Any assistance I would be able to provide would be early morning, late evening during the weekdays, and much greater flexibility on the weekend. I will care for your pets and be respectful to your home. For me that begins with good communication between you and me. Setting clear expectations between us and getting to know your pets as best as possible before the first visit.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for about 10 years now. I own 3 dogs myself and take care of them everyday. I have also worked at an overnight boarding place for animals, volunteered at animal shelters, fed many pets, walked many dogs, and I hope to continue bettering animals. I am currently working a part-time job however, i am available after 5pm on Tuesday’s, Wednesday's, and Friday’s. I am unavailable Mondays & Thursday’s. I am fully available on weekends! I will make sure your pets have everything they need whether that’s attention, belly rubs, extra potty breaks, long walks, or even a cuddle buddy

About: I have always been expected to care of my own pets from a very young age and now mine live with me at college:) I love it so much I even created my own dog poop cleaning up business in sixth grade! Anything I could ever do to help someone with their pet is so rewarding, and I understand needing to travel and see the world or visit family as I have moved around a ton when I was younger. I’m super excited to join the app! Having my animals in college has helped me ensure I build a healthy schedule not only for myself, but also them! The way I love a routine, so do they. I try to get up around the same time each day and feed dinner around the same time also. My dogs don’t eat lunch, but I have cared for animals that have and it’s all about craving that extra important time for them to ensure they feel comfortable, especially with family gone. I love the outdoors and walks during the summer so doing that is the least I could do for my babies. I’m a very flexible and communicative person which hopefully sets up the best care:) I want to be as respectful as possible, and since working at a clients home I would want to make sure I know what works best for your animal. If is a lot of outside time, space, treats, being in the crate while gone or not. anything! I can totally work around that because I want you to have peace of mind for your home and pet:)

About: I am the middle child of a fur baby parent who has fostered a many dog breeds of all shapes and sizes over the course of my childhood (Chihuahuas, Yorkie Poodle, Golden Retrievers, Labs, Pit Bulls, Shepherds, etc.) with my first pupper being a rescue at the age of 10. With this, I have experience administering medication and even feedings for the bottle fed pups safely and efficiently (given there are multiple doses during the visit). Also, I can provide light grooming services as requested- if there is a service I am not comfortable with, I will make it clear so pet parents can find the right fit for themselves, their babies! All dogs need love, even the 'hyper' ones! I have experience with handling all different kinds of personalities, from bundles of energy who love to talk to the content seniors that love to rest, so I have no qualms so long as they aren't biters- yikes! I am active and always on the move so taking long walks or multiple short ones, even rides to the dog park, if allowed, are the kind of adventures your doggo will have with me! I am punctual when it comes to following a time schedule and completing tasks before the end of day so the next sitting experience is ready for a fresh start! I have moved back to the Hampton Roads area from Iowa state this past November with ride share (Uber) and Spark being my job at the moment until I find something more stable; I make my own schedule. With this, there is plenty of time to fit your pet(s) into my day to day! Peace of mind for the pet parents and comfortability, safety for said pets are my top priority. I'm always on the lookout, keeping your pet in my line of sight and sheltered (within the home save for walks and outdoor play if granted). Following the guidelines given by parents, communicating throughout the day, not just in a case of emergency is important to me, plus it allows clients the security of knowing what takes place in their home while away.

About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was in 7th grade (now a recent college graduate!!) and am looking to start searching for clients consistently again. I’ve watched over cats and dogs and also have experience with with both species that required medication. Growing up with two diabetic cats (and then some) allowed me to learn how to administer insulin by myself and how to administer pills. Being able to trust someone with your pet is hard and knowing they’re in good hands is a huge stress reliever. My goal is to not only to watch over and care for your pet(s), but to take the weight off your shoulders when you aren’t able to be home with them. I am currently looking for a full time job and being a pet sitter will allow me to earn a little extra on the side. I do not board pets as I don't have a current permanent residence of my own (living with my partner and their family), but am more than willing to stay overnight in a clients home. I ensure safety by checking in on a clients pet regularly should I not be needed 24/7 and make sure to not only watch, but care for the clients pet. My visits (when sleeping over isn’t required) typically range from 1 hour or a little over to be able to spend quality time with a clients pet(s), especially when the owner is gone for a longer period of time.
