About: I provide personalized care for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I’m experienced with daily walks, feeding routines, and giving extra patience and attention to senior pets. I treat every pet like family and make sure they feel safe and loved while you’re away. My goal is to give pet parents peace of mind knowing their furry family member is in caring, responsible hands. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I plan my schedule to allow time for walks, feeding, playtime, and check-ins throughout the day. I’m flexible with mornings, evenings, and weekends, which helps me provide reliable care for pets with different routines and needs. Whether it’s regular walks, drop-in visits, or overnight care, I make sure each pet gets the attention, consistency, and affection they deserve. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets in my home or a client’s home. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and any special needs so they feel secure and comfortable. I keep environments clean, calm, and pet-safe by removing hazards, securing doors and gates, and closely supervising interactions. I follow feeding schedules, exercise routines, and any specific care requests exactly as provided. I also provide regular updates and photos so pet parents feel confident and connected while they’re away.

About: I am a licensed attorney by day and lifelong animal lover at heart. I currently work remotely with a flexible schedule while spending time in Virginia helping and supporting my mother as she approaches retirement. My flexibility allows me to provide attentive, reliable care for pets throughout the day, evenings, and overnight stays. I began my own small dog-walking business in San Francisco while I was in college and later worked through Rover walking large-breed dogs and cat-sitting while studying for the California Bar Exam and working as a paralegal. I am comfortable with both small and large dogs, but I especially love giant breeds like Great Danes. I also adore cats and currently have my own beloved cat, DJ Mustard, who has made me even more attentive to feline personalities, routines, and comfort. Animals have always brought joy and grounding to my life. I believe pets deserve patient, loving, observant care and that owners should feel completely comfortable while away from home. I am calm, responsible, communicative, and genuinely enjoy getting to know each animal’s unique personality and routines. For overnight stays, I also offer optional extras at a bargain cost including homemade pet treats from recipes I have developed myself as well as seasonal or holiday-themed pet portraits and photos. I offer discounts for teachers and service members in honor of my mother, who is a teacher, and my grandfather, who served in the United States Navy. Whether your pet needs companionship, playtime, medication, overnight comfort, or simply someone dependable and kind, I would love the opportunity to care for them. As a remote professional with a flexible schedule, pet care naturally fits into my daily routine through walks, feeding, playtime, companionship, overnight care, and check-ins. Licensed attorney with extensive background checks who provides attentive in-home pet care, including walks, feeding, playtime, cleaning, companionship, overnight support, and thoughtful communication updates.

About: I’m currently active duty Air Force, newly stationed in Hampton, VA. Since I can’t have pets in the dorms, caring for yours is the next best thing and honestly, it makes my day every time I get to spend time with animals. Before moving here, I volunteered for several years at nonprofit rescues that specialize in disabled and special-needs animals. My responsibilities included feeding, bathing, cleaning kennels and litter boxes, refreshing bedding, and making sure each animal got individual attention and affection. I also assisted with basic grooming, gentle handling for nervous pets, and light training reinforcement during play or walks. Since moving to Virginia, I’ve been volunteering at The Cat Corner in Hampton, where I work exclusively with cats. I help with feeding, litter changes, sanitizing enclosures, and socializing cats to prepare them for adoption. It’s helped me become especially good at reading feline body language and handling shy or anxious cats. I also have experience with house sitting, dog sitting, cat sitting, and snake sitting, so I’m very comfortable adapting to each pet’s unique personality and routine. Whether that means sticking to a feeding schedule, going for long walks, keeping up with playtime, or sending regular photo updates. I always make sure pets feel safe, loved, and cared for while their people are away. When I’m not working or volunteering, I love spending time outdoors, reading, cooking, going to the gym, and exploring Virginia. I’m also working toward becoming a lawyer while continuing my military career and of course, always finding ways to stay close to animals and help those in need. I’d love to help care for your pets like they’re my own with patience, reliability, flexibility, and plenty of love. I’m currently in the military, so my schedule varies often. However I am more than able to take care of your fur babies either in the morning, afternoon, and the evening. I am more than happy to care for your pets at your home, however my cats are still adjusting to getting adopted! I will keep your baby on their schedule with eating and using the restroom, but if you’d like anything else added, please don’t hesitate!
“Sierra was awesome with Scout and Willow! She kept me updated and made sure they were happy and well cared for while I was away. I came home to two happy puppies and a tidy house. Super reliable and great to work with — highly recommend!”

About: I am the middle child of a fur baby parent who has fostered a many dog breeds of all shapes and sizes over the course of my childhood (Chihuahuas, Yorkie Poodle, Golden Retrievers, Labs, Pit Bulls, Shepherds, etc.) with my first pupper being a rescue at the age of 10. With this, I have experience administering medication and even feedings for the bottle fed pups safely and efficiently (given there are multiple doses during the visit). Also, I can provide light grooming services as requested- if there is a service I am not comfortable with, I will make it clear so pet parents can find the right fit for themselves, their babies! All dogs need love, even the 'hyper' ones! I have experience with handling all different kinds of personalities, from bundles of energy who love to talk to the content seniors that love to rest, so I have no qualms so long as they aren't biters- yikes! I am active and always on the move so taking long walks or multiple short ones, even rides to the dog park, if allowed, are the kind of adventures your doggo will have with me! I am punctual when it comes to following a time schedule and completing tasks before the end of day so the next sitting experience is ready for a fresh start! I have moved back to the Hampton Roads area from Iowa state this past November with ride share (Uber) and Spark being my job at the moment until I find something more stable; I make my own schedule. With this, there is plenty of time to fit your pet(s) into my day to day! Peace of mind for the pet parents and comfortability, safety for said pets are my top priority. I'm always on the lookout, keeping your pet in my line of sight and sheltered (within the home save for walks and outdoor play if granted). Following the guidelines given by parents, communicating throughout the day, not just in a case of emergency is important to me, plus it allows clients the security of knowing what takes place in their home while away.

Karla was beyond amazing with our 3 dogs! She went above and beyond in every way and gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She kept us updated, treated our babies like her own, and we came home to happy, well cared for dogs. You can truly tell how much she loves animals. We are so thankful for her and would absolutely book with her again!

Anna was amazing with our dog Minnie! Minnie gets very anxious around new people and can be a little dramatic at first, but Anna handled her so patiently and thoughtfully. She kept checking in, sent updates and pictures, and made sure Minnie was comfortable the whole time (even during a storm when she was extra clingy). I really appreciated how attentive she was — she even double-checked with me when Minnie was acting nervous just to make sure nothing was wrong. That meant a lot. By the end of the stay Minnie had totally warmed up to her 😊 Anna also went above and beyond by helping tidy up before she left and keeping me updated the entire time. I would absolutely trust her with Minnie again and highly recommend her to anyone — especially if you have a dog that can be a little anxious with new people!

Courtney is highly recommended! She’s wonderful with my girls and takes great care of them! She’s able to travel a bit from her home and is able to work from your home so just ideal for a pet sitter! The girls and I would be lost without her! She’s GREAT and we love her lots!

Seriously the best! We’ve never left Obie with anyone outside family. After losing his best friend a few months ago, his separation anxiety got really bad and I was a nervous wreck leaving him with someone new for the first time ever! The communication was top notch and I just could not have asked for a better person to stay with my old man! So lucky and hopefully will never have to use anyone but Cassandra ever again!

Thank goodness we found Kynleigh when we did! Kynleigh went above and beyond to make our five year old, often a handful, labradoodle, comfortable (and happy :) while we were gone. She sent pictures and videos every day and we even came home to a clean home and sheets-- thank you, Kynleigh! We will be using her next time and feel fortunate we now can!

Alex did an amazing job taking care of our 3 dogs and 2 cats while staying at our home. She sent photos and videos every day, gave the dogs their pills without issue, and kept the house super clean. It was clear she truly loved our pets as she even shared little updates about their personalities and playtime, which made us feel so connected while we were away. We felt completely safe and at ease with her, and would absolutely book with Alex again!

Sina does such a great job watching our dog. This is the second time we have had her watch Hubert and she is great with him. As a sitter, she is very responsive with communications and thorough with the care we requested. She gets a big smile out of our dog. Thanks!
