About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats since I was a young girl and truly love being around animals. While I only board dogs in our home, I’m also happy to care for cats in your home.I accept dogs of all ages as long as they are house-trained. As a stay-at-home mom, I have plenty of time to give your dog lots of love, attention, and supervision throughout the day. I enjoy going on walks, and we live near a dog park for pups who like to get out and explore. We’re always careful during feeding times and keep dogs separated to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. My kids (ages 11 and 15) are confident, gentle caregivers and are great at giving individual attention—especially if your pup is feeling a little unsure while away from you. I also have a dog-proof run that’s accessible through a dog door from our living room, plus a secure backyard where I can play ball and hang out with your dog for extra space to roam. Our family has used Rover sitters in the past for our own beloved dog, so I understand how important it is to feel confident and comfortable with your sitter. I truly want to go the extra mile to make your dog feel safe, happy, and loved while in our care. I’m home Monday through Saturday nearly 24/7, aside from short errands. On Sundays, I am out of the house for a few hours in the morning. If your pet prefers not to be left alone, they’re welcome to come along with me. Your dog's comfort is my top priority. I work hard to provide a safe and clean environment. I can administer medications as long as thorough instructions are given. I am happy to bathe and brush your dog. Based on your dog's energy levels and your expectations, I am happy to walk him/her multiple times a day. Your dog has access to the dog run through the dog door. I can let them out into the back yard as well if they need more space or aren't trained to use a dog door. We live close to a dog park that I'd be happy to take your pup to if they love dog parks. We have a 20lb cockapoo who is usually reclusive when we host other dogs. She usually hangs in our room when we have other dogs in the house. I always separate the dogs if we leave to run errands just to be extra careful.

About: I am a healthcare professional who has luxury of working from home. I have been pet sitting for Rover for over five years now. I love the different animals, my dog loves having play-friends, and I know how it hurts my heart when I have to leave my dog for long stretches. I would love to know they are in good hands with a dog lover. That is what I can provide. All animals love me. Plus, I have one labradoodle and two kitties. They love to have visitors! Rest easy knowing your fur baby is not home alone. Will walk, feed breakfast and dinner. I live in Water Valley. Note: I prefer watching other doodle breeds. All dogs must get along with kitties. If you are unsure, and your dog chases rabbits or squirrels, it most likely will not be a good fit. My kitties love playing with the dogs. I work from home so am with the fur babies all day long. We take potty breaks every 2-4 hours. While I’m working, I move the doggy beds to my office so my “assistants” can supervise me 😉 After work we will have play time then later afternoon we might have nap time. Feedings are around 6:00 am and 5:00 pm. We settle down for bed around 9 and wake around 6. We live in an attached home and have a four-foot fence surrounding the yard. Pets will always be supervised while in yard. If you think they will try to jump fence, it may not be a good fit.

I adopted Tuna in 2014, when he was a year old, and he lived with me for 12 wonderful years until he crossed the rainbow bridge in October 2025. I am becoming a Rover sitter to bring the companionship of a dog back into my life while offering other pet parents the highest level of dedicated care. Through caring for Tuna and my family's dogs over the years, I have extensive experience with all types of dogs, including highly active young adults and seniors requiring specialized care. As a former pet parent, I understand how stressful it is to leave your dog with someone else and trust they will be cared for as you would. Senior care: -Experienced in administering daily oral medications and supplements while managing strict dosing schedules. -Familiar with guiding dogs through physical therapy exercises, managing arthritis, and accommodating the slower pace of aging pets. -Experienced in managing complex nutritional needs, including transition care, dehydrated food, and preparing fresh meals from scratch. -Ability to manage specialized routines, including transporting pets to appointments such as veterinary acupuncture or maintaining routines for such appointments. Behavioral needs: -Experienced caring for a highly reactive dog with a history of abuse. -Familiar with reading dog body language, avoiding triggers during walks, and managing anxious or fearful dogs. -Skilled at establishing a calm, low-stress environment for dogs who need extra time to warm up to new people or spaces. Exercise needs: -Well-versed in safely handling dogs while hiking, camping, and swimming in the Colorado outdoors. -Accustomed to providing multiple structured walks a day, tailored to your dog's energy level. Hygiene needs: -Routine experience with monthly bathing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. I work almost entirely from home Monday through Friday (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). While I keep regular work hours, my job offers excellent flexibility. This means your pup won't be left alone; I am readily available throughout the day for potty breaks, neighborhood walks, and dedicated playtime. If your pet requires a specific medication schedule, multiple feedings a day, or extra companionship while you are away, I can seamlessly integrate their routine into my workday. When your pet is with me, they are treated like family. I aim to provide a safe, structured, and deeply affectionate environment so you can have total peace of mind. If they are used to cuddling on the couch or sleeping in bed, they are more than welcome to do so. However, I am happy to enforce any house rules and boundaries you already have in place. Overall, I maintain a very clean, organized, and pet-proofed home. All trash cans have lids, plants are kept out of reach, and miscellaneous items are never left out where a dog can reach them. I live in a third-floor apartment with no elevator. My home is best suited for dogs who are fully mobile or small enough to be easily carried, as we will need to navigate two flights of stairs for every outing. My apartment complex features a private dog park and plenty of walking paths. I also have access to a community doggy bathing station, which is perfect if your dog requires bathing while in my care.

About: I’ve boarded, fostered and adopted many different kinds of pets over the years big and small. From high maintenance animals that require special love, attention and medication to the lowest maintenance just feed me and leave me alone pets. As a pet owner myself I know how important quality care and love means to you when you can’t be with them! You’re family has my full attention they’ll also have the attention of my family I’m a stay at home fur mommy e we spend a good portion of our day playing in the large backyard in the summer we enjoy water play and lounging in the winter we chase snowballs and eat snowmen With 4 very friendly loving fur babies of my own I understand the need for alone time and have kennels if your baby needs some alone time. Food and treats are strictly monitored and only given with parent permission

As work from home, I will have a time dedicated to your pet. I can take care of puppies under 1 year as well.. Because I work from home throughout most days, your dog will never feel lonely or overlooked. I will be able to provide regular attention, potty breaks and play sessions. I will follow your dog/cats schedule for feeding, walks and medication, so they feel secure and cared for.
