I grew up in a household with multiple high-energy dogs, so caring for pets has always felt like second nature to me. Over the years, I've also lived with roommates whose dogs were just as high-energy, and later a cat, which gave me even more day-to-day experience with different pet personalities, routines, and needs. I have also cared for cats with medical needs. I've done drop-in visits for diabetic cats, including administering insulin injections on schedule. I understand how important consistency, routine, and a calm approach are for pets managing health conditions, and I take that responsibility seriously. My partner and I adopted a cat early last year, so I'm very used to daily pet care and know firsthand how important it is to keep things consistent for a pet's comfort and well-being. Our cat Yuzu is friendly, curious, and very social — I've made sure he's comfortable around new people and pets. I offer walks, drop-in visits, and boarding, and I'm happy to work with pets who have special needs, medications, or routines that require extra attention and consistency. Pet care is a natural part of my everyday life since I work from home and have my own cat, Yuzu. Feeding, playtime, and routine check-ins happen daily, so fitting in walks, drop-ins, or boarding for your pet is easy, and I'm able to give them consistent attention throughout the day. In my home, pets are supervised, given a comfortable space, and introduced gradually to Yuzu if they're cat-friendly. In a client's home, I would follow your routines and instructions closely, secure doors and gates, and make sure medications or feeding schedules are followed exactly as directed.

I’ve also spent many years dog and cat sitting for friends and family, caring for pets with all kinds of personalities, routines, and energy levels. I work full-time from home and am always there during the day. I can schedule weekend care but need a bit more notice as my social calendar can fill up. No pets at home. It sets the stage to settle down after fun time. Pet's need their quiet time too. I do dog boarding and am also available for drop ins and house sittings! I am with the dogs inside and outside. I have a big backyard and they love it! Fresh water and we follow your feed schedule. I treat all our 'Pet Guest's' like they are family. If I am the 'Guest Caregiver', I do the same so your Pet feels comfortable. Our house is their house. I do the same for Pet Sitting.

About: Dogs in our house are part of the family. We are a mother & son (age 14) combo with 2 dogs in the house (friendly, sweet spayed females). We have been loving and caring for dogs since we were both little, providing the best care for our price and will make your dog feel like it's at home! We have a fully fenced-in large yard and dog door. If you crate your dog, we have one in the house so that you don't have to bring yours. You can certainly bring your own dog bed, but we also have one that your pup can utilize. We also have stuffs, toys, leashes & bowls, so don't fret if you forget anything. Your furry-buddy is allowed to cuddle on the couch with us or wherever they find comfort. If the weather permits and your dog is accustomed to going to the dog park, they can join us on trips to play. We have both gone through dog training programs, most recently Ted Terroux. Clean house, well cared-for, loving home. ***** Please reach out if you need a date that shows as "unavailable" as we might be able to make a special accommodation for your dog & past clients. ***** As a teacher & student, we are on summer break and have lots of availability. During the school year, we work and go to school during the week. We are able to go home mid-day for potty breaks. We we home on weekends and during breaks (Spring Break, Summer, Fall Breaks & Winter Breaks). We have several "regular" clients that have a proven track record with our dogs.... Thus, we are able to board mid-week *if* your dog is COOL (plays well, non-destructive, low flight risk), and knows how to use a doggie door. We have a great record of caring for our dogs and we will be able to safely and reliably take care and keep your dog safe and happy in a comfortable and clean home. We typically feed our dogs in the morning and evening, but can accommodate your pups needs. Our home is very clean and well taken care of. There is a main level in which we hang out with great room, office and kitchen. The dogs have free-roam of the main level which has laminate flooring, but covered with carpet squares as one of our dogs does not like walking on hardwood floors. So, it is mostly carpeted for her comfort. We have a large sectional in which we allow dogs to snuggle with us while watching TV. The LARGE yard is mostly grass, some mulch/landscaped trees & shrubs, with concrete patio in which we spend a lot of time dining and reading. We pick up poop DAILY. During the evening, if you request your dog could be crated in the bedroom in which one of us is sleeping as dogs are pack animals and they don't like being separated from the pack. We keep them close to us. But, we want to keep everyone safe, so the crate is available (optional) for their safety as well as ours/our pets. But again, they are slumbering in the same room with us.

About: Hello! My name is Jackie and I've been a dog mom for over 20 years. My first pup was a Golden Retriever named Sam and my second is an Aussie named Norman. Long before Rover I would often house/pet sit for friends. I have experience with all ages of dogs. I cared for my good ole boy Sam from puppyhood until he was almost 15. On the other hand, Aussie Norman is high-functioning and anxious dog. He gets along well with other pups and loves playing. I work from home and am able to let dogs out as often as necessary, plus I have a doggie door. We live in a great neighborhood where it is easy to go out for walks. My house has a doggie dog that fits pups up to 80 lbs! It gives them great freedom to move in and out for bathroom breaks as they wish. Although the house is small, it has a large backyard. Norman is a friendly Aussie who loves other dogs, big and small, and would love a play friend. Pups can sit on the couch, just not the beds.

About: Hello! My name is Kelly. I am completing my masters degree online this fall . I will be home most of the time until December 2026. I have a big heart for animals of all breeds and personalities. I have over 50 volunteer hours working at my local animal shelter when I was in high school and many more hours spoiling my own pup. I've worked with big dogs, small dogs, and every dog in between! I've also cared for senior dogs. I also have one dog at home, but my husband and I are planning on bringing home another in October! At this time, I am only accepting small to medium dogs for boarding. I strongly believe that every creature deserves dignity and respect.
