Dea cared for our 2 cats for nearly 20 days while our family traveled. We received daily updates that reassured us they were shown attention and love. One of our cats has a medical condition that requires extra help. Dea confidently took care of her needs and we picked her up in perfect health. I can't say enough good things about Dea as a caring, knowledgeable and experienced pet sitter. If it was not for Dea I don't think I would have been able to do my job, travel and feel at ease that my fur babies were in good hands. Dea is extremely trustworthy with your pets, plants and house, she is knowledgeable, has lots of experience, and has training in giving medication to even the most challenging of felines! She is attentive with pet and owner. Both my cats loved her, and I did not have to worry when I was away. Dea has been my pet companion of choice for over a decade maybe two - I have lost count! All I can say is that you and your pet will be in good hands under her watch and you will sleep well when away. Now that, in my view, is priceless!

I recommend Dea very highly for any pet caregiver position. She is very knowledgeable about pets, extremely responsible and reliable, and very trustworthy. For ten years, she took expert care of our pet cat, house plants, and garden when we took trips. She had no problem giving our cat her daily thyroid medications, making sure our cat was eating well, and changing the kitty litter as needed. What's special about Dea is that she made sure that our cat received some tenderness and affection. We know our cat was well cared for. I think your firm would be extremely lucky to have Dea care for your client's pets.

Dea worked as a pet sitter for the company I now own for 17 years. I was her supervisor and she also took care of my cats on many occasions, as well. She was great with my cat, Regina, who wasn't the friendliest kitty. She also took excellent care of my elderly diabetic cat, Hank, who needed twice-daily insulin shots. She had many raving fans at our agency, clients who preferred to work with her over anyone else and would call to ask about her schedule before they would book travel, just to make sure they got her. She's a former vet tech and very skilled at giving insulin shots, pills, transdermal medications and subcutaneous fluids. I have personally witnessed her confidence and her skill help to calm many kitties who would otherwise be fearful or resistant to being medicated. Our agency handles mostly cats, but she also did a great job with dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, reptiles, and fish. I highly recommend her as a pet sitter.
