“Erik and Lilly were the perfect match for Franklin. Erik was very courteous, thoughtful, and caring. He FaceTimed me before accepting my request to book to get to know Franklin’s needs and show me the space that they would be spending time together. At arrival, he invited me in to see his home and spacious backyard in person. During the stay, Erik sent pictures and videos to help put me at ease while I was out of town. At the end, he even made a montage video of the time Franklin spent there. This is the BEST rover experience I’ve ever had. It really is clear to me that Erik puts the needs of our animals first and genuinely cares about their comfort during the stay. I will be rebooking with Erik for any future needs. Thank you Erik and Lilly!! :)”

“Zory + Kent provided more than just a boarding solution for Karoo - they gave her a full-on multi day retreat full of her favorite things; she was wrapped up in endless attention and love. They genuinely adopted Karoo as their grandchild and they will be my 1st choice anytime I need to use Rover again in the future. At our meet and greet, I developed trust for them immediately. They gave me 2 pieces of paper to take home and fill out to ensure they knew about all of Karoo's favorite things, habits, emergency contacts, etc. As Zory sent me her incredibly cute/informative updates throughout the weekend, I could tell she was curating the weekend to intentionally make Karoo as happy and fulfilled as possible. Olive had an excellent time with Cindy and her dog Riley when we were out of the country for 10 days! After we first met Cindy, we felt very confident that she would take great care of Olive. The updates were super cute!! Olive will be super excited to stay with them again! :)
Debra took wonderful care of our Bailey while we were away. She truly cares about the dogs she watches and kept us updated every day with photos and videos, which we really appreciated. Daniel was a great Rover! Our dog can have a challenging personality and he was immediately comfortable. On top of being terrific with Archie, Daniel’s service was excellent as well. He accommodated our schedules by both picking him up and dropping him off, which was so helpful. We will absolutely be using Daniel again in the future.
Anna was the perfect sitter for our dog Honey. Homey seemed genuinely sad to leave and sad to see me when I picked her up. Anna gave recaps of every day with photos and videos and where they went on a hike or walk. Honey looked to be right at home. We will definitely use Anna again
Carly was able to board my dog on short notice for a holiday weekend. She took the time to come over for a meet ‘n greet ahead of time to get to know my dog and her care instructions. She also helped with picking her up and dropping off at home which made my travel plans a lot easier. I’m grateful my dog was able to have a safe and loving place to stay and have company and walks while I was away and would recommend Carly to any other pet parent!
