“Andrew takes such good care of our dogs, I’m pretty sure they like him more than us. Really appreciate the photos and reports, and the concern and attention to detail! Thank you Andrew!”

About: Hi, I'm Ryan! My wife Emily and I have lived in Colorado since 2014, and we’ve been full-time pet sitters for the past 8 years!! Pets are our passion, and we treat each animal with the most love and care. We’ve often been told we take the best photos too!! Sadly in late 2024, our sweet senior beagle Lola was put to rest peacefully at home. We miss her dearly and love the support our network of other pets can provide. Lola loved going on hikes along Clear Creek, chilling at home and taking adventures all over Colorado! She made so many great friends thru Rover, and we look forward to meeting your loved ones soon too! Message me for more info on booking :) I've cared for all sorts of animals since I was a kid growing up in Texas. But after starting college, I looked for extra ways to earn money, and started watching my neighbor's pets. Now that I've graduated, I still prefer the freedom to be my own boss, and love the connections I build with each and every animal. Please don't hesitate to send me a message with any questions, and I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend soon :) Pet and house sitting is our full-time job, so we are both very flexible and always willing to adapt. Whether it’s an extended stay, or a quick drop-in, rest assured Emily and I will try our best to accommodate. We often get booked in advance! I treat every animal with lots of love, care, and respect. Emily and I are vegetarians and don’t want kids anytime soon, so all of our focus is on making sure your pets have the proper care and attention. We have experience giving insulin shots, oral and topical medications, and can even provide bathing upon request.
“Our cat was well taken care of during our 8-day trip. They were reliable, communicated as needed, and everything went smoothly. We’d book with them again.”

“Heather is so sweet and reliable. Even with bad weather she made sure Dani was taken care of. Also went above by bringing in all our deliveries. Would most definitely use her services again.”

About: Im a lover of most all animals especially dogs. I worked at a major dog toy manufacturer for over 10 years. Became friends with a dog trainer who taught me about behaviors and the do's and dont's when interacting with dogs. Is your dog a 'fetcher', 'chewer' or 'tugger'. I'm looking to making new dog friends. I'm recently retired and all days are available. It also gives me an opportunity to get some extra exercise while having a lot of fun doing so. I am looking only for dog walking and sitting at pet owners homes to start. That may change in the future but for now that's what I offer.

About: I’m Casey, a student at the Colorado School of Mines studying engineering physics. When I’m not hitting the books, I love going on walks, the occasional hike, and skiing during the winter. I also love baking and even keep a sourdough starter named JJ! I’ve had 5 pets growing up, starting with my first dog when I was just 2 years old, and 4 cats since then. Because I’ve grown up surrounded by animals, I know that every single pet has a wildly unique personality, and my favorite thing to do is figure out exactly what makes them tick. I’ve loved them all—from my lazy childhood dog Tucker, who was so passive he never growled no matter how hard you squeezed him , to my cat Lizzie, who had a resting grumpy face but was such a sweet lap cat that you simply couldn't move once she sat down. I am incredibly observant and patient with pets' specific needs. Back at home in Seattle, I have a timid senior cat, Josie, who has arthritis in her knees and only drinks from the faucet until her face is covered in water. I also have a playful "dog-cat" named Lucie who loves her boxes and begs to sit on the porch in the sun, and another cat named MeeMee who will chirp at you from across the room when she realizes she's alone. I bring this same grounded, detail-oriented love to every pet I care for. Whether your animal needs a quiet companion or an active walking buddy, you can trust me to be responsible, communicative, and invested in your furry best friend! I'm currently doing research part time with flexible hours, so I'll have plenty of time to adjust to each pet's needs, whether that means a long walk/hike or some quick cuddles. Each pet is different and I'd love to learn what each one needs and make sure they get as much exercise or attention as desired.

About: I’ve cared for my family and friends pets ever since I could remember. Dogs, cats, rats and reptiles! I can teach your dog a new cool trick, play with your kitties, or feed your scaly friend some bugs. I currently work full time as a baker. This opens up most of my afternoons and all my evenings for drop ins and dog walks! When it comes for caring for pets I like to use a positive approach, creating a good relationship with the pets, moving on their time to get comfortable with each other.
“Looking forward to asking Donald to watch my cat again! Donald is friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. My very shy cat was very comfortable around him.”

“Silvia is a professional and manages our two older rescue dogs (12 years) with great care and compassion. Our 3-legged dog is a special needs dog and Silvia goes above and beyond to make sure his needs are addressed. She is the best!”
“Brittany was so great! I was nervous about being away from my cat for the first time but she made the experience so relieving. She made sure to give me updates with pictures each visit and was super sweet. Extremely responsive and responsible; I’ll definitely be trusting her with my animals again! 😊”

About: I have over 20 years of experience caring for dogs, including several with special needs and disabilities, so I understand the importance of patience, attentiveness, and compassionate care. I’ve also spent many years dog and cat sitting for friends and family, caring for pets with all kinds of personalities, routines, and energy levels. I know our pets are family, and I would love the opportunity to provide a safe, loving, and reliable environment for your dog or cat while you’re away! I work full-time from home and am always there during the day. I can schedule weekend care but need a bit more notice as my social calendar can fill up. No pets at home. I can have yours over during the day. Night time is ok if it's not more than a couple of nights, and as long as your pet is quiet/well-behaved.

About: Though I am just starting out walking and doing pet care, I’ve been looking after dogs for 11 years, since I was a child! I have also had 2 years experience caring for cats. I currently own a blind dog and am familiar with providing tailored care for special needs dogs. I have also looked after and walked senior dogs and given medication. I am a college student working part-time over the summer. I am consistently free mornings and afternoons, with some evenings as well. I also have flexible work hours, so I can change my schedule to accommodate recurring walks and visits, given notice! I have strong attention to detail, but I also have personal experience. I can work with as little or as many directions as my client provides in order to provide the optimal walking or visiting experience!
“Ashley was fantastic! She checked in three times a day, always on time, and gave Bear and Rory lots of walks and cuddles. They were happy and relaxed when I got home. Super reliable and caring—I’d book her again in a heartbeat!”

“Sara communicated super well and sent me a lot of photos when she stopped in to check on my pups. It was a huge stress relief knowing they were being taken care of. Thank you!”
“Bryce was awesome. I left out of town for 2 days, he dropped in to check on my pup a few times a day and he was so respectful and kind to my pup. My pup loved going on walks with him. He was very responsive and followed directions very carefully.”

“I highly recommend hiring Mandy to look after your fur babies! There was a hiccup with the Rover app the second day of my trip, and I didn’t get a notification of a morning check in. I went into nervous cat mom mode and messaged Mandy to see what was up. She was so nice about it - responded right away to reassure me that she had been there and sent over some pics. I returned from my trip to a tidy home and happy kitties.”

West Pleasant View cat parents share their Rover experiences
We had a great experience with our Kim! Our cat needs a daily inhaler, and she made sure he received it every day, which was such a relief and truly a lifesaver for him. She is very reliable, caring, and kept us updated while we were away. We will always continue to book with her!

Jasmin is great! We’ll be having her stay with our dog and cat while we’re away for a week, so after our meet and greet we’ve had her stop in for some walks. She’s been communicative and professional, and super loving and kind to the animals! Our sweet and nervous dog warmed up to her very quickly :)

I’d absolutely book Casey again. She took such great care of my cats and made everything super easy. She handled their whole routine perfectly — cleaned the litter boxes just how I asked, washed their food plates, and even ran the dishwasher so everything was fresh when I got home. She also vacuumed around the litter area without me even mentioning it, which was so thoughtful. My cats are pretty finicky and don’t really warm up to everyone, but they really liked her. When she stopped by to return my key, they recognized her right away and went straight over for head-scratches. That told me everything. Casey may be new to Rover, but she’s already a total gem. She’s reliable, kind, and incredibly thoughtful with the little details. I feel completely comfortable leaving my cats in her care — she’s my go‑to sitter from here on out.

We've booked with Ashley before, but this was her first booking with us this year — and she handled quite a bit! She took care of two new kittens, an older cat with asthma who needed an inhaler twice a day, and a six-year-old cat on daily medication. She's genuinely great with our cats, and we always come home to relaxed, happy, and healthy kitties. She communicated clearly and regularly throughout, and sent great photos. We'd absolutely recommend her!

Madison is a wonderful caretaker to my 2 cats. She has been helping me for almost a year now over several trips. She’s always consistent in her visits and spends time playing with them after they eat. I feel a lot of comfort knowing they are in her hands when I have to go out of town. Another perk with Madison, she’s incredibly flexible with scheduling. I often don’t know until a week before that I have a trip, and she always makes it work for me. Thanks, Madison! :)

Jessica did an amazing job taking care of my two cats while I was traveling! I came home to them happy and healthy, and I really appreciate the detailed reports and photos that Jessica sent while I was gone! I definitely plan to rebook her the next time I travel!
