She is obviously a big animal lover, and was very good and sweet with our cats.”

About: I have always had some kind of fur baby ever since I can remember. I feel confident caring for large, medium or small breeds. I have experience with senior care, distributing medication or animals that require special accommodations. I'm gentle, kind but also know that dogs need a pack leader. I have had chickens for the past 10+ years, and I am familiar with feeding and care of alpacas, horses and cattle. I have a genuine love of animals, I enjoy learning their personalities and helping them feel as comfortable as possible while their people are away. I am a stay at home mom with a 2 year old who adores all animals big, small, furry, feathered you name it. I'm available for walks, play dates and drop in care. I'm also available for house sitting. We have a very large fully fenced in yard with plenty of room to chase a ball and a doggie pool. We have two gentle labs who are well socialized and one that LOVES to have new dogs to play with. If your dog is shy, we are able to designate an alternative space to make everyone feel comfortable.

About: My pets are my babies. I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, including the last 20 years of my adult life. Over the years, I’ve cared for multiple special needs pets, including a diabetic feline. Through college, I worked part time as a veterinary assistant and in a boarding clinic and feel comfortable with various breeds and temperaments of pets. I’ve also had experience administering oral and subcutaneous medications for both canines and felines. Outside of traditional dogs and cats, I’ve owned horses, goats, and Guinea pigs and loved caring for each of them. I work full-time; however on the days that I have made myself available to care for your pets, they will be my priority and I will treat them as I treat my own - with the same love and attention I would want my own furbabies to receive when I am away. During my visits with your pet, I will make every effort to make them feel loved and comfortable in your absence and provide them with the same level of care I would hope for my pet to receive when I am away.
