Drop-ins/Walks are 30 or 60 minutes (multiple drop-ins/walks can be booked in one day). Day Care (in your home only) is for longer visits (usually between 4-7 hours per day). Hi! 👋 I'm Traci. I have over 20 years of personal experience caring for my own pets, including dogs and cats. Growing up, I was surrounded by animals in a household where my father worked as a veterinarian. This early exposure gave me a deep understanding of pet care and a lifelong passion for animals. Additionally, I've spent several years assisting friends with their pet care needs, from walking to providing attentive drop-in visits. What sets me apart is my ability to cater to pets of all ages, including energetic puppies and senior pets requiring extra care. I’m skilled in administering medications*, customizing care to each pet’s unique personality, and creating a stress-free experience for both pets and their owners. ⭐ I have experience administering SQ medications; however, I request that pet parents demonstrate their process during a meet-and-greet before confirming this service. Since every animal responds differently, ensuring a comfortable experience for everyone is my top priority. I am generally available Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM for drop-in/walks and day care. I have opened up weekend mornings for day care services, but can't go past 12 PM. - I'm not available 5/22/25 or 06/17/25 after 5 pm. - I'm not available the mornings/early afternoons of 5/27/25 or 5/28/25 (available after 2:30 pm both days). I prioritize creating a safe and stress-free environment for your pets in the comfort of their own home. Whether it’s feeding, walking, or playtime, I ensure your pet feels secure and cared for while maintaining their usual routine. I’m attentive to each pet’s unique needs, from adhering to feeding schedules to offering plenty of affection and exercise. About: I've had pets my whole life, and they truly make me happy. My husband and I adore our Shorkie, making sure he's always full of love and well-cared for. We've watched our friends' dogs for years, loving and treating them as our own. I love going for walks, and during weekdays, I usually take them out every few hours for a stroll around our tree-filled neighborhood. What sets me apart is my genuine love for animals and dedication to giving them personalized, attentive care. I treat every pet with the same love and attention as if they were my own. If I care for your pet at your home, I'll make sure everything is tidy and welcoming when you return, with optional additional services available. Working from home allows me to easily incorporate pet care into my daily routine. I love bringing joy to both people and animals while staying productive and purposeful. Caring for pets gives me the opportunity to provide them with plenty of love, attention, and comfort throughout the day. I have a 3-year-old, 10-pound Shorkie who prefers his own space but is calm and well-mannered around other pets. Since we live in an apartment, I make sure to take plenty of walks along the beautiful nearby trails — perfect for potty breaks and some fresh air. If you'd like, I'm happy to take your pet to the dog park for some extra fun and exercise. I always keep treats on hand to reward good behavior and love snapping cute photos to keep you updated. If needed, I can also crate your pet to ensure their safety and comfort. With plenty of care and attention, your pet will feel right at home with us!
