About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I genuinely love. I have spent the last 3 years volunteering with Hope for Life Rescue and Penninsula Regional Animal Shelter, working hands on with pets of all ages, breeds, and temperaments, from bottle feeding kittens and puppies to caring for senior dogs who need extra patience and attention. I’m the go-to person for family and friends whenever they need someone reliable and loving to care for their pets, whether it’s daily walks, drop-in visits, daycare, or overnight boarding. “This was our first time using Rover and at first my husband and I were nervous about which pet sitter to go with. However, Montse exceeded our expectations! She is very reliable, friendly, and super caring towards our two cats. She followed all directions needed for the cats, sent us pictures and updates which gave us a peace of mind. We have one kitty that was being a bit shy. Montse was super patient and even made sure to put food under the bed for our shy kitty and also played with her while she hid so she can slowly come out of her shell. Our kitty eventually came out of hiding thanks to Montse! I can tell that both of our kitties love her, when we came back from our trip they seemed very well cared for and pampered. We can't wait to book Montse again in the future!”

I work from home full-time, so I have flexibility. I've boarded in-home and am comfortable with your-home overnights. I'm happy for lunch-time dog walks (depending on distance), or travel visits while you're away. I have a hedged in yard, but also have a lead line so they can run free. Lots of love and attention. Ample potty breaks and treats (if allowed). I have a small dog, who loves everyone and a skittish cat that probably won't be seen.
