“Amber took such wonderful care of my rescue cat over the holidays. I am so glad to have found such a caring and attentive sitter. I will continue to work with her as long as I am in Loveland.”

About: Greetings! My name is Arri. I’m a Loveland resident and self-proclaimed pet lover. I have cared for dogs the past 20 years and deeply enjoy their company. I have been relied on to walk and care for neighbor, friend, and family pets and would paws-itively love the opportunity to meet your pup (and you)! I’m currently working remotely and have quite a bit of flexibility in my schedule. Having your pup’s company on my daily walk would be welcomed! Mornings and evenings are ideal, but can work with whenever your desired time is. I will send you photo updates with your pup and how things went on our walk. I will be communicative with any needs or updates.
“We needed someone to drop in and check on our dogs last minute. I got a hold of Kathryn The evening before and she was able to book us for the next day. Lovely person and was a good sport when our cats locked her out of the house while she was out back with our dogs lol highly recommended!”

About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life. I have owned multiple dogs and have always been in charge of them. I have helped train my pets and have watched my neighbors and friends pets! I have been a nanny who had to take care of two dogs and helped out with two other dogs! I love to spend time with dogs and cats, and play with them! I am athletic and don’t mind running around with pets. I am a full time student right now. But I have a lot of free time with my schedule. I have class on The weekends, but am available during the week. When I am in charge of a pets I understand that their needs are generally the same as ours, and they need to be taken care of. I am willing to make commitments work! I am very respectful of other’s space and personal life. I understand that there is a boundary when it comes to being in someone else’s home and private space. I want to create a safe environment for both the client and myself!

About: I provide comforting care when you can't take your fur babies with you. I give peace of mind so you know your pet is having a positive experience with me and that your home is safe and secure. I understand that each pet is different and has routines and needs of care which I will always follow. Having had pets of my own, I appreciate the individuality of each animal and feel confident in giving them the space they need or the affection they desire. From me they will always get what they need and feel cared for. I have had the opportunity to care for large and small dogs, a cat who people were afraid of but who eventually happily coexisted with me. I work full time as a remote worker so I can provide in home pet first care with ease. My work and schedule is flexible, which allows for pet care to be added into my day with little disruption to me or the pet. When I am with a pet in their home, their routine and needs come first. Besides the instructions or guidance I am given about the pet, I observe and engage with the pet to learn about them and make them comfortable and happy while I am in their home.
“Mark is a warm and wonderful person and we are thrilled to have had him care for our 2 fur babies. Very attentive, caring and professional, I can’t recommend him enough! Communication was a breeze and we loved all of the photos. Thank you Mark!”

She goes above and beyond in her care, is extremely communicative and most importantly, loves on our kitty as if he were her own. Thank you, Debbie! We don’t know what we’d do without you!”

About: I've had my own dog since I was 10 years old. I've had experience with different sizes and breeds. I really love walking dogs and believe in being firm but gentle in training. I lost my favorite dog of all time in 2024 and have not been able to get a new dog friend as we are caring for my husbands parents now. I would love to be able to help others with their fur babies during this time! Dogs are very often drawn to me as I am calm and confident and enjoy being around dogs of all sizes. I am currently looking for part time work and have time to check in on fur babies throughout the day. I am available to walk dogs in the early morning and late afternoon. Amy was very responsive, sent us pictures of our kitty, and even came over to meet us and our kitty before our trip. Most importantly, we heard nothing but good things from the cat when we got back :) Thank you to Amy for giving us peace of mind during our trip for a very social cat that needs a lot of love even when we're gone.

Thank you so much for taking care of Diamond! Kathryn is punctual and really knows how to gain a cat's trust. My cat usually doesn’t like people and takes a long time to warm up to someone new, but she warmed up to Kathryn so quickly. Diamond trusts you, and we would definitely love to book you again in the future!
Danielle is amazing! She is very sweet and kind to our kitty Ivy who is super shy. She has managed to bring her out of her shell a bit. She is always on time, stays for a long while with Ivy and sends me many pics and notes. We are so glad to have found her and highly recommend her!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
