet, which makes us feel safe leaving them in her care while we are away. She is reliable, helpful, observant to needs, and communicates regularly. She understands and values that they are our family and treats them as such. She is an absolute gem and we highly recommend her!”

“Chris was phenomenal! We had to leave our home at 3:00 a.m. for an early flight and was there before we left so our kids wouldn't be alone. We didn't get home until 2:00 a.m. and he didn't leave until we came home! He was amazing with all of our pets but one of our cats has extreme anxiety and can be very aggressive but by the end of the week he was holding him! Chris has an amazing love and respect for animals and will 1,000% be using him in the future!”

About: I am an active duty service member. I signed up to help others care for their pets because I need to use Rover as well. I desire to provide excellent pet care service for others. I will inquire about your pet’s personality, special needs, likes and dislikes. I will professionally communicate with you, treat your pet with great care, and your property with respect if welcomed into your home. I am employed full time. Any assistance I would be able to provide would be early morning, late evening during the weekdays, and much greater flexibility on the weekend. I will care for your pets and be respectful to your home. For me that begins with good communication between you and me. Setting clear expectations between us and getting to know your pets as best as possible before the first visit.
