“Alesscia took such great care of my babies and sent so many wonderful pictures. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the care, updates, photos, and love shown to Drifter and Moscow.”

“Rhianna took great care of our very shy, skittish cat. He usually hides when new people enter the apartment. She was able to find him each day and even sent me pictures! I’m happy with the care she gave our cat, Toast!”

“This was my first time using Rover. Ehlaura made sure Cooper had a great experience. She accommodated all of my requests and asked clarifying questions. I will be sure to use her for future needs.”

“Danny was so great taking care of my partner and I’s cat. He took care of her just like we would’ve and was patient and gentle with her, as she can be super shy at first. We will definitely recommend him to others!”

“Carissa was amazing while taking care of my cat, Chestnut, for a couple of weeks while I was away. She was incredibly responsible and provided thoughtful updates with lots of great pictures, which made it so much easier to be apart from my little cat. I’d absolutely recommend Carissa to anyone looking for a sitter :)”

“Rhiannon was great with my cats. I appreciate the fun photos and detailed write-ups about her visits. My younger cat is afraid of everyone but Rhiannon was patient with her and eventually got her to come out and socialize. I'll be booking with Rhiannon again in the future.”

About: Animals have always been a constant part of my life. I grew up in a home where there were always dogs and cats around, caring for them wasn’t just a responsibility, it was part of daily life. Over the years, I have personally raised and cared for three dogs of my own, each with different personalities and needs, which taught me patience, structure, and how to connect with animals on an individual level. Most recently, I adopted another dog into the family, adding even more joy and playful to the house. From energetic puppies to gentle seniors, I have experienced it all training, playtime, feeding routines, crate care, walks, and of course, lots of cuddles. Whether your pet is shy or social, active or relaxed, we understand how to make them feel safe, loved, and at home. I have a partner who has been pet sitting for her friends and co-workers last 4 years. I work at shipyard, but my work is pretty flexible that I can check out our dogs or any other pet frequently to make sure they receive enough attention love and most importantly care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. In my home, I provide a calm and secure environment where dogs can relax and be themselves. I have a fully fenced big yard for safe outdoor play, and I supervise all interactions to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. I follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible — from feeding schedules to crate preferences and bedtime habits — so they feel right at home. I never use harsh corrections; instead, I rely on positive reinforcement, patience, and gentle guidance. I also keep my home clean, pet-proofed, and free of anything unsafe. Whether your dog is playful, shy, or somewhere in between, we make sure they always feel safe, respect. I will keep sending regular updates and pictures or videos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands

About: Grew up with dogs my entire life, they’re truly a member of the family! I’m usually available every day. I have a 6yr old dog of my own, plus my boyfriend’s 2 dogs. I can teach/work on basic commands like sit, lay down, stay, shake, hi-five, and come. Our dogs are high energy and loud, so I come prepared for all types of dogs. I have military base access (retired veteran), so I can support everyone’s needs! I have experience with puppies and older dogs, as well as small and larger breeds (and everything in between). I’m happy to administer any oral medication your pup might need. For walks, I ask that a harness or collar (with a tag attached) and leash be readily available. For walks and in-home care, I ask that you’re present for the first meeting. I do not charge for an initial meet and greet! I’m not doing overnight care at the moment, but I can do multiple drop ins a day! I’m available as early at 9am and as late as 10pm for drop ins. DISCLAIMER: I will have my baby with me during walks and drop ins. We don’t need any special accommodations, just that the pups are okay with kids. I look forward to meeting you and your pup! I’m currently a work from home/stay at home mom and have availability most days. I’m flexible to work with your schedule as needed and can usually accommodate early and late visits. Let’s communicate on what you need! If your pup likes snuggles or just wants someone to sit with, that’s fine. If we need to play some tug of war or ball outside, I’m down for that too! I can wipe feet before we come back inside or even buzz the vacuum around, if needed.
“Piper is the best! Super reliable, excellent at communication, and our pup loves her!! My Aussie is high energy + sensitive, but he loves playing with Piper and she is super attentive, loving, and careful with him. Can’t recommend Piper enough!!”

“Catherine was fantastic! She provided drop in care for my fur baby while I was away and kept me updated on how Sophie was doing. It gave me tremendous peace of mind to know she was well taken care of in my absence.”
About: From 2020 to 2024, I worked as a dog bather at my sister’s dog grooming salon, where I discovered my passion for working with dogs. I am a certified dog trainer through Catch Canine Trainers Academy and currently work as a dog trainer at The Good Dog Yorktown. I have experience working with dogs of all breeds and temperaments. I will be able to give your pup the attention/exercise that they need in order to be fulfilled! I can do whatever your needs are for your dog when I do a drop-in or walk. I want both you and your dog to be comfortable.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Fort Eustis
My absolute favorite pup sitter ever! We had a loss in the family and with almost no notice he reached out letting me know he could help. He also went above and beyond making sure each of my dogs got out door time, special attention, treats, their medication and fresh food and water. Genuinely just a wonderful human. Thank you for everything you do! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cheyanne was phenomenal! She was communicative, reliable, affectionate, and went above and beyond with our dog with separation anxiety. She made him leaving him a lot easier. I couldn’t have asked for anything more! Will 100% be booking again with her in the future

Paityn is a life saver. I had hired 2 dog walkers for my two dogs. When the 2nd person canceled last minute, Paityn saved the day. She agreed to walk both dogs separately as well as take care of my cat. My husband said both dogs were excited to see her each visit. I will definitely be using Paityn again.

Sydney did an outstanding job taking care of our two dogs while we were out of town for a week. She arranged a meet and greet before we left, which made me much more comfortable as a pet parent having met the person who would be caring for my fur babies in my absence. It also allowed my very tentative husky a chance to see her before her first official visit. She arrived on time and stayed the full duration every day, spending time with the dogs and sending me detailed updates and pictures every visit, relieving my stress over leaving them and allowing me to relax and actually enjoy the trip. One of our dogs was sick just before we left and on a prescription medicine and special diet. Sydney was flexible with the change and comfortable giving the meds as prescribed. She updated us on how the medications were going and how Whiskey was doing. She even went above and beyond without hesitation and brought the trash can in from the road for me and some packages that were delivered while we were gone. Sydney’s dedication and kindness towards our dogs made their week easier too. I highly recommend Sydney and will definitely request her care for our babies during future trips!

Luisa provided incredible care for my pup, Leila, during the Holiday season. She went above and beyond every visit; consistently kept me informed with thoughtful updates. Her dedication and reliability far exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a trustworthy and compassionate sitter.

I love her as a pet sitter! She always sends multiple adorable pictures of my dog while I’m away and I know that she is taken care of. Madeline always leaves a very detailed description of what activities take place and it really makes me so happy to hear about all the details!
