I recently moved from Newport News to Hampton and I look forward to meeting new pet parents and your fur babies. I have had dogs and cats throughout my life starting with my dog Peanuts who my parents gave me when I was 5 years old. He was a Fox Terrier. He lived to be only 13 because of a heart defect,, but he was my best buddy for many years. After his passing,, I was given an orange tabby/angora which my mom named Morris. He lived a very long life,(19 years). I went on to own many wonderful dogs and cats over the years. My current pets are a French bulldog named Frankie and a blonde Tabby named Alyssa. They both get along well with other dogs and cats.

We can’t say enough great things about Barbara! She took amazing care of our seven-year-old Goldendoodle, Otto, for 10 days while we were away. From the start, she was professional, kind, and clearly has a true love for animals. She sent us tons of adorable photos and regular updates, which gave us such peace of mind while we were gone. When we returned, our home was absolutely spotless—she went above and beyond in every way. Otto was so happy and well cared for, and we’re so grateful to have found someone as trustworthy and wonderful as Barbara. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!

Schedule
I'm retired and have plenty of free time to care for your furbabies. I have raised pitbulls and chow chows and personally house-trained many puppies.

I have a large backyard that is not fenced but I live in a very walkable neighborhood I always try to make a new pet as comfortable as possible in my home. I want them to feel safe and loved.

I have a large unfenced backyard. But I have a very walkable neighborhood. If you have a senior or a couch potato we can snuggle up on the bed and watch Netflix.
