“I am so grateful to Lauren for taking care of Lucy over a holiday weekend. Don’t know what I would’ve done without her. She was on time every day and is very very reliable and I would recommend her to anyone.”

“Felicitas did an amazing job taking care of my doggos. Both of them looked like they were loved and well taken cared of when we got home from vacation. My doggos loved her instantly and weren’t as stressed when we were gone.”

“Danielle has been a blessing taking care of our older cat when we’re away. She had to give her steroid meds which can be no easy feat lol she’s always dependable and on time and I highly recommend her.”

About: Growing up, my grandmother fostered litters of puppies and their moms until they were old enough to be adopted. I spent a lot of time volunteering alongside her and learned how to train puppies. While I'm not a professional, I do understand the mechanics of positive enforcement. I have a boxer puppy who will be 1 year old in February and have trained him to walk nicely on a leash as well as other commands. I'm a shift supervisor at Starbucks that works about 30 hours a week. I typically work afternoons and therefore would be available to walk or sit mornings-early afternoons. I have a fenced in yard with doggy doors that can either be open to provide the pup with access to the backyard, or closed to ensure your dog won't get into unsupervised trouble. I also have two gates that separate the home and can add extra separation between animals or other needs.
About: Hi! I've worked with a lot of different sizes and breeds, as well as different temperaments when it comes to dogs and cats. I can also administer medications and take care of exotic fish or other animals if needed. A little bit about me: I am a very calm, patient, and dependable person with 5 lovely dogs between my husband and I( I had 3 and he had 2 when we met!). I’m a former RN currently at home while finishing up my Doctorate. I would love to get back in to walking, drop-in visits, and recently decided to try out out doggy daycare. We have a nice big backyard! I am open to learning and providing your pup with any accommodations that they may need during my visits and/or their stay. I understand how important it is to make sure they feel safe and loved. Feel free to ask any questions. I look forward to working with you! *I do have a toddler at home most days, so it is important that your dog is friendly with children when considering doggy day care. She will not join me for drop on visits or walks! I do my best to provide service at the times requested. I am very dependable, however I may suggest an alternate time if there is a conflict. I will make it work! I am very organized and respectful when making a visit to a pet parents home. I also make sure doors are locked and light are off when I leave.

About: Hi there! I’m Tori! I’ve been pet sitting dogs, cats, and small animals since I was young since my parents were allergic and I simply HAD to get my animal fix! I’ve spent the last 3 years working as the primary scheduling coordinator, administrator, and in home boarder for a million dollar professional dog walking and pet sitting company in the Raleigh, NC but am now living in the Hampton, VA area with my sister and loving all that the sunshine and beaches have to offer. I’d love to connect and see how I can best offer your furry best friend the love they need while you are away. I have professional experience with dog walking, drop in petsitting, and boarding in my home. I can administer medications and have worked with puppies and senior dogs. I do require a meet and greet before services can begin as it’s very important to me that you and your pet can get familiar with me and I them so the first time I enter your home is not the first time we are meeting. Additionally I ask that you do disclose any prior history of aggression for both my safety and the well being of your pet. I am not a trainer nor do I have experience with aggressive animals. I truly believe that our pets are family and I sincerely hope to establish a long lasting relationship with both you and your pet where we become family too! I’m currently on the hunt for a remote job after I moved to the Hampton area from Raleigh, NC. My days are pretty flexible when I am not traveling so I have plenty of time to love on your pet! I do not have any pets of my own currently which is why I’d love to come hang out with yours! I require a meet and greet ahead of time to ensure everyone is comfortable!
About: I have taken care of pets since I was young girl. I also have worked as a Veterinary Technician on Langley Air Force Base. I enjoy pet sitting all kinds of animals, especially dogs and cats. I am retired and involved in some weekly activities, so pet sitting fits perfectly with my schedule. I enjoy the freedom and flexibility of pet sitting, not to mention the joy of being around pets. I am attentive, detail oriented and versatile. I believe in leaving things the way I found them, or better. I always strife to do my best at whatever I do, and I am a very trustworthy person.
About: My name is Rian (pronounced like Ryan) and I am available to do pet drop-ins local to Hampton (especially Fox Hill). Other areas would need to be discussed. I’ve grown up around animals all of my life, as my mother has owned and operated a dog grooming shop since 1990, where I used to work for several years and assisted on the weekends up until 2023. I’ve been doing pet sitting on the side for several years and have references from clients and others in the pet business, if needed. I have several animals of my own (4 dogs, 5 cats, and 1 gecko) and they truly are like children to me. If you feel like you could benefit from pet drop-ins for an upcoming vacation or otherwise, please feel free to reach out to me directly and we can discuss availability/pricing. Depending on the temperament of the animal, I can also offer nail trims and ear cleanings (bathing, etc. would need to be discussed). Thanks in advance! Have a great day! 🐾 I have some flexibility when needed to accommodate drop-ins, etc. I can work with your schedule to make sure your baby is well-loved while you’re away. I can allow your pets to run around your fenced-in yard or walk them on a leash, if needed. I’m flexible in accommodating your regular routine while you’re away.
About: Hi! My name is Marylinn, and I’m a stay-at-home mom who genuinely loves animals of all kinds. I’m looking forward to helping local pet owners by providing reliable, loving care for their furry, feathered, or scaly family members. I have experience caring for puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs, as well as cats, birds, fish, guinea pigs, and reptiles. Whether your pet needs a walk, playtime, feeding, companionship, or a quick check-in visit, I’ll treat them with the same care and attention I give my own pets. One important note: I do have a young child who accompanies me during walks and pet-sitting visits. I prefer morning or early afternoon Dog walks Drop-in visits (30 minutes to 1 hour) Feeding and fresh water Playtime and companionship Updates and photos during visits Clean ocasional accidents if needed
“Megan was AMAZING! Our pup can be stressed out with new people and we just lost our other pup, so he was extra stressed meeting someone new this time. Megan took her time with our baby and was so patient. She kept us informed and we are just so grateful that she cared so much! Highly recommended!”

“Shelbie is by far the best dog sitter we have used. She stayed in contact, gave our dog his med, went the extra mile like making sure the tv was on for the dogs to make them feel Better.”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Foxhill
Laurelyn treats our senior pet like she would her own. She’s really patient and took the time to get to know our cat. She sends lots of reassuring pictures and details about his mood, eating and bathroom habits if little changes come up. We really appreciate her.
Ashley did such an amazing job taking care of our 2 cats, Nala & Luna!! She followed my instructions for their meds & food to a T! Both cats loved her & enjoyed their extra attention, treats, & playtime while we were away for a week! Ashley also brought any mail or packages in & took our trash & recycle out to the curb on pickup day. I thoroughly enjoyed all the updates & pictures at every drop in visit! We will definitely be having Ashley watch Nala & Luna again!! :)
Penelope was able to step in and help us last minute when we learned our previous sitter had moved right before a trip. She followed all our instructions and was always timely with her visits. Even though our little guy can be spicy she took it in stride and he was in great spirits when we returned! We’ll always be grateful she gave us peace of mind while traveling.
