About: Dogs in our house are part of the family. We are a mother & son (age 14) combo with 2 dogs in the house (friendly, sweet spayed females). We have been loving and caring for dogs since we were both little, providing the best care for our price and will make your dog feel like it's at home! We have a fully fenced-in large yard and dog door. If you crate your dog, we have one in the house so that you don't have to bring yours. You can certainly bring your own dog bed, but we also have one that your pup can utilize. We also have stuffs, toys, leashes & bowls, so don't fret if you forget anything. Your furry-buddy is allowed to cuddle on the couch with us or wherever they find comfort. If the weather permits and your dog is accustomed to going to the dog park, they can join us on trips to play. We have both gone through dog training programs, most recently Ted Terroux. Clean house, well cared-for, loving home. ***** Please reach out if you need a date that shows as "unavailable" as we might be able to make a special accommodation for your dog & past clients. ***** As a teacher & student, we are on summer break and have lots of availability. During the school year, we work and go to school during the week. We are able to go home mid-day for potty breaks. We we home on weekends and during breaks (Spring Break, Summer, Fall Breaks & Winter Breaks). We have several "regular" clients that have a proven track record with our dogs.... Thus, we are able to board mid-week *if* your dog is COOL (plays well, non-destructive, low flight risk), and knows how to use a doggie door. So, please send us a message as we are often available for other dates not made public on the calendar. We look forward to getting to know you and your fur baby! We have a great record of caring for our dogs and we will be able to safely and reliably take care and keep your dog safe and happy in a comfortable and clean home. We typically feed our dogs in the morning and evening, but can accommodate your pups needs. Our home is very clean and well taken care of. There is a main level in which we hang out with great room, office and kitchen. The dogs have free-roam of the main level which has laminate flooring, but covered with carpet squares as one of our dogs does not like walking on hardwood floors. So, it is mostly carpeted for her comfort. We have a large sectional in which we allow dogs to snuggle with us while watching TV. The LARGE yard is mostly grass, some mulch/landscaped trees & shrubs, with concrete patio in which we spend a lot of time dining and reading. We pick up poop DAILY. During the evening, if you request your dog could be crated in the bedroom in which one of us is sleeping as dogs are pack animals and they don't like being separated from the pack. We keep them close to us. But, we want to keep everyone safe, so the crate is available (optional) for their safety as well as ours/our pets. But again, they are slumbering in the same room with us.

About: Looking to fill the house with furry friends since my golden of 13 years recently passed and I’m really not ready for a permanent pet just yet. My home is set up for dogs under 100lb. Dogs have direct access to a fenced yard through a secure doggy door so they can come in and out as they please. I always have fresh water on the main level, upstairs room, and back patio. The back yard has a medium sized lawn area, large covered patio, and dog house. I’ve had experience with both puppies and senior dogs, and have a very pet-safe home. I have a flexible job that allows me to bring a dog if I’m going into the office. I do have work a couple days a week that requires I leave the house for up to 6 hours sometimes so having a dog that is ok to have the run of the house for a bit is preferred but this can be worked around as well. I plan to do dog sitting for a while until I decide it’s time for a new best friend. My job is pretty flexible. I can work from home most of the time so I can pay a lot of attention to your pet. I have a dog friendly home with doggy door access to a large covered patio and fenced yard. Dogs can come and go as they please through the door.

About: New to rover but not new to caring for pets. I have learned every pet is different and has their own personality and preferences. I also have learned to adapt to our aging pet’s lifestyle and limitations but make sure we still provide adequate movement and stimulation for him. I am not certified trainer - and don’t consider myself one -but was able to potty train and teach our pet a few tricks and special family words we use with him. Our 13 y/o Chihuahua is protective but friendly, he will bark a lot at first until he gets acquainted and comfortable with others around him and us. We as a family (my husband and two children) enjoy going for walks and our children are also very caring and respectful with pets. I have a flexible work schedule and can adjust to your needs. I am available also on weekends and flexible with late/early drop off or pick up. We have a fenced yard at our home and the yard is spacious. Our home is a two story home. We also have plenty of areas to walk around the neighborhood and nearby trails (Standley lake, Arvada Parks & trails, Golden, Boulder). Our 13 y/o Chihuahua is crate trained. I do not have extra crates but can use your dog's/cat's crate as needed or as you instruct.

About: We share our home with a 15 years young, grumpy old-man Chihuahua, a 7-year old Chihuahua mix, and a new Husky-mix puppy. Dogs provide us with so much love and kindness on a daily basis, that's why I believe we should offer that same kindness back to them! Rochelle has been caring for dogs for well over a decade, from totally healthy to those needing special care (medicine, slower walks, special feeding requirements). In general, our pups get along great with low-energy dogs and low-energy dogs are ideal clients! Though, the puppy can also help us with higher energy pups. Rochelle works from home full time. We REQUIRE a meet and greet prior to booking new clients, no exceptions. Due to medical concerns, Rochelle is only able to care for small to medium size dogs. Willing to consider dogs who are larger in size only if they have completed intensive behavioral training (such as therapy dog training or hunting dog training) in which your dog will respond to commands 100% of the time. We take our dogs on walks along the walking path near my home and to the dog park down the street. We have a fenced in backyard for outdoor time and bathroom breaks. I have a fenced in backyard and two golden retrievers. Both of my dogs are very friendly. We have a dog door, but we close it when we leave the house. My wife and I work from home. We are not located along a busy street. Your dog is allowed on our couches and beds if that is something you allow in your home.

I work-from-home and have young kids who live for animals — and have been missing being around dogs terribly since my 13-year-old Lab passed away last year. Your pup will enjoy constant companionship, a fully fenced yard, active outdoor play, and kids who can't wait to give belly rubs. I specialize in low-shedding and hypoallergenic breeds and provide a safe, fun, high-energy environment your dog will absolutely love. Please note I only accept hypoallergenic breeds due to recently discovered allergies in our home. I work from home and offer three walks a day, fenced yard and playtime in a nearby park or hikes on nearby trails. I am available weekdays and weekends. I do not have any other pets. Your dog will be the only pet cared for at a time. I only offer services at my home. I'm just starting services in May 2026 and you're welcome to stop by for a meet and greet. About: I am a lifelong dog lover (you’ll see my doggo, Finch, in the photos), but I’ve recently been expanding my heart to cats too! I have a background in dog training, as I trained my medical alert service dog. I’d be happy to work with your doggo on socialization, basic obedience, or task training! I also love senior dogs, and I’m happy to care for special needs. I am currently waiting to start a new position mid-October, so I have a lot of free time before then! I am available most days and times. I live in a house in Golden with over an acre of land for pups to play on (with supervision of course)! We are also a 5-minute walk from Van Bibber trailhead. My 9 y/o cattle dog loves other dogs (and cats), and she is happy to either keep to herself or run around and play.

“I had a last-minute engagement come up with my son who was visiting from out of town, and since my dog, Stanley, suffers from separation anxiety and can no longer be left alone at my townhouse, I urgently needed to find care. I'm so grateful this gentleman was available on short notice to help out. Stanley has pretty severe anxiety—he tends to cry and whine when I’m gone, which has been frustrating and heartbreaking. We’ve been working closely with his vet and a trainer, trying everything from calming collars and thunder shirts to CBD, leaving an item of my clothing, and even having in-home sitters. Unfortunately, nothing has been a magic fix yet, but we’re continuing to try. That said, Stanley *loves* other people and dogs, and I was relieved to see he came home happy (and hungry!). They even kindly offered him some food when he didn’t want to eat his own, which I really appreciated. When my dinner reservation ran late, he was flexible and understanding about the pick-up time, which I also truly appreciated. Overall, a great experience, especially considering how last-minute and complex Stanley’s care can be. Thank you again!”

About: I've been around dogs my entire life, and now live across from a GIANT off-leash dog park (Westminster Hills). For dogs that are allowed, we tend to visit the park once or twice a day, so there's tons of opportunity for your pup to meet new friends. If you your pup isn't as social, that's no problem...we can accommodate the shy puppers as well. We have a dog door that typically stays open throughout the day, leading to nice deck to rest on, and a large fenced in back yard. Let us know your pups feeding schedule, and if they have any special needs like medication or specific nap times. Drop off and pick up window is 8am to 8pm. I will try to accommodate schedule changes, but generally would prefer to stick to those hours. I work from home, and rarely leave for longer than an hour or so, so you're pup won't be left alone long if at all. I work from my home office and Yoshi plays host - either sharing his favorite resting spots, or introducing everyone to his toys in the backyard. A visit to the Westy dog park across the street is a daily activity, and your pup is welcome to join us. We have a dog door and a fenced in yard. My dog Yoshi is always here to keep pups company, and to show them the ropes. If you're dog is looking for a playmate, you've come to the right place. If your dog is staying overnight, you're welcome to bring their dog bed, or they can borrow one of Yoshi's beds. He's not possessive! We ensure each pup gets lots of play time, and lots of love in a safe environment while in our care.
