About: I've taken care of so many humans working in healthcare. I have been around and taken care of cats for 14 years. I have watched and taken care of my sisters dog for 1.5 years. I love taking care of humans and pets, so i'm very excited to be joining rover! 🐾✨ I'm free during the evenings and weekends. I can drop in to take your dog for a evening walk and feed them dinner. I can always stay over night during the week too, i just work during the week so I won't be able to watch pets from 8a-4:30p. I'm very fun, calm and patient. I love creating a great environment for all animals to be in. I'm very active from walking to playing with them.
About: I owned over 6 rescue dogs at once, animals are innocent and deserve love, I have worked in clinics before and have seen all shapes and sizes and loved them all I am available at anytime you may need, emergencies happen and I can be there to help! Jesse was truly a wonderful cat sitter! We changed around our trip dates multiple times because our baby was sick and she totally rolled with the punches which just allowed us to make the best decision on when to leave for our vacation without worrying about losing our cat sitter too. She also was very kind and left her contact info with a contractor working in our home while we were gone just in case anything came up with the kitty that she should know. Her care of Lucy was truly 20/10, as was her communication! We loved getting so many details and photos and knew that our kitty was in good hands the whole time. Excellent experience overall.
Haley was fantastic and I highly reccomend her for drop in visits! She was communicative and wrote detail notes of her visit which helped me feel so at ease while we were away from midday to late evening. She asked a lot of great questions to get to know our two great Pyrenees who are wonderful but have some funky quarks. I felt very confident leaving them in her hands for backyard time and walks. Rebecca did an amazing job taking care of our two dogs! She left detailed updates with lots of photos. She was prompt in her responses and completed a last-minute meet-up to meet the dogs before our trip. We really appreciated her help! The dogs were very content when we arrived home.

Julie was great with our 4 somewhat high maintenance cats! She went out of her way to play with them, spend time with them, sent us photos of each cat from every visit. She had to clean up throw up from our cat that eats too fast sometimes and didn’t have an issue doing so. She reached out to inform us of any issues that came up and asked if she wasn’t certain about something. She also had to make a decision when I didn’t respond in a timely manner and she made a well informed decision with evidently good judgment and understanding of what would be best for our cat. For the first time since getting cats, we felt like we could actually enjoy a vacation without constant worry about the care of our cats. Overall, Julie is very competent, trustworthy, and clearly cares about following instructions properly (even when high maintenance and obsessive lol). Julie will 100% be our go-to sitter for our cats in the future :)

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
