About: I have always had a love for pets! I got my latest dogther 5 years ago and she is a bundle of joy! Others may say I spoil her but I call it just loving her! ! All of my friends and family count on me to care for their pets while they are away and they know that they are in great hands and I will "spoil" their baby just as much as I do my own! I am a former Elementary school teacher. I’ve also worked with special needs children/adults. I am currently a life insurance broker and I work on my own schedule. Which will allow me to care for your pet anytime. I have a girl dog that is small, lovable, and will keep your fur baby company! I can also crate your dog if need be.

About: I’ve always loved animals and I started studying animal care from a young age. I have had many different pets throughout my life from mice, hamsters, and guinea pigs, to cats and dogs. I have a shelter background with experience as a foster for puppies, kittens, seniors, and sick animals. I’ve also had professional training as far as safe handling, engaging exercise and enrichment, and ensuring all interactions and transitions are as stress free as possible. I’m able to administer medications, including injections, and I am able to take care of general first aid. Last but not least, I will treat your pets just as I would want my own to be treated! I hope you’ll consider me! I’m currently working full time from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday. I am able to take breaks as needed for drop in care and walks. Once I am off work for the day, I am fully available. I am able to crate as needed. My apartment does have a small dog park which we will frequent. In your home, as well as my own, we will follow whatever routine you have set for your fur baby!

About: I have owned and lived with a variety of animals. From dogs , cats, birds. I worked also at a pet store where I handled turtles, birds, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, etc. I had my hands full caring for these animals ensuring they went to the right homes. The only animal I get nervous about is a snake. I have raised my own corgi from eight weeks old to his three year-old self as well as I have cared for my families elderly dogs up until they passed. I do not shy away from a pet regardless of age. The reason I decided to join rover was to meet and learn more about other breeds of dogs and cats.I have always wanted so many animals and working on rover will curb my need for more babies of my own. (Although I will treat your babies like they are my own.) I do work full-time 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. However, I am available before, after and during lunches if necessary or possible. This will also depending on location for lunch time check ins. I do have two pets of my own, however I can be flexible. And will work with you all the way. My dogs are fed twice a day. They’re given a multivitamin and a hip supplement. As both dogs are prone to hip dysplasia. I typically try to come home during lunch to let them out in the middle of the day however they are house trained up to eight hours. They have unlimited amounts of water. As for my clients home, I would follow strict instructions on how their pets would want to be taken care of whether it be mid day potty breaks or walks. If medication is needed, I would follow instructions on when those would be administered. I understand some animals are skittish of new people. I typically will leave them be let them get used to me and do what I can to ensure they are safe and taken care of.

About: I’ve cared for neighbors’ and coworkers’ dogs on and off for about 7 years. I’ve grown up around dogs and have experience caring for dogs of different ages, including seniors. I currently have a 16 year old Dachshund, so I understand the extra patience and care older dogs may need. I treat every pet like family and want them to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care. I work 7-4 at Langley Air Force base so depending on how far it is from base I could stop by during lunch but if not I can stop by during the week before 7 and after 3:30 pm. During the weekends and holidays, I should be free whenever to care for your pet! I live in a comfortable apartment with an enclosed patio where pets can get some fresh air and relax. I’m also happy to take them on regular walks and give them plenty of attention, playtime, and care throughout their stay. I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and right at home!

About: I am currently in Vet Medicine, with experience from volunteering in animals shelters & participating in a clinic internship. I myself have 5 dogs ranging from 8months to 12 years old and interact with animals daily. Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. Im currently in a veterinary program and completing an internship at Mount Pleasant Clinic, while also caring for my five dogs at home. Pet care fits naturally into my schedule. Im available for dog walking and check-ins in the late afternoon and anytime on weekends. These interactions and acts of care is a great way for me to continue to gain hands on experience while providing pets with the attention, care, and love they deserve! I focus on keeping pets comfortable, safe and on their normal routine as instructed. I will provide plenty of attention and care. “Rosa is now Aunt Rosa! My cats Lucy and Bubba Lee lover her and run to the door or window when they hear her car. She is assisting me after I had an injury and has been indispensable! She comes twice a week and my cats get so excited when they see her and want immediate attention. She plays with them and gives them treats...they know our routine and look forward to it. Rosa is so personable and has become like family. I wanted to address the flea issue. Rosa is at my house a minimum of twice a week sometimes more and I have never had flea issues. About: We have a great love for all life! We've been dog-sitting since Sept 2021. We absolutely love caring for animals and ensuring they feel safe and comfortable until their family returns. Your pet's needs are provided at a flat rate. Cost for bathing and sitter pick-up/drop-off are listed under additional services. We welcome the responsibility of adapting to your furry loved ones. We are available Sunday through Saturday, 6AM until 11PM, or overnight. We have experience with multiple families and different breeds. We have 2 children in the home who love to love on your pets. Connect with us to find a great caregiver for your furry family. My partner, Allen, and I work together to care for your pup. They can be crated or free roam when we are not at home. We will take walks as often as needed, let us know! We have a fenced backyard with a covered patio for your furry friend to play in. We have space for a crate/bed or other safe space. We will provide updates and pictures throughout the visit. If you want more than I'm sending or a video, just ask! We are flexible with meet-ups and provide daily, overnight, and extended care. We work throughout the week, but can provide potty breaks on our lunch breaks. I am home Friday-Sunday and during many holidays. We will take outside breaks every 4 to 8 hours. If your pup likes to play, we have a fenced in backyard. We welcome you to bring your pups favorite toys. We will take time to discuss their preferences when we meet. We will follow your feeding schedule and fresh water will be provided throughout the day. We have an XL crate, if needed, and we ask that comfort items be brought along.
