About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 14, caring for pets both in my own home and in their homes while their families are away. Over the years, I’ve gained plenty of experience making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your furry family members! I work from 8:00 AM–5:30 PM on weekdays, but I have a lengthy break during the day that gives me flexibility for walks, drop-ins, potty breaks, and plenty of attention. My evenings and weekends are also more flexible, allowing me to spend extra time making sure your pet gets the care, companionship, and exercise they need! Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, I want them to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I have two friendly dogs of my own who are used to sharing their space and making new friends. I also have an extra set of hands with my fiancé, Tyler, who is just as much of an animal lover as I am! When caring for pets in their own home, I’m happy to follow their usual routines as closely as possible so they can stay comfortable in their familiar environment.

About: I’ve previously owned both dogs and cats and understand the responsibility that comes with caring for pets. I’m comfortable with feeding, providing fresh water, walks, playtime, basic grooming, and keeping pets safe and comfortable. I’m patient, dependable, and attentive to each pet’s individual routine and needs. My goal is to make pets feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. I own and operate a pressure washing company, so my schedule is flexible and I’m able to plan my days around pet care. My business naturally slows down during the winter months, giving me more availability during the week. This allows me to dedicate plenty of time to walks, playtime, feeding, and giving pets the attention and care they need. I care for pets by following their normal routine and their owner’s instructions closely. I make sure they have fresh food and water, plenty of attention and playtime, and regular walks or bathroom breaks when needed. I keep their environment clean and safe and give each pet time to feel comfortable around me. I’ll also keep owners updated with messages and photos so they know how their pet is doing.

About: I have over a year of experience dog sitting both drop in visits and overnight. I can adjust to any specific needs your pet may need including administering pills and most other medication. I take care of five of my beloved cats at home. They’re very spoiled so my routine involves cleaning their water fountain each week along with their litter robot whenever it needs to be emptied. I provide puzzle toys for enrichment and have even taught one of my cats a trick he does for his wet food dinner. When taking care of a families home I always make sure to leave things the same way they were when I arrived. Whether that being washing any dishes I used and remaking the bed so things are tidy when they return.

About: I’ve always loved animals and I started studying animal care from a young age. I have had many different pets throughout my life from mice, hamsters, and guinea pigs, to cats and dogs. I have a shelter background with experience as a foster for puppies, kittens, seniors, and sick animals. I’ve also had professional training as far as safe handling, engaging exercise and enrichment, and ensuring all interactions and transitions are as stress free as possible. I’m able to administer medications, including injections, and I am able to take care of general first aid. Last but not least, I will treat your pets just as I would want my own to be treated! I hope you’ll consider me! I’m currently working full time from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday. I am able to take breaks as needed for drop in care and walks. Once I am off work for the day, I am fully available. I am able to crate as needed. My apartment does have a small dog park which we will frequent. In your home, as well as my own, we will follow whatever routine you have set for your fur baby!

Clara's training and experiences makes her excellent in working with all kinds of animals. She was punctual and asked key questions about Francis' needs and what was required during her visit. I've cared for a pretty wide range of personalities, breeds, ages, and energy levels.. In addition to dogs, I’ve also cared for two beautiful tuxedo cats, so I’m familiar with meeting cats where they are—whether they’re playful, independent, or just want a quiet companion. Having pets of my own has taught me how important trust, routine, and attention are, and I always make sure animals feel safe, loved, and at home while in my care. I work from home, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to be fully present for the pets in my care. Because I’m home throughout the day, I’m able to provide frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention rather than leaving pets alone for long periods. About: I love helping people and if that means caring for their fur babies while they’re gone, then I’m more than happy to help! I’m always the first person my friends/family call when they need a sitter! I work at a dental office so I have more than enough time after work to care for pets! I will be in school starting the end of August so I’ll have even more time! I have 2 cats that are strictly indoor. They are fed Costco rotisserie chicken every morning and dry food in the evening. I also take them on walks in their backpack as long as the weather is nice.

About: I have taken care of huskies and neighbors dogs when I was younger and in my parents house. Now that I have my own home and backyard, I want to continue taking care of dogs, even if it's just for a couple of days! I have been a dog walker for several people around the Newport News area. I'm totally dedicated on the weekends! Available all day long! Monday through Friday, I work full time, working from 8-3:30. I'm available after 3:30 to pet sit, walk dogs, or take care of your pet. I have a fenced yard and a loving little white dog that can be your dogs companion during their stay! During the weekend, I am completely dedicated to pet sitting!
