“This was my first time using the Rover app! Paige made the experience comfortable and seamless. I was able to come take a look at her place before booking, I liked the fact that she seemed to control the environment even though there were multiple dogs. Her responses were prompt, quicker than expected. She had an answer for any question that I had. Paige was genuinely excited to have Monty and she provided me with photos throughout the day! I would highly recommend Paige and I will be booking with her again! 10/10!!”

About: I am an experienced dog-owner and animal lover, and have had dogs of my own for the last 15 years. I have a 70 pound Shar Pei-Pitt mix named Teddy who LOVES LOVES LOVES other dogs and would love to have a playmate around! We also live with my boyfriend and his 8 pound Chihuahua, Stewart, who mostly just ignores other dogs :). We live in NW Denver near two lakes and a big dog park, so we are quite active and get the pups out a lot. We also have a 6 foot fence around our backyard. My last dog, Miles, was a Great Dane who made it to 13 years old!! Caring for him towards the end of his life gave me experience with senior dogs and dogs with special needs. Whatever your dog needs, I can handle it! We both work from home most days (with occasional meetings at the office), so it is very rare that we are both gone at the same time. We are able to let dogs out with a lot of frequency, if needed. We have a fenced-in backyard, plenty of space for crates, and lots of experience to keep your dog safe. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and we're big cuddlers! Both of our dogs are relatively low-key, so we provide a quiet and calm environment.

Your pet will have my full attention and will get all the love and care they need I am focused on the pets that I care for and will give them as much exercise as the owner requests, Bottom line is I just love dogs!!

About: I've taken care of my dog Pepper for over 15 years now! I love going on walks and being around dogs of all kinds. I'm naturally a caring person and have volunteered at animal shelters, summer camps for children with disabilities, and senior folks homes my entire life. I share my new Highland Denver home with my fiance. Our place has a private fenced outdoor area and our HOA has a small dog park with plenty of room to run. I have a flexible schedule to allow for plenty of outside time and attention for your pups. I work from home all week. My work is flexible, allowing me plenty of time for walks and other pet care and attention. Our neighborhood is great for walks with several parks nearby. My dog has been one of my best friends my whole life! I love taking care of her and making sure she is happy. Being around dogs in general is when I am at my happiest.

About: I currently have full availability to take care of your pets! Ive always been an animal lover. I have experience training dogs such a blue heeler, English setters, cocker spaniels, and pit bulls. I’ve been working with dogs since I was 5 years old with my father, so there’s nothing I haven’t seen. I’ve always been around hard working dogs so I’m very experienced with challenging dogs. I am able to read animals body language due to working with them at such a young age. This allows me to take care of your animal and support its needs. I have been watching others dogs since I was 15 and training dogs since I was 10 with my dad and 18 on my own. When I was younger I was in charge of cleaning kennels, feeding dogs, and exercising them. This allowed me to understand the care dogs need at a young age. boarding- I am home most the day so they get to hang out with me, watch tv, and go on a daily walk. There is a dog park behind my apartment and a regular park. I only enter the dog park with pups if it is empty, and leave if someone else joins. This is to avoid any accidents. Walks- I will walk dog at your chosen spot. I can load them in my car and take them to a park or on a hike, or just walk them around your neighborhood! I have experience with reactive dogs and dogs that pull. I can also do hike if you book for 2-3 hours Drop In- I will stay with your pup for the amount of time requested. I will make sure to take the animal for a potty break and play with them for a little bit. House sitting- I will stay at your house most the day and sleep over. I luckily have my boyfriends at my apartment to watch my dog while I am able to take care of your pets. I will have to leave for about 3-4 hours everyday to attend to my dog. If okay I will take dog on hikes or walks daily, if dog is friendly I will allow my dog to join for a more playful time. I can also bathe your dogs before you pick them up if wanted! I know this can make coming home from vacation a lot easier! I am free all weekends and anytime during the week! I have plenty of time and availability to make sure your animal gets the best care I live an apartment but we have a dog park and we have a huge courtyard where dogs can be taken. There are many parks near where I live that I am able to take the dogs on walk at! I only take dogs to the dog park if it is empty and we leave if anyone else joins. This is to eliminate any accidents, but still allows them to run around for a little bit in a fenced off area.

“John was amazing with our high energy pup! We were in a pinch and needed a dog sitter last minute. John was willing to help us out and took the time to meet with us the day before. He even had treats ready for Rye! We couldn’t pick Rye up until 7pm due to work events and John was flexible and happy to watch Rye late. John has an incredible backyard with lots of trees and shrubs for exploring. John had great communication (always prompt in getting back to us). He provided photos throughout the day and I never once had to worry about our pup. We will definitely be rebooking with John and highly recommend him!”

I definitely will be booking with Kenneth again!”

About: I’m a Brit dog mum to 2 special pups I rescued in China and a professional dog groomer working in Wheat Ridge. I love all dogs—big and small, puppies and seniors. I promise to take the best care of your fur babies, as if they are my own! (Grooming available during boarding/day care for an additional price if requested) I work nearby while my husband works from home, so your fur babies will never be alone (unless they like their private time!) and have belly rubs on demand I am excited to play with your doggies and give them lots of attention! I have experience in walk training and have completed a course in pet first aid. I can also provide toys and snacks!

About: We are relatively new to Rover as pet sitters, so we are excited to start! We do this as both being big dog people and simply a way to let our dog have another buddy around! Between my husband and I, we have a lot of experience handling dogs ranging from puppies to senior pups (because they’ll always be puppies at heart)! I work typical M-F hours, but my husband works from home. In addition, we both have weekends off. Your pup will always have at least one of us around! We currently live on the first floor of an apartment, right by the entrance, so very easy access for bathroom breaks! No yard, but we have a small porch & are very close to parks and nearby fun walks around us for endless sniffs!

“Jay was very nice. He was gentle with our dog. Most importantly, he allowed our well behaved dog to have free access to his home with his dog instead of penning her up in a kennel during her stay. His home was easy to get to and he has a fenced backyard to keep his and my dog safe while outside. I would highly recommend him.”

About: WFH, Fenced in yard, close to a park for nice long walks! I have been a dog lover since I was a kid. For the last 4 years, I have fostered dogs in the Denver area. I have not foster failed YET and that is mainly due to the fact I love bringing new energy into our home, loving on dogs and seeing them go to their forever home. I have had a wide range of fosters from puppies to senior dogs so we are confident with the majority of animals! I have a fenced in yard and love to be outside. I work from home so will be available all day to take the animals out for potty breaks and walks. I usually work out and leave the home for 2 hours max during the day so ideally animals are potty trained and can hold it for 2 hours! I have a fenced in yard so can easily let your animal out to play and hang out whenever they want. If they prefer to be lazy inside, I welcome animals to come join me in my office as I hang out on zoom all day! I love a good walk in the morning and evening to ensure everyone is good and tired before bed time!

Irina G.
“Irina loves animals. She grew up with a dog, a turtle and a budgie. Currently, she has two dogs of her own, one adopted from an animal shelter, the other one she picked up on a street during the hard time of COVID-19, while living and working in China. There she also was active in social groups against animal abuse. When the time came to leave China she did everything possible not to leave her pups behind. She makes sure they get plenty of exercise in fresh air and are fed well-balanced nutritious food. Her friends trust her 100% to look after their pets. She also took part in the turtle conservation programme as a volunteer in Sri Lanka a few years ago.”

I would highly recommend choosing Kari -- your pup AND your family will love her!”

They were wonderful. The were willing to accommodate us on really short notice. When talking to them about my dog I felt listened to and they understood the importance of.
