“Brandy was great as always! 5 Stars is definitely not enough! I know I can count on her to give my pups the best care. Even during a short overnight, they get lots of love and activities. Thank you, Brandy!”

“Tavonne was absolutely amazing! Very professional, reliable, and caring throughout the entire booking. I really appreciated the consistent communication and updates, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. My pet was well taken care of and happy when I returned. I highly recommend Tavonne to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dependable sitter!”

“Gunna had a great time and made himself at home with Jessica and her kids. He had a fun time playing in the large backyard and on his walks. Jessica was quick to respond, gave us daily updates, and above all was able to watch Gunna last minute.”

“I’m so glad I found Shanae, I was at ease while I was away. I loved the pics and videos she sent daily. I felt like my Frankie preferred being in a home environment where he can get 1:1 attention versus a boarding facility with dozens of other dogs.”

“This was our second time using Lora. She kept us updated and made sure Kai (Rottweiler) had a great time and took him to the park to get his energy out. Very sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend!”

“Samuel was absolutely amazing! I think Silk had a mini vacation - long walks, pets, and pool time, he couldn't have been happier! Samuel provided excellent communication and kept us updated with photos. When we picked Silk up, he greeted us and ran circles around us and Samuel, even further confirming Silk had a great time and enjoyed his visit! Thanks Samuel!”

“Erica is AMAZING!! I have a reactive dog and this was my first time boarding him. I was never comfortable leaving him because of his reactivity. Erica knew just how to handle him, even introduced him to her dogs with no reaction from him. She put all of my concerns at ease, answered all my questions and even treated a minor ear infection. She is honestly just the best, I think my dogs are upset they had to come home :)”

“Emily was amazing with my cat Juno! She was flexible with scheduling and helped me get Juno into her kennel (easier said than done). Emily also made sure Juno was well fed and gave me an update on how she did during her stay. As a new cat dad, I really appreciated how friendly Emily was!”
“Constance is great! Our schnauzer was in amazing hands, and he seemed to really love his time there. We will definitely schedule with Constance in the future and refer her to anyon els who may need dog sitter support.”

“Lilo loved her stay with Jeff and Barb, and most importantly we felt she was safe and treated like family while we were away. We received fast updates and communications that made the booking seamless and allowed us to enjoy our vacation knowing Lilo was in such great hands. Thank you for taking such great care of our grand-puppy.”

“Rodney is amazing! He took good care of our sweet standard poodle while we were out of town. Very responsive and friendly. My dog had the best days while staying with him. Highly recommend him!”

“We came to VA to bring our son to college, the furbaby was slightly in the way (please don’t tell him I said that!)…so, I contacted Tyrah and she responded immediately and was willing to take our baby with short notice. Tyrah was an absolute god send. She was so polite, her place is super clean— I think my baby came back cleaner than I left him! lol… She sent me daily pictures of my baby settling in just fine with her. He came back mild mannered with his lover boy cuddly personality (usually he comes back from sitters pretty rowdy and jumpy), but not this time. I honestly couldn’t tell he had been away. As much as I want to keep Tyrah a secret (and take her back to GA with me), I’ll tell y’all how great she is and what an amazing gem you have in the Hampton area! She truly was the best! She did everything I asked and more. I appreciate her a million times over and will contact her whenever we’re in town! I will definitely share my amazing find with the Hampton U parents who stay home due to not being able to get a local sitter. Thank you, Tyrah!! 💕”

“Cristen and family were amazing! Wish we had found them before. They took very good care of Asher while we were at our daughter’s graduation. We didn’t have to worry about Asher at all. Wonderful family!”

“Julie and Kenneth were wonderful with our miniature schnauzer, River! We received updates with pictures on how she was doing throughout her stay with them, and we couldn’t have felt more comfortable leaving her with this wonderful family! Highly recommend!”

“Kim was awesome and very flexible. We had a lot of last minute changes and she was very accommodating and flexible. She also gave me daily updates and sent pics of my baby! Highly recommended!”

“Jackie was awesome!! This is the second time we left our babies with her. The babies were taken care of very well and enjoyed themselves while in her care. Jackie kept us up to date on how the babies were doing and sent several pictures that put us at ease and let us enjoy ourselves knowing that they were having a good time. Would definitely highly recommend Jackie, and we will definitely hire her again.”

“Highly recommend Kacie to anyone!!! We are semi-new to the area and needed to find someone to watch our 8 year old dog while we were away for a week trip out of the country. Kacie offered up doing a meet and greet which was extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions and made us feel so comfortable. While we were away, she sent daily pictures and updates. We didn’t have to worry at all! Our dog loved his time with Kacie and will definitely be having her watch our sweet pup again.”

Let me be that person for you. Currently, I am a stay at home mom with one small child. Which makes my availability pretty flexible. I will try my best to work out our schedules so that your pets get all the attention they need. I do not view our pets as just pets. They are an extension of our family. Just as much a family member as any other. They deserve time, respect, and love. Nothing feels more rewarding than earning the love and trust of another animal. I strive to provide the best care for God’s beautiful creatures.
“She's great! Really cared for our scared pups during their first time away from home. Definitely would use her again and recommend to anyone needing a caring and loving sitter for their fur babies.”

“Such a great experience for my babies! I would absolutely recommend! I felt super comfortable having Lisa watch all four of my kitties and my dog. I will absolutely book again if I need to in the future.”

About: I have been caring for dogs since 2011 and have owned a variety of breeds, including Yorkies, Beagles, and German Shepherds. My dogs have always been beloved family members who lived long, happy lives. I understand the importance of dependable, loving care and will treat your pet with the same attention, patience, and affection I give my own. I work from home, which allows me to provide frequent attention, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. Because I am home most of the time, pets in my care receive plenty of supervision, affection, and a consistent routine. I know every pet has their own routine, so I take the time to learn what makes them comfortable. Whether that means sticking to a specific feeding schedule, going for extra walks, playing fetch, or just relaxing on the couch, I try to keep their day as normal as possible. I work from home and have a fully fenced yard, which allows for plenty of supervised outdoor time, exercise, and play throughout the day. I also keep owners updated with photos and messages so they can feel confident their pet is happy, safe, and well cared for.
“I could rave about how absolutely amazing Samantha was with my Khaleesi for hours, but I’ll keep it short for reading purposes. My dog Khaleesi is a high anxiety dog and does not do well with strangers and typically hides from them. Samantha had her during the day for 3 days, and from day 1 Khaleesi took right to her. It did take some warming up time, but Samantha kept me very updated and sent pictures throughout the day. By the end of the 3 days, Khaleesi was walking into Samantha’s house without hesitation and didn’t even turn around to look at me. Samantha is incredible and I highly recommend her!!!!”

“We usually do a boarding with Cassandra which my dog loves, but even for a day care stay, Cassandra goes above and beyond to make Pin happy! I love the photos and communication about how he is doing.”

About: Hi! I’m a reliable and loving pet caregiver who treats every dog like my own. I provide safe walks, feeding, playtime, and plenty of attention. I understand how important routines and comfort are, so your fur baby will always feel secure and cared for with me. 🐾 Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I plan my day around consistency, responsibility, and attention to detail. I schedule feeding times, walks, and check-ins so each pet gets reliable care without rushing. I’m already used to managing a structured home routine, so adding pet care flows smoothly with my day. I make sure I’m fully present during each visit—giving pets focused attention, playtime, and care while also staying organized with communication and updates for the owner. My home is set up with safety in mind, including a fully fenced front and back yard to give pets secure outdoor space for play and potty breaks. I always supervise outdoor time to ensure they stay safe and comfortable. Indoors, I keep all doors secured, remove any hazards, and create a calm, pet-friendly environment. I also follow each pet’s routine closely and never leave them unsupervised in unsafe situations. My goal is to provide a safe, loving space where pets can relax and feel at home

“Vianca and her family were so wonderful to Calvin. He had so much fun there, was so excited every morning and made me drag him away when it was time to leave. Her dogs played nicely with my puppy. They adhered to providing him a couple dedicated crate naps daily. Would def use Vianca again! Thank you!”

About: I used to have another rover account and dog watching was my full time job for about 3 years. I quit for a little bit but now I am a stay at home mom and have a 4 1/2 year old golden who loves everyone and just wants some friends to play with. I am a stay at home mom and have a dog of my own so adding a few more never hurts. My golden daisy is my child she is so spoiled and if you trust me with your dog they will be too. She is full of energy and loves all dogs and people haha. She does not know what stranger danger is. I have a huge fenced in back yard. I am also able to split up my house to have dogs in separate areas when they need a break from each other. This will be my full time job aside from being a mom so I am always home.
“We contacted Michelle the morning we wanted daycare for our dog and she cheerfully responded within minutes. Michelle provided wonderful, loving care and was super at communicating. She sent 5 pictures and a video of her walking him during his stay. Her home was lovely and the neighborhood is great for walking. I highly recommend Michelle for daycare or boarding.”

“Michele was fantastic and my dog was so happy with her. She responded quickly and sent lots of wonderful updates of my happy dog. Will definitely be seeing her again for all my dog needs!”

About: I've worked in animal welfare & shelters since 2015. I have lots of experience working with dogs and cats with various personalities and needs. I personally own 3 dogs and several cats all at various ages. One of my cats is disabled- and I've owned and worked with dogs and cats that have special needs (seziures, CH, deaf, blind), take daily medications, and possess specific breed traits/personalities that can't make them difficult to manage. Currently work remote and have a large amount of flexibility in between travel for work. I can prov8de limited boarding in home- dogs must be able to coexhist with cats, be able to be crated and/or left in a single room unattended, and be respectful of baby gates. I do have a separate space for cats that is easier to manage. Current cats in the home do free roams but there is an entire space devoted to the dogs in the home. Can crate and rotate as needed and care for up to 2 dogs if everyone can get along. In your home I prefer to stick to as close of a routine that you provide them with- from their potty breaks to morning and evening walks. Staying as consistent as possible can help provide a relaxing trip for you and your pet.
“Xiaolin and Zidong were so sweet to my pup and they were so kind and polite with me as well! They have a beautiful backyard with loads of space and their own pup got along great with mine. Will definitely be using them again soon!! :)”
“Rebecka & John were great with our girl Zoe. She was in their care for the first time for doggy daycare. They replied promptly with pics when we would ask and helped us feel better that she was having a good time. She came home happy and tired. Thanks for taking care of our girl!”

About: I have taken care of pets since I was young girl. I also have worked as a Veterinary Technician on Langley Air Force Base. I enjoy pet sitting all kinds of animals, especially dogs and cats. I am retired and involved in some weekly activities, so pet sitting fits perfectly with my schedule. I enjoy the freedom and flexibility of pet sitting, not to mention the joy of being around pets. I am attentive, detail oriented and versatile. I believe in leaving things the way I found them, or better. I always strife to do my best at whatever I do, and I am a very trustworthy person.

About: I've taken care of pets from dogs to lizards since I was 12, and have been doing drop-ins and house-sitting for family, friends, and my community for as long as I've been able to drive. I'm able to give meds for older dogs with more needs, and have trained my own dogs well in obedience training, so I have plenty of experience with a firm voice for more unruly dogs that need a little extra attention. I'm good with all animals (even the wild ones), and have experience caring for animals that need to stay separated, and am willing and able to adapt to any family I need. I currently am between jobs, the only duty I have is taking care of my own pets (amd occasionally younger siblings) so I have plenty of time to look after and care for pets I have a gentle hand and a firm voice, and have experience with obedience-training dogs particularly, and have faith in my ability to care for even the more unruly of pets. I am comfortable with crate-training and crate-trained dogs, as well as shutting them in their own room when no one is present in the home. I also have good leash experience, so walks would be easy and comfortable for me.

About: I used to work for farmville Va animal shelter for two years,I worked for a private dog boarding center for a year, and I used to have a small business for a year in Farmville Va for pet sitting. I adore and love animals with all my heart, growing up wasn’t easy but having a friendly face such as a pet made it a lot easier. I rescued my hound, Mrs Eve and she has been the best blessing I could ask for. I found her on the side of the road super sick and could barely walk, so I took her to the shelter and adopted her on Christmas Eve! She is up to date with all of her shots and is in very good health! When I found her they believed she was 6-7 weeks old but she was actually 6 months old but was super sick from parasites eating her from inside-out, now she is four years old and living her best life! When I pet sit, I treat the animals as my own! I enjoy being the only sitter with the animals, as I love their love and affection! I am a full caretaker of my dog as well! I work on the weekends so my week days are usually free! Me and my husband have a routine with our dog so we walk her before heading to work and as soon as we get home we walk her as well. She does have food down throughout the day but usually only eats if we are home from work as she sleeps all day! We play with her and her mountain of toys when we come home from work. We do trails/beach walk with her on days we are not busy or working as she deserves to have adventures as well! She sometimes sees our neighbors Dog outside so we allow them two to play together for a little before returning inside! I only have my hound dog Mrs Eve and she stays indoors as we live in an apartment but me and my husband goes on trails with her, take her outside a lot throughout the day and when we aren’t home we have a Roku camera watching her to make sure she is safe! Our neighbor has our number incase of any danger to the building because we would drop anything for the safety of our child (our dog Eve)!
“Both my dog and I think Claire is the best! She was professional, prompt and a good communicator. And - she went above and beyond - giving Coltrane long walks and lots of attention. I totally recommend her and Coltrane gives her a big paws up, too!”

I have hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from energetic puppies who need long walks and playtime to senior dogs who just want a gentle stroll and lots of love. My most knowledgeable experience was caring for my senior golden retriever named Doc, who needed medication twice a day and extra patience on his walks. I made sure he got his medicine on time and took slow, comfortable walks at his own pace. For dog walks, I provide engaging walks with plenty of exercise, potty breaks, and personalized attention. I’ve walked everything from high-energy huskies who love to run to shy rescue dogs who need extra reassurance and gentle care. For drop-in visits, I check in on your pet, refresh food and water, provide potty breaks, clean up as needed, and, of course, give plenty of belly rubs and playtime. I once cared for a nervous rescue pup named Baxter, who was slow to trust new people. With patience and treats, he warmed up to me, and by the end of our visits, he was happily greeting me at the door with a wagging tail! For overnight sitting, your pet gets loving care in a stress-free environment. I stick to their routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, and snuggles. I’ve stayed with multiple pets at a time. Throughout every visit, I send regular updates, photos, and messages, so you can relax knowing your pet is in great hands. Book with me today for dependable, loving pet care! My only current responsibilities are raising my 4 year old daughter who loves all animals, caring for my 7 year old low-maintenance cat named Sparkle, and keeping up with my online classes for my Medical Coding Certificate. The classes are online and allow me to login on at any point in the day to get work done! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. In my home, I provide a calm and secure environment with a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time. I do have a 5 year old cat named Sparkle who keeps to herself in a separate room and a 3 year old child who loves animals but is always supervised around them to ensure a positive and respectful interaction. For in-home care, I follow your pet’s routine closely to keep them comfortable and stress-free. Whether they need structured playtime, a quiet space to relax, or extra attention, I tailor my care to their needs. No matter where I’m caring for your pet, I focus on creating a safe, loving, and trusting environment. I also provide regular updates and photos, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for!
“Where to even begin with Sariah. She has been walking our boys for months now and we would be lost without her. Originally she started off walking our lab and terrier mix and they both absolutely adored her. Then we unexpectedly had to put our terrier down and she missed him just as much as we did. A month later we rescued our yorkie and she didn’t hesitate taking him on. He wasn’t leash trained, was scared and just over all a traumatized dog. She helped him walk on a leash, carried him when he needed to be carried and loved him through. We are devastated at her moving and not being able to care for our boys anymore. We always knew they were in good hands with her. Sariah thank you so much for taking care of our boys as we would and loving them. You will be missed dearly.”

“Brandy was great as always! 5 Stars is definitely not enough! I know I can count on her to give my pups the best care. Even during a short overnight, they get lots of love and activities. Thank you, Brandy!”

“Elisabeth, thank you for caring for Juno! You sent great photos throughout the week and I felt very comfortable knowing he was having a good time at home with you and your family. Thank you so much!”

“Amazing and accommodating when had to extend at last minute. Really sweet and nice people. Notified me when stool was soft and kept monitoring. Will book again.”

“Amy was amazing! We were a little nervous about leaving our dog with someone we didn't know. Amy immediately put us at ease and made us feel like our pup was the most important dog on the planet. She is extremely professional and answered all my texts quickly. She provided photos and updated us with how things were going daily. After meeting her we knew she would care for our dog like she was one of her own. She was extremely flexible at changing the dates of stay when I'd accidentally clicked the wrong days. Even though they were very last minute. Her compassion for animals is truly genuine as evidenced by the model she's set for her children. They, too, took to our dog and treated her like a real princess. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter for our pupper.”
