His detailed and inclusive daily notes and pictures gave us a piece of mind we were not expecting but were so grateful to have. He spent time with our dogs, fed them (sometimes by hand when necessary), played with them, sat and pet/groomed them twice a day and they quickly took to him. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
