Hello, my name is Paityn M. I live in Newport News, VA. I have two cats, and before that I have had Siberian husky's, hamsters, turtles, and bunnies. I love animals so much and they will always be a huge part of my life! My hours are very flexible. Please know I do not provide boarding. Skills and experience I provide are below. I can't wait to help you out with your pets. Hope to talk to you soon! Skills: - I am Pet First Aid and CPR Certified. - I know how to administer eye, ear, and oral medications. - I know how to administer insulin injections. Professional Experience: - 3 years at Seminole Vet Vo-Ed Tech School in FL. Learned how to take care of dogs, cats, bunnies, horses, and pigs. Studied every type of dog breed at the time (2008-2011). - 5 Years in Wildlife Rescue in Batavia, Ohio. Rehabilitated squirrels and racoons. - 2 Years at SPCA in Largo, FL as a volunteer for wildlife, dog enrichment, and dog walking. Rehabilitation of opossums, squirrels, flying squirrels, bunnies, birds, and turtles. Gave enrichment to cats and dogs. Walked all different types and weights of dogs. - 10+ years pet sitting and dog walking for neighbors and friends. - 1+ years on Rover

I currently have two inside cats currently. We keep things VERY neat and cleanly. We have one cat that has a feeding schedule and the other one grazes. The cat boxes are cleaned once ever 1-2 days. We care for are pets as much as we possibly can, provide many toys, and make sure they get play time daily.

Paityn was excellent! She provided consistent updates on our cats and made sure they had everything they needed.
Paityn is a life saver. I had hired 2 dog walkers for my two dogs. When the 2nd person canceled last minute, Paityn saved the day. She agreed to walk both dogs separately as well as take care of my cat. My husband said both dogs were excited to see her each visit. I will definitely be using Paityn again.
I hired Paityn to walk my 7 yr old dog when I left town on a girls trip. I appreciate that she let my dog set the pace and stopped to let her roll in the grass. My husband told me that my dog was super happy to see Paityn each time which tells me that Kayla gives her approval too.
Paityn is always so flexible and considerate! Plus our kitties love her!
We just LOVE Paityn!!! She takes thoughtful care of all of us— fur babies and anxious fur parents. She is a great communicator and can be flexible if trip plans go wrong (eg extra nights in hospital). I would love to be greedy and keep her all to myself but she’s too good not to share. Schedule
I lost my job in March 2024 due to a mass lay off and the job market has been difficult to say the least. I have decided to go back to school and get my bachelors online. This job works perfect for me for the time being due to these factors. I have pet sit for various people in my past, and I have loved continuing to make a career out of this.
